The Lovery 24-Piece Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 is a limited-edition gift set of LED and microcurrent devices, facial tools, skincare and spa accessories. It costs $1,280 at lovery.com, where it was on sale by 20 October 2026. Lovery's stated value is $6,400. The 24 items are nine beauty-tech devices, four manual facial tools, six skincare products and five accessories. It is one of the device-led launches in this year's advent calendar season.

Lovery hasn't announced an official release date for the 2026 calendar. The listing first appeared on lovery.com on 20 October 2026, and the calendar was in stock there on 22 October 2026.

How Much Does the Lovery Advent Calendar 2026 Cost?

The calendar is $1,280 (US) on lovery.com. Canadian shoppers pay the same USD price because Lovery's store prices in US dollars.

Lovery's stated value of $6,400 is the brand's own figure. Lovery doesn't publish prices for the individual items, so the value can't be checked item by item.

This calendar is not to be confused with Lovery's cheaper Limited Edition Skincare & Beauty Advent Calendar - 24Pc Luxury Self-Care Collection, which costs $349 and has been listed on Lovery's site since August 2025. Lovery's 2025 lineup also included a $180 24-piece body care calendar, which is now sold out.

What Makes the Lovery Advent Calendar 2026 Different?

• It is built around devices. The calendar has an LED face mask, two microcurrent tools and a percussion massager. Lovery's $349 calendar instead covers skincare, body care, hair care, fragrance, makeup and gold-toned facial tools.
• It mixes tech with grooming and spa items. A bikini trimmer, eyebrow razors, an extraction kit and a hair towel wrap sit alongside the facial devices.
• It is priced well above Lovery's other calendars. At $1,280, it costs far more than the brand's $349 and $180 24-piece calendars.

MERIT New Wave L'Extrait de Parfum is the brand's second perfume, an amber built on pink pepper, a honey floral heart, benzoin and oakwood. MERIT officially launches it on 22 October 2026 on meritbeauty.com at $92 for 30 ml, with a $34 travel spray, and it is already on sale there. It arrives two years after Retrospect L'Extrait de Parfum (2024).

MERIT's other launches this season are MERIT The Archival Set and the MERIT x ERDEM limited-edition collection, which includes a Retrospect Soap Trio.

Updated 21 October 2026: New Wave is now on sale on meritbeauty.com in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe, alongside Sephora US and Sephora Canada. The €37 travel spray is sold out on MERIT's EU storefront.

Release Date

WWD reports that MERIT launches New Wave direct-to-consumer on 22 October 2026, and Elle UK and Who What Wear UK give the same date. Sephora US and Sephora Canada listed the perfume as "New" by 9 October 2026. From 22 September 2026, meritbeauty.com offered a free 2 ml sample sign-up. By 21 October 2026, the brand site had the full size and travel spray in stock. The UK launch is also 22 October 2026.

MERIT New Wave Fragrance Notes

Sephora classifies it as Florals / Warm Florals and lists four key notes: pink pepper, honeyed floral, benzoin and oakwood.

What Does MERIT New Wave Smell Like?

Based on the official notes, the scent moves through three stages:

• Opening: spicy pink pepper and green angelica seed
• Heart: orange flower and ylang ylang with a honey accord
• Base: resins, incense, woods, tobacco and vanilla

MERIT describes it as moving "from bright and optimistic to warm, sensual and deeply magnetic." Master perfumer Dominique Ropion says he wanted "to capture the spirit of classical amber compositions, such as Ambre 83, while reinterpreting them for today."

According to Cosmetics Business, the brand calls it an "unconventional amber" with no citrus-led opening, no powdery florals and no aldehydes. Perfumer Meabh McCurtin told Elle UK that the oakwood is upcycled from offcuts left over from making wine and spirit barrels.

Both are extraits in wave-shaped bottles from the same design family. New Wave replaces Retrospect's soft musk profile with an amber structure, and it does not come in a 60 ml size.

What Makes the MERIT New Wave Perfume Different?

• Two generations of perfumers: it was co-created by Dominique Ropion and Meabh McCurtin.
• A reworked classic structure: according to Cosmetics Business, it is built on the Ambre 83 amber structure but leaves out citrus, powdery florals and aldehydes.
• A standalone scent, not a flanker: MERIT says it set out to create separate perfumes rather than variations on Retrospect. CEO Philippe Pinatel told WWD that Retrospect is MERIT's number five SKU.

