Valentino Born in Roma Rendez-Vous Ruby is a limited-edition Donna EDP ($198) and Uomo EDT ($170), listed at Sephora US and sold at The Perfume Shop in the UK. The Donna Eau de Parfum is a strawberry-vanilla fruity gourmand, and the Uomo Eau de Toilette is a raspberry-cream fruity gourmand. Sephora US listed both in its app on 15 October 2026. The two fragrances are sold separately, not as a boxed set.

Going by the listed notes, Donna opens on strawberry, moves to a jasmine heart and settles on vanilla, which the listing describes as "skin-like". It is a fruitier flanker of the original Born in Roma Donna and keeps its floral heart.

Uomo opens on raspberry, moves to an aromatic lavender heart and dries down to milk cream and warm woods.

What Makes the Born in Roma Rendez-Vous Ruby Different?

• The edition centres on berry notes: strawberry and vanilla for Donna, and raspberry, lavender and milk cream for Uomo.
• Both scents come in the Born in Roma studded bottles, here in ruby red.
• In the US, the launch started in the Sephora app one day before Sephora stores. In the UK, The Perfume Shop listed it as an exclusive with a mirror gift on 100ml or larger bottles.

Both fragrances come in the Born in Roma line's signature studded bottles, coloured ruby red for this edition. Fragrantica describes the Uomo bottle as a red collector's edition of Valentino's Rockstud design.

How It Compares with Previous Releases

Rendez-Vous Ruby is the latest limited-edition flanker of the Born in Roma Donna and Uomo pillars. It follows earlier colour-themed editions such as Coral Fantasy, Yellow Dream, Green Stravaganza, Purple Melancholia and Ivory. Born in Roma was also part of the Valentino Coral Fantasy Collection, which presented the fragrance in Coral Fantasy packaging. Dior's Holiday 2026 gift sets pair fragrance, skincare and makeup, with fragrance and skincare sets at $135–$237 on Dior US and £110–£174 on Dior UK. Most sets went on sale on 15 October 2026 at Dior US and Dior UK, labelled New and Limited. The Couture Palette and the Volume and Glow Ritual sets were already on dior.com (US) by 30 September 2026.

The sets launched alongside the Dior Holiday 2026 Makeup Collection, which is led by the Dior Médaillon lip balm. Dior's other holiday launch this season is the Dior Le 30 Montaigne Beauty Advent Calendar.

The Dior Holiday 2026 gift sets went on sale online at Dior US and Dior UK on 15 October 2026. Selfridges London was earlier reported to have stock in-store from 7 October 2026. Two sets went on sale earlier at dior.com (US): the Couture Palette Holiday Gift 2026 Edition and The Volume and Glow Ritual Holiday Gift Set 2026 Edition were both listed by 30 September 2026.

Dior US lists both Dior Capture bow-pouch trios under the same name, "Dior Capture High-Performance Anti-Aging Correction Ritual Holiday Gift Set 2026 Edition." Dior UK uses the same product codes but separates them into "Correction Ritual" and "Serum Ritual," so the $178 set matches the Correction Ritual sizes and the $237 set matches the Serum Ritual sizes.

The Diptyque Advent Calendar 2026, a 25-treasure countdown of candles, perfumes and body care, is on sale now at $525 in the US. It launched on 15 October 2026 on Diptyque's US site and is also sold at CA$710 in Canada, €450 in France and £420 at Selfridges in the UK. Diptyque designed this year's calendar, themed around an enchanted forest, with French artist Jean-Simon Roch.

The same enchanted-forest theme dresses the Diptyque Holiday 2026 Eau de Parfum Editions of Do Son, Eau Rose and Orphéon.

The Design: A Craftsman's Toolbox

Diptyque describes the calendar as a craftsman's toolbox imagined with Jean-Simon Roch. Woodland creatures from the brand's Enchanted Forest and golden detailing cover the box. It weighs 5.5kg and is made in France from FSC-certified paper and card. The drawers can be removed, so the box can be reused as storage after the holidays. Diptyque says the structure and drawers can be recycled if you don't keep it.

The same artwork appears across Diptyque's 2026 holiday collection. According to the brand, the collection includes limited-edition scented candles, eaux de parfum, gift sets and decorative objects.

Trixie Cosmetics' Jinkx Monsoon Bundle pairs the 12-pan Jinkx Monsoon Palette with a Leading Lady Trixie Slix gloss stick and Cabaret Star lashes. The bundle costs $65 and went on sale at trixiecosmetics.com on 14 October 2026. Every piece is also sold individually, along with a matching brush set and hand mirror.

