Kayali hasn't announced an official release date for the set. It was first listed on kayali.com, the brand's international store, on 1 October 2026. It then appeared on us.kayali.com on 4 October 2026. By 8 October 2026 it was also listed at Space NK UK and Cult Beauty. Kayali describes it as a limited edition.

Kayali lists three items in the set:

This set is not to be confused with Kayali's Vanilla Musk Mini Duo Set. That set costs $28 at Sephora US and contains two 10 ml minis with no charm. The Charm Set is the one with the full 50 ml bottle and the holder.

Kayali's earlier Kayali Vacay in a Bottle Miniature Set was built around minis only.

Squishmallows Fragrances has launched Whisked Away Gingerbread Dreams Limited Edition Eau de Parfum, a 3.4 oz (100 ml) holiday scent priced at $62 and available now at Ulta Beauty. It is a limited-edition release that went on sale in October 2026 and is themed around Cam the Cat, the calico cat Squishmallow.

What's New

Gingerbread Dreams is a festive flanker of the original Squishmallows Whisked Away Eau de Parfum, which Durbin Rock describes as a creamy vanilla-amber gourmand built around cinnamon, foamy milk, caramel drizzle and vanilla latte. The new version shifts toward spice and baked goods, adding ginger, nutmeg and a coffee biscuit note while keeping cinnamon, caramel and vanilla from the original's profile.

Ulta describes the scent as inspired by Cam the Cat's love for cozy moments, likening it to freshly baked gingerbread enjoyed by a fireside glow, with ginger, coffee biscuit and caramel at the centre.

According to the brand, this technology elicits feelings of happiness, well-being and joy, a claim it says is supported by neuroscientific studies. The brand also says the scent can be layered with other Squishmallows fragrances.

Key Details: Bottle and Caps

The bottle is shaped like Cam the Cat, in amber-coloured frosted glass with cream, icing-like details and a gold collar. The 3.4 oz size ships with three interchangeable tops:

1. Unscrew the travel cap that comes on the bottle.
2. Dry the bottle neck threads.
3. Insert either the regular spray atomizer or the special bulb atomizer and screw it on tightly.
4. Spray onto pulse points such as the wrists, neck and chest.

Ulta notes that only the 3.4 oz size includes all three caps.

At $62 for 3.4 oz, Gingerbread Dreams is sold at Ulta Beauty, where it is listed as in stock. Ulta flags two restrictions: the item cannot be shipped via air, and the brand is excluded from most Ulta Beauty coupons.

Jo Malone London has released the Mini Ginger Biscuit & Vanilla Scotch Perfume Gift Set, a $50 holiday duo of two 9 mL limited-edition colognes, now available only at Sephora in the US. The set is listed as "New Limited Edition", "App Exclusive" and "Only at Sephora", and has no customer reviews yet.

What's New

Jo Malone London and Sephora describe the set as "a perfectly paired festive duo." It pairs a returning holiday favourite with a new gourmand cologne, both in travel-size 9 mL bottles. The set comes in a red, navy and gold tartan gift bag with a black handle, so it is ready to give without extra wrapping.

Vanilla Scotch Cologne

Vanilla Scotch is the newer of the two, with its first Sephora reviews appearing on 3 October 2026. Its key notes are Scotch, vanilla and amber. Jo Malone London describes it as "warm indulgent vanilla blended with a splash of Scotch whisky accord, tumbling over roasted tonka bean, and wrapped in the sensual allure of golden amber." According to the brand, the result is a rich, warming trail. It is also sold on its own as a Vanilla Scotch Cologne Travel Spray for $38.00 at Sephora.

Ginger Biscuit Cologne

Ginger Biscuit is the brand's limited-edition festive gourmand, with key notes of ginger, roasted hazelnut and tonka bean. The brand says it captures the comforting scent of buttery biscuits melting into caramel. The full-size 100 ml bottle is $175.00 at Sephora. Balmain has launched Vanille Sculptée, a gourmand amber Eau de Parfum built on five vanilla notes. It went on sale in Australia at David Jones in October 2026, priced at A$280 for 50ml. The launch was first spotted by ScentAdvice on Instagram. The fragrance is listed as "New In" at David Jones, and an Italian retailer expects stock from November 2026. It does not yet appear on Balmain's US site.