Packaging

• New Wave L'Extrait de Parfum: MERIT describes the custom glass bottle as inspired by surrealist art and designed to suggest the movement of a wave.

- The idea came from a team visit to the Musée Picasso in Paris.

- The bottle holds gold-toned juice and has a silver pebble cap.

Kylie Cosmetics' Winter Kissed Holiday Collection is a limited-edition holiday 2026 makeup collection of four products in the brand's Winter Kissed pink. Individual products cost $21.00 to $36.00 in the US, and a four-piece bundle costs $102.60. The collection went on sale on 21 October 2026 at kyliecosmetics.com and on Kylie Cosmetics' UK and EU sites. Ulta Beauty in the US follows on 25 October 2026.

What Makes the Winter Kissed Holiday Collection Different?

• Kylie Cosmetics says the collection is "inspired by the iconic winter kissed blush from the 2018 holiday collection", and every product is built around that pink.
• The palette has 6 matte and 4 shimmer shades, all with holiday names from Ski Bunny to Better Not Pout.
• The packaging is holiday-themed: a vintage Santa on the palette box, a snowman on the Glow Balm box and the dripping-lips logo in snowy pink on the Lip Kit box.

Don't confuse this collection with two separate products. The Winter Kissed Pressed Blush Powder is still sold, and the Hybrid Blush comes in a shade called "winter kissed 2.0". Starface's Big Hello Kitty Mystery Compact is a limited-edition blind box with a refillable compact and 32 Hello Kitty-shaped pimple patches. It costs $16.99 in the US and £12.99 in the UK, and it was on sale at Starface's US site by 16 October 2026. Each box holds one of four Hello Kitty designs, and buyers don't know which one they'll get until they open it.

• Blind-box format: the buyer gets one of four designs at random, and Starface says all sales are final.
• Character-shaped patches: the patches are cut in the Hello Kitty face shape, and each design has its own accessory (headband, bow or heart clips).
• Collab return: Starface describes Hello Kitty x Starface as "back, this time in a special-edition blind box."

Formula and Packaging

• Patches: Starface says they're made with 100% hydrocolloid, "a material that's clinically proven to absorb fluid and help reduce redness." The patch backing is perforated so you can tear off one patch at a time.
• Compact: a refillable case with a mirror, coloured to match the patch design inside.

How to Use

Starface's directions are to:

1. Apply patches to completely clean, dry skin.
2. Leave them on overnight or for at least six hours.

LH cosmetics' Sparkl liquid eyeshadow and Crayon multi-use pencil now come in seven new duochrome and shimmer shades: four Sparkl and three Crayon. The new shades are sold separately, not as a boxed set. Each Sparkl shade costs $32 in the US and each Crayon costs $25. All seven were on sale at lhcosmetics.com by 21 October 2026. The German beauty-news account @glamjunkiescom also reported that the brand "has released the popular Sparkl and the Crayon in new shades." What Makes the LH cosmetics Sparkl and Crayon New Shades Different?

• All four new Sparkl shades are duochromes, according to the brand's shade descriptions.
• Two of the three new Crayons, Swamp and Selkie, are duochromes. Nymph is a burgundy with red shimmer.
• The two formats differ: Sparkl is a water-based liquid shadow and topper, while Crayon is a sharpenable pencil that the brand says turns smudge-proof within seconds.

Formula and Packaging

• Sparkl: According to LH cosmetics, it is a light-weight, water-based formula with calcium aluminum borosilicate and calcium sodium borosilicate glitter pearls. The brand says it gives sheer, buildable coverage with a cooling effect, is dermatologically tested and can be used on eyes, cheeks and lips. It comes in a 3.3 ml format.
• Crayon: LH cosmetics calls it an "award-winning, multi-use pencil" with a creamy, highly pigmented, waterproof and long-lasting formula. It is perfume-free and can be used on eyes, lips, brows or cheeks. It sharpens with a regular sharpener, and the brand also sells its own Sharpe diem sharpener.

Both products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, designed in Sweden and made in Italy.

