How to Use
ISSY suggests a three-step routine:
- Line and blend with Lip Bait.
- Fill in the lips with the Lip Bullet.
- Layer Fat Gloss on top.
According to the brand, each formula can be worn alone. You can also combine any two, or all three, to build intensity. The Monster pencil comes in both sets, so it works as a liner under either the matte burgundy or the sheer black cherry lipstick.