What's New

Vanille Sculptée carries the taglines "Luminous Vanilla & Spicy Baies Rose" and "Sculpted Sensuality." Balmain describes it as "the glow of vanilla sculpted into a work of undeniable depth," with "five distinctive vanilla notes" that layer on each other and move "from nocturnal shadow into luminous light."

The brand also calls it "a work of architectural precision sparked with the scent of peppery baies rose." It says the composition is "grounded in the shimmering, woody sensual scent of Ambrofix™."

Key Details: The Notes

Balmain's official note list is:

• Baies rose (pink pepper): the spicy opening accent
• Vanilla absolute and Vanilla Super: the two named vanilla materials at the heart of the scent
• Ambrofix™ and glowing amber woods: the woody-amber structure
• Benzoin resinoid: a resinous, balsamic base

Fragrance coverage from iFragrance notes that the benzoin gives the drydown a resinous, balsamic finish. This places the scent squarely in the warm gourmand-amber category.

The Bottle and Sizes

The bottle continues the "sculpted" theme. It is amber-gold glass with fine horizontal ridges, a black label and a gold cap.

David Jones offers three formats:

The 150ml refill means the bottle can be topped up rather than replaced.

Crème Vanille Eau de Parfum

The pyramid opens on creamy apricot, melts into a heart of vanilla orchid, and settles on a base of brown sugar and golden amber. One reviewer says it's "like being hugged by a vanilla bean" — ideal if you want a soft, everyday signature that isn't cloying.

Pumpkin Crème Eau de Parfum

Le Monde Gourmand is built for mixing, and these two were practically made to be layered. Spray Pumpkin Crème first on pulse points (wrists, neck, inside elbows), then layer Crème Vanille on top — the creamy apricot and vanilla orchid soften the spice and extend the drydown into something milky, warm, and dessert-like. D'ORSAY Vanilla Affair Extrait de Parfum is a unisex woody-amber extrait by Nathalie Lorson built around two vanillas, Balkan tobacco and white musks. The Parisian niche house listed it on its official website in September 2026, priced from €28 for 5 ml to €250 for 90 ml. According to D'ORSAY, the scent is built around the idea of irresistible attraction, where "mystery takes shape, and each note becomes a pact whispered against the skin."

When Did the D'ORSAY Vanilla Affair Launch?

D'ORSAY hasn't announced an official release date. Vanilla Affair appeared on the brand's official website in September 2026, where it is presented as "our new Extrait de Parfum" on both the English and French product pages.

Price

On the D'ORSAY official site, Vanilla Affair comes in three bottle sizes plus a sample:

According to D'ORSAY, each perfume purchase includes a free sample, while stocks last. What Does D'ORSAY Vanilla Affair Smell Like?

According to D'ORSAY, each vanilla shows a different side of the ingredient:

• The Madagascar absolute is described as deep, warm and sensual, almost leathery. The brand calls this the "raw, almost wild" side.
• The Bourbon vanilla is described as creamy, gourmand and luminous, with subtle woody and spicy nuances. The brand calls it "soft as a forbidden promise."

D'ORSAY says the musks glide over the skin "as light as a shiver."

Lorson says she wanted to create a fragrance that embodies desire through "a double dose of vanilla." In her description, it is sweet, white and enveloping on one side. On the other, it reveals darker, woody facets with an "ultra-animalistic sensuality."

What Makes the Vanilla Affair Extrait de Parfum Different?

• It uses two extractions of vanilla: a Madagascar Vanilla Planifolia absolute and a Bourbon Vanilla extracted with supercritical CO₂.
• The brand states a 35% concentration.
• The top note uses natural Balkan tobacco absolute, which D'ORSAY says is obtained from dried tobacco leaves.

Formula and Packaging

According to D'ORSAY, the 35% concentration gives "an almost unreasonable intensity," leaving an ambery, musky and addictive trail on the skin. The brand says the vanilla comes from an orchid with long pods. The two extractions were chosen to express its different facets.