Ravie Beauty's Softlight™ Glistening Eye Topper is a new pressed, buildable eye topper in three shades: Soft Pink, Soft Gold and Soft Pearl. Each shade costs $24 (US) and goes on sale at ravie.com on 23 October 2026. Ravie Beauty is the brand founded by creator Allie Glines; see more Ravie Beauty launches.

It follows the Ravie Beauty Soft Definition Longwear Lip Liner. Ravie has also just added four lip liner shades (Macaron, Strawberry, Truffle and Plum), which brings that range to eight.

Release Date

The Softlight Glistening Eye Topper launches on Friday, 23 October 2026 at ravie.com. Ravie's site banner reads "OCT 23 — A little magic is coming," and Allie Glines confirmed the same date on Instagram. Early access sign-up is open on ravie.com before the launch. The product page is already live, priced at $24.

• US: $24 per shade at ravie.com. Ravie's standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Otherwise it costs $4.90 within the contiguous US.

Shades

Ravie Beauty offers the glistening eye topper in three shades:

• Soft Pink: a ballet pink. The brand calls it the most subtle of the three and suggests it for first-time topper wearers.
• Soft Gold: a vintage gold.
• Soft Pearl: a snowy white.

Ravie suggests combining the shades. One option is Soft Pearl tapped in the centre of the lid over Soft Pink or Soft Gold for a halo effect. Another uses all three, with Pearl in the inner corner, Pink in the centre and Gold on the outer lid.

What Makes the Softlight Glistening Eye Topper Different?

• Pressed pan instead of a pot: Glines says she chose this format because her nails could never dig into loose-topper pots.
• Sheer-to-buildable finish: according to Ravie Beauty, the first tap gives a hint of sparkle, and more taps add more. It contains no harsh, chunky flecks.
• Positioned for everyday wear: the brand describes it as sheer enough for work and errands. Recent sparkly eye launches covered here include the Arttitude Cosmetics Metallic Shimmer Shadow Singles and Urban Decay Chrome Melts Eyeshadow.

Formula and Packaging

• Softlight™ Glistening Eye Topper:

- Formula: according to Ravie Beauty, it has a cushiony base, so it picks up easily and feels smooth rather than dry or scratchy on the lids. Calcium aluminum borosilicate is listed first in its ingredients. The brand says it is fragrance-free, clean, vegan and cruelty-free.

- Packaging: each shade comes in a clear compact holding a 1.2 g pressed pan.

What the Founder Says

Allie Glines says the toppers were two years in the making. She has always loved "a little bit of magic" on her eyes, but she felt toppers were reserved for special occasions. She designed Softlight so it could be worn every day.

How to Use

Ravie Beauty says to press a fingertip into the pan and tap it onto the lids, either over eyeshadow or on its own. Each tap adds more sparkle, so you can layer it to the intensity you want.

The essence xskincare Trend Edition is a limited-edition collection of five make-up essentials with skincare ingredients, made with Leon xskincare. essence and parent company cosnova announced it on 19 October 2026. The five products cost €2.99 to €4.79, and a gift set costs €19.99. The edition is sold in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What Makes the essence xskincare Trend Edition Different?

• It adds a new SPF 50+ version of the essence super peptide glossy lip treatment, with UVA/UVB filters and ceramides.
• The reusable puffs show Leon's cats, Lelo & Lolo. cosnova calls them "his very own signature touch."
• The Peptacular! lip treatment is a limited pink-tube edition of an existing essence formula that, according to essence, is already one of Leon's favourites.

What Does KAYALI Yum Vanilla Cupcake | 108 Smell Like?

The scent opens on lemon sugar and rainbow sprinkles with pink pepper. The heart moves to white caramel, toasted coconut flakes, sweet milk and buttercream. The base is vanilla frosting with white amber and KAYALI's signature accord. KAYALI calls it "comforting, nostalgic, and joyful" and "a celebration of life's sweetest moments."

KAYALI founder Mona Kattan explains the idea: "Cupcakes have always felt like little celebrations of life, from the everyday wins to the big moments we remember forever. Vanilla was my first scent memory, and it's always been so comforting and familiar to me, so I wanted to create a fragrance that speaks to those moments and captures that same feeling of nostalgia and joy."

The brand's earlier vanilla gourmand is KAYALI Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar | 42, which also appears in the KAYALI Vanilla Charm Set. Another vanilla gourmand launched this autumn is Jo Malone London Vanilla Scotch Cologne.
