Philippine makeup brand ISSY launched its limited-edition Monster Collection on 6 October 2026, a lip-focused release built around two special-edition trios priced at PHP 999 each on issycosmetics.com. The brand calls it a "one-time seasonal release." The pieces come in collectible special-edition packaging with deep burgundy and plum metallic components and are sold online and at select ISSY stores.

The collection uses two shades. ISSY describes Monster as "a diabolical burgundy" and Baby Monster as "a sheer black cherry." The brand presents the release through two "Lip Edits," and each one is a complete lip wardrobe in three formats.

Monster Lip Edit (PHP 999):

  • Lip Bait in Monster (0.45 g), a lip pencil with a built-in brush for overlining and smudging
  • Lip Bullet True Matte in Monster (3 g), which ISSY describes as a lightweight, buildable bullet lipstick
  • Fat Gloss in Monster (4 ml), a high-shine, cushiony gloss

Baby Monster Lip Edit (PHP 999):

  • Lip Bait in Monster (0.45 g), the same pencil as in the Monster set
  • Lip Bullet Sheer Satin in Baby Monster (3 g), a sheer satin lipstick that ISSY says was made exclusively for this release
  • Fat Gloss in Baby Monster (4 ml)

The brand says the Monster set gives "a rich, full-bodied lip," while the Baby Monster set gives "a soft wash of color."

The ingredient lists ISSY publishes show some formula differences:

  • Fat Gloss includes mango seed butter, sodium hyaluronate, meadowfoam seed oil, menthol and peppermint oil.
  • Lip Bullet Sheer Satin contains jojoba and meadowfoam seed oils.
  • True Matte Lip Bullet lists palmitoyl tripeptide-1.

The campaign imagery for the collection features a model ISSY names as Stefania.

How to Use

ISSY suggests a three-step routine:

  1. Line and blend with Lip Bait.
  2. Fill in the lips with the Lip Bullet.
  3. Layer Fat Gloss on top.

According to the brand, each formula can be worn alone. You can also combine any two, or all three, to build intensity. The Monster pencil comes in both sets, so it works as a liner under either the matte burgundy or the sheer black cherry lipstick.