The published ingredient list includes vanillin, coumarin, patchouli oil (Pogostemon Cablin), clove oil (Eugenia Caryophyllus) and cedarwood oil (Juniperus Virginiana). The bottle is a black cylinder with a white D'ORSAY label.

The Story Behind the Scent

According to D'ORSAY, all of its fragrances are unisex. This echoes the house's first perfume, which founder Alfred d'Orsay created in 1830 for himself and the love of his life, Marguerite de Blessington. The couple first met in 1821 at St James's Square in London, and their convention-defying romance lasted thirty years. The brand says Vanilla Affair is designed to revive "the scent of a forbidden encounter" from which the perfume house was born.

Gourmand lovers, get ready. PHLUR's Heavy Cream, the milky, dessert-sweet scent that has built a devoted following as a Body & Hair Fragrance Mist, appears to be getting an Eau de Parfum version. A fragrance community account recently shared an early look at the new Heavy Cream EDP, calling it "coming soon," and PHLUR itself has teased a "Sneak Peek" sample on its website. Here's what we know about the release date, the price and what's new.

What's New: Heavy Cream as an Eau de Parfum

Until now, Heavy Cream has only been available as a mist. The Heavy Cream Body & Hair Mist launched in 2024 and sells on phlur.com for $39 (Body Mist) and $26 (Travel Size Body Mist). The new Eau de Parfum gives the Heavy Cream name a perfume format for the first time.

The early images show a white, rounded bottle with a large white cap, labelled "PHLUR — HEAVY CREAM — EAU DE PARFUM" over a milk splash. The styling uses a vanilla pod, candied citrus peel and whipped cream, which matches the scent's creamy, sweet personality.

The Notes

According to the early look, the Heavy Cream EDP is built around:

• Top: Sparkling Lemon, Vanilla Mousse
• Heart: Orange Flower, White Orchid, Tiare Flower
• Base: Amber Woods, Creamy Musk

On paper, it opens bright and zesty with a whipped-vanilla softness. The heart is a creamy white-floral bouquet, and the base settles into warm amber and skin-like musk. It's a gourmand that should feel indulgent without being heavy.

PHLUR's Sneak Peek Sample

PHLUR has added a blurred "Heavy Cream" sample box to its shop as a "Sneak Peek" sample, added on 1 October 2026. It's a teaser only. The full size cannot be purchased yet, but it's a strong sign the launch is getting close. The same account also hinted that this isn't the only new Heavy Cream product on the way, so keep an eye out.

How to Wear a Creamy Gourmand

While you wait, here are a few ways to get the most from milky, vanilla-leaning scents:

• Moisturise first. Fragrance clings longer to hydrated skin, so apply an unscented lotion before spraying.
• Target pulse points. Spritz wrists, the base of the neck and behind the ears, and resist rubbing your wrists together.
• Layer thoughtfully. If you already own the Heavy Cream mist, an EDP of the same name could make a longer-lasting base to mist over.
• Season-proof it. Creamy gourmands feel cozy in autumn and winter, and the citrus-floral facets should keep this one wearable when it's warmer, too.

The Bottom Line

The PHLUR Heavy Cream Eau de Parfum looks set to give one of the brand's most-loved mists a perfume version, with sparkling lemon, white florals and creamy musk wrapped in a milk-white bottle. KST SCENT Persimmon Bingsu (홍시빙수) is a new fruity gourmand perfume inspired by Korean persimmons and bingsu shaved ice, priced at $79 for 30ml. It went on sale on kstscent.com on 1 October 2026, with a 2ml sample vial for $10.

When Did the KST SCENT Persimmon Bingsu Launch?

KST SCENT hasn't announced an official release date. Persimmon Bingsu was first listed on the brand's own website on 1 October 2026, and KST SCENT announced it on Instagram as "NEW!". Both sizes are in stock as of 7 October 2026.

Price

Persimmon Bingsu costs $79 for the 30ml bottle, the same price as every other 30ml scent in the KST SCENT line. The 2ml vial is $10, a dollar more than the $9 vials of the brand's earlier scents. KST SCENT sells only through its US store, in US dollars.