What Makes the Jinkx Monsoon Bundle Different?

• Theatre theme: The shade names follow a stage story, from Showbiz Baby to Curtain Call and Grand Finale.
• Finish mix: The palette has six mattes, four shimmers, one satin and one pressed glitter. Three shades are marked as pressed pigments.
• New lip shade: Leading Lady is new to Trixie Slix, which launched in April 2026 with Last Call, Pour Decisions, Top Shelf, Sugar Rimmed and Bottoms Up.

When Did the florence by mills High Note Mascara Launch?

florence by mills hasn't announced an official release date for the High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara. By 15 October 2026, the Ulta Beauty product page listed it as "New" and in stock and ready to ship online. The page showed one customer review at that point.

The mascara costs $18.00 (US) for 0.3 oz at Ulta Beauty. Neither the brand nor any retailer has announced UK, European or other international pricing.

Ulta lists one shade, black. The formula includes iron oxides (CI 77499), and no other shades are listed.

• Retail channel: It launched through Ulta Beauty rather than florence by mills' own site, where it isn't currently listed.

• High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara: The brand says it contains shea butter, vitamin B5 (panthenol) and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) to help nourish and condition lashes. florence by mills describes the formula as ultra-lightweight and easy to layer. According to the brand, it is "clinically proven to extend the length of lashes." Ulta tags it Clean Ingredients and Vegan.

How to Apply

florence by mills recommends a two-step application. First, use the fluffy bristle side to layer on lightweight, feathery length. Then use the molded side to lift and define lashes from corner to corner. To remove it, the brand says to splash with warm water.

Chanel Paris – St. Moritz is a new Les Eaux de Chanel Eau de Toilette, the collection's first winter-inspired scent, now on sale in the UK, Europe and the US. Chanel prices it at £145 for 125 ml and £102 for 50 ml in the UK, and Bloomingdale's US lists it at $132 and $172. The perfume was first seen on sale at chanel.com UK on 3 October 2026 and reached the US by 15 October 2026.

When Did Chanel Paris – St. Moritz Launch?

Chanel hasn't announced an official release date for Paris – St. Moritz. The Eau de Toilette was on sale at chanel.com UK and in parts of Europe by 3 October 2026. On 15 October 2026, ScentAdvice reported on Instagram that it "launched in Europe last week, but now you can also get your hands on it in the US". Bloomingdale's US listed both sizes as available to add to bag on the same day.

The Les Eaux de Chanel collection has travelled from Paris to destinations including Deauville, Biarritz, Venice, Edinburgh and the Riviera, but it had never gone to a winter destination. Paris – St. Moritz takes the series to the Alps for the first time.

Chanel links the scent to Gabrielle Chanel's stays in St. Moritz in the late 1920s. She skied, took part in winter sports and wore elegant warm outfits, refusing to choose between comfort and style. Chanel says the fragrance "wears like winter clothing".

Chanel Paris – St. Moritz Fragrance Notes

Chanel hasn't published a top, heart and base pyramid. Instead, the brand describes three facets:

• Opening: a fresh, fruity pear accord
• Heart: a floral rose facet
• Base: sensual musky-ambery notes

ScentAdvice lists the notes as pear, rose, amber and musk.

What Does Chanel Paris – St. Moritz Smell Like?

Based on Chanel's notes, the perfume opens on fruity pear, moves into rose, and settles on a musky, ambery base. According to Chanel, it is "the first winter-inspired eau from the LES EAUX DE CHANEL collection. A luminous and enveloping scent that reveals the brightness of a fresh and fruity pear accord, accentuated by the sophistication of a floral rose facet. Sensual musky-ambery notes add an element of contrast."

What Makes Chanel Paris – St. Moritz Different?

• It is the first Les Eaux de Chanel scent inspired by winter. The earlier destinations in the collection were not winter destinations.
• Its story draws on Gabrielle Chanel's time in St. Moritz in the late 1920s.

The Haus Labs Atomic Shake Vault is a $150 holiday 2026 gift set of all nine Atomic Shake Lip Lacquer shades, including the exclusive Toasty Mauve. It launched alongside a $99 four-piece Complexion Brush Set. Both went on sale at hauslabs.com on 15 October 2026, the day Haus Labs by Lady Gaga announced its limited-edition holiday gift guide.

