Party of You has launched three holiday Coat Check sets at Target in the US, each pairing a Security Blanket Plush Hug Lip Balm with a miniature Puffer Coat Keychain for $14.99. The sets are now available online at Target in three shades: Sugar Cookie, Sparkling Cider and Candy Cane.

What's New

The Plush Hug Lip Balm is not new. Party of You already sells it in four core flavours: Choconutty, SweetNSalty, Strawberry Milkshake and Cherry Rush. The Coat Check sets are new because they bundle the balm with a collectible accessory. Each box, labelled "Coat Check," holds a balm tube with the brand's wavy rose-gold cap and a tiny puffer jacket keychain with a zipper detail and a ball chain.

The three products differ in colour:

• Sugar Cookie: pink balm tube, brown puffer coat keychain, pink box
• Sparkling Cider: yellow/amber balm tube, red puffer coat keychain, cream box
• Candy Cane: deep pink/raspberry balm tube, lilac puffer coat keychain, magenta box

The shade names suggest seasonal treats. However, neither Party of You nor Target has stated a flavour or scent for any of the three sets.

What the Brand Says

Party of You calls the Security Blanket balm "your emotional support pocket pal," made "for sensitive, stressed lips to soften & wrap them in comfort." The brand says the wavy cap is designed for fidgeting: running your fingers over it is meant to offer "a little moment of relief."

On its official site, the brand describes the core Plush Hug formula as made with peptide + cupuaçu butter. According to Party of You, the balm:

• seals in moisture for a "smooth, pillowy feel"
• helps strengthen and smooth the lip barrier over time
• protects against chapping and dryness

The brand also says the core balm is clinically proven to immediately moisturise and hydrate lips and to improve barrier function, based on a third-party clinical study. The published ingredient list for Choconutty includes palmitoyl tripeptide-1, cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum) seed butter, shea butter, cocoa seed butter and coconut oil. Target has not published separate ingredient lists for the holiday shades, so the formulas may differ.

How to Use

Party of You advises applying the balm to lips throughout the day for extra hydration.

Philippine makeup brand ISSY launched its limited-edition Monster Collection on 6 October 2026, a lip-focused release built around two special-edition trios priced at PHP 999 each on issycosmetics.com. The brand calls it a "one-time seasonal release." The pieces come in collectible special-edition packaging with deep burgundy and plum metallic components and are sold online and at select ISSY stores.

What's New

The collection uses two shades. ISSY describes Monster as "a diabolical burgundy" and Baby Monster as "a sheer black cherry." The brand presents the release through two "Lip Edits," and each one is a complete lip wardrobe in three formats.

BUXOM Cosmetics has launched the Dancing Duo Lip Kit, a limited-edition Holiday 2026 set that pairs two full-size lip products for $35. The brand puts their combined value at $48 if bought separately. The kit is on sale now at buxomcosmetics.com and Ulta Beauty in the US.

3. Apply the Dolly lip oil over the top with the doe-foot applicator for a glossy finish.

For a softer daytime look, fill in the whole lip with the liner before adding the oil. This also gives the colour a longer-lasting base.

Ulta Beauty's own Beauty Finds by ULTA Beauty 25 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar is on sale now for $150, and Ulta values its contents at $440. As of early October 2026, you can buy it online at Ulta. Behind its 25 doors and six bonus surprises are 31 products across makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance and wellness.

What's New

Ulta calls this its "biggest advent calendar yet." The calendar costs $150. According to Ulta, buying the items one by one would cost $440. Ulta has not published individual prices for the items.

Indie brand Bella Beauté Bar released the Garden of Spells Lip Sparkle Balm on 9 October 2026 at bellabeautebar.com, where it costs $16 for 3.5 g. The brand announced it on Instagram on 5 October 2026.

Updated 13 October 2026: The balm launched on 9 October 2026 at $16 (3.5 g) on bellabeautebar.com. Glisten Cosmetics and Canada's I Feel Beautiful also list it. The brand describes it as a lip balm with lipstick-level pigment and micro-fine glitter, made with jojoba oil, vitamin E and squalane.

The last Garden of Spells products still to come are the Bella Beauté Bar Garden of Spells Velvet Veil Lip Muds, seven lip mud shades the brand says are delayed and coming soon.

What's New

Garden of Spells is a new lip sparkle balm with a witch's-garden theme. Campaign photos by @zyelbeauty and @sinireviews show a few details:

• A deep burgundy, bullet-style balm packed with fine sparkle that flashes green and blue
• Small stars embossed into the bullet
• A clear, square, crystal-like acrylic case with a clear cap printed with the BB monogram
• Styling with a stone mortar and pestle and yellow flowers

Bella Beauté Bar already sells a Dream Lip Sparkle Balm line. The brand describes it as "the perfect balance between a Lipstick and a Lip balm." It says the line has more pigment than a typical balm, moderate shine and micro-fine glitter that "you cannot feel." The brand also lists these details for that existing line:

TOM FORD Beauty has launched the Runway Eye Color Stylo, a shimmer cream eyeshadow stick in 10 shades priced at $40 each. It went on sale in the US on 5 October 2026 on tomfordbeauty.com, where it is listed as new.

Jones Road is releasing The Bobbi Kit 6.0, its sixth anniversary kit, on 6 October 2026 at 8 AM EST for $88 (US). The limited-edition set contains five makeup products, including two new launches, and comes in a vegan leather rolltop clutch. Jones Road, founded by makeup artist Bobbi Brown, calls the kit "Bobbi's exclusive edit for the season" and "a full look in a bag."

YSL Beauty has unveiled its Advent Calendar 2026, a 24-piece set of makeup, skincare, fragrance and accessories that Selfridges lists at £280.