What Does KST SCENT Persimmon Bingsu Smell Like?

Going by the official notes, it opens on ripe red persimmon with citrusy yuja and ginger, plus banga, a Korean herb. The heart moves to semi-dried persimmon and a milky "snow" accord. The base is a dessert of red bean rice cake and condensed milk, with persimmon sepal, the green leafy cap of the fruit.

The story behind it, according to KST SCENT: persimmons are a fruit Koreans eat through autumn and winter, fresh (hongsi), semi-dried (bangeonsi) and fully dried (gotgam). The scent pairs that "familiar cold-season fruit" with bingsu, which the brand calls "one of Korea's most loved desserts".

What Makes KST SCENT Persimmon Bingsu Different?

• Three stages of one fruit. The pyramid uses persimmon at the top (fresh), heart (semi-dried) and base (sepal), rather than a single fruit note.
• A winter take on a summer dessert. Bingsu is usually eaten in summer; here it's paired with autumn-winter persimmon, red bean and condensed milk.
• Part of KST SCENT's Korean food series. The bottle label reads "Memories & Moments from Korea", the same line as the brand's Hotteok, Dujjonku, Banana Milk Coffee and Melon Pop scents, all $79 for 30ml.

Packaging

The 30ml bottle is frosted glass with a round white cap. The label has "Persimmon Bingsu" in orange, the Korean name 홍시빙수 and "KST SCENT" underneath.

Commodity has released Spice, a chai-inspired spicy gourmand fragrance offered in all three of its Scent Space concentrations: Expressive, Personal and Bold. US prices run from $36 (10ml) to $160 (100ml). Commodity listed the collection on its site on 28 September 2026. According to launch reports, the wide release followed on 6 October 2026.

Commodity added the collection to its site on 28 September 2026. Sephora US and Sephora Canada list all three versions as "New." According to launch reports, Spice released on 5 October 2026 in the Sephora app and on 6 October 2026 online everywhere and in Sephora stores. Sephora labels Spice+ Bold and Spice- Personal as Limited Edition. Spice Expressive does not carry that label.

What's New: One Chai-Inspired Scent in Three Scent Spaces

Commodity Maker Christelle Laprade says: "With Spice, I was inspired by the meditative ritual of preparing chai. The warmth of spices rising in the air, and a quiet moment of stillness." She adds that "Saffron became my starting point."

All three versions open with saffron and allspice and share a heart of cinnamon sugar and condensed milk. The brand describes the milky facet as "milk gently heated on the stove."

• Spice Expressive (Spicy | Ambery | Gourmand): Commodity calls this the balanced starting point, "for me and the many around me." According to the brand, suede-like saffron and aromatic allspice, with hints of nutmeg, clove and cardamom, melt into cinnamon sugar over tonka bean and sandalwood for a smooth, chai-like blend.
• Spice- Personal (Spicy | Gourmand | Skin Scent): Commodity describes this as a long-lasting skin scent "for me and the few I allow close." The spices are suspended in skin musks (Helvetolide and Ambroxan) for what the brand calls "a soft and warm cloud of spice dust." Laprade says she imagined "a quiet glow that lives close to the skin."
• Spice+ Bold (Spicy | Leathery | Gourmand): This is the room-filling version, "for me and everyone else." According to Commodity, Safraleine intensifies the saffron, allspice and cinnamon sugar over a tonka bean base, for "a lingering heat that smolders long after dusk."

Laprade says the result "feels comforting, radiant, and addictive."

How the Scent Spaces Differ

• Personal: According to Commodity, these are lighter renditions intended to be noticed only by the wearer and those close by.
• Expressive: The brand calls this its starting point and describes it as balancing longevity and projection without overpowering a space.
• Bold: Commodity describes these as amplified renditions of the Expressive version that are designed to fill a room. Spice+ Bold is the leathery version of the three.
• Spice Scent Space Kit: The kit costs $18 (US) or £18 (UK) and contains 2ml of each version.