Haus Labs also added a limited-edition holiday shade to its highlighter stick: the Haus Labs Glassy Golden Bio-Radiant Glassy Highlighter Balm ($30), a pale gold shade sold at hauslabs.com.

Haus Labs also launched the Haus Labs Sun Dipped Bronzing Veil 2026, a bronzer from the same brand.

Release Date

Haus Labs announced its Holiday 2026 gift guide on Instagram on 15 October 2026, and both gifts went on sale at hauslabs.com the same day.

The vault costs $150. Buying the nine lacquers one by one at $28 each would cost $252. The brush set costs $99, against the $158 value that Haus Labs states.

The vault is not to be confused with the single Atomic Shake Lip Lacquer. That product costs $28 per shade on Haus Labs' site and is sold year-round.

What Makes the Atomic Shake Vault Different?

• It puts all nine Atomic Shake Lip Lacquer shades in one box, including Toasty Mauve, the shade exclusive to Haus Labs' site.
• Haus Labs says the shades run from sheer to saturated, from Sheer Blush, Sheer Petal and Sheer Sienna to Maroon and Mahogany.
• The Complexion Brush Set comes with limited-edition mint chrome handles. It includes two dual-ended brushes, one for multi-purpose use and one for precision sculpting.

Formula and Packaging

• Atomic Shake Lip Lacquer: According to Haus Labs, the formula combines marine algae extract, a shine boost complex, flexible film-forming polymers and filling spheres. The brand calls it transfer-proof and says it gives a high-shine finish that lasts up to 8 hours without feathering or bleeding. It uses a precision doe-foot applicator, and Haus Labs describes it as "Clean, Cruelty-Free, and Vegan."
• Complexion Brush Set: The brand says the brushes are designed to smooth, sculpt and blend liquid, powder and cream products for an airbrushed finish. The handles are mint chrome.

The JOYCE Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 is a 26-piece calendar of skincare, hair care, intensive care and wellness, including nine full-size items. It costs HK$4,990 at Lane Crawford in Hong Kong, where JOYCE Beauty introduced it on 15 October 2026 as an exclusive pre-launch running until 31 October 2026. Lane Crawford says the calendar draws on a world called "The Emerald Canopy" and splits its contents into four weekly rituals.

What Makes the JOYCE Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 Different?

• Each of the four weekly chapters covers its own category. A full week goes to hair and scalp care, and the final week covers body, hands, lips and home.
• Two of the 26 items are bespoke JOYCE Beauty ceramic pieces, a candle and a matchbox. Lane Crawford says the candle is a collaboration with a Hong Kong ceramic artist, and its vessel can be refilled through Hong Kong candle maker BeCandle.
• The packaging is a two-tier chest with four reusable velvet pouches. Its art shows a moonlit forest with glowing mushrooms and fireflies.

Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal Extase and Scandal Pour Homme Extase are a new fruity amber Eau de Parfum duo in the Scandal line, announced in September 2026. The women's scent is built on apricot, benzoin and patchouli, the men's on mandarin, caramel and musks.

Status: Announced, not yet on sale. Price, release date and markets haven't been confirmed, and details may change.

According to Olfastory, the pair was announced on 24 September 2026 and the notes were published in early October 2026.

Jean Paul Gaultier hasn't announced an official release date. Olfastory dates the announcement of both fragrances to 24 September 2026 and the publication of their notes to early October 2026. Mallorca Duty Free has published product copy for Scandal Extase, which suggests travel retail may be among the first channels to carry it. No date has been confirmed for any market.

What Does Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal Extase Smell Like?

Based on the listed notes, Scandal Extase opens on apricot, moves into resinous benzoin and settles on patchouli. Scandal Pour Homme Extase pairs citrus mandarin with a caramel heart and a musk base.

Mallorca Duty Free's product copy describes the women's perfume this way: "Welcome aboard the Ecstasy Express! Scandal Extase can't be explained, only felt. Vibrant, electrifying, intoxicating — it makes a powerful impression from the first moment. Apricot nectar leads the dance with its luscious, golden radiance, while benzoin and patchouli prolong the experience with a deeply addictive intensity."

Scandal Extase keeps the original Scandal's patchouli but drops its honey and gardenia. Pour Homme Extase replaces the original's clary sage, tonka bean and vetiver.

• Scandal Extase uses the faceted Scandal bottle with the gold legs-in-the-air cap. The glass is iridescent red-to-blue with a gold SCANDAL label, and the box is pink-red iridescent.
