Fenty Beauty Hella Thicc Waterproof Mascara is a new waterproof version of the brand's Hella Thicc Volumizing Mascara, listed in the shade Cuz I'm Black. Amazon US has it on pre-order at $24.00 with a release date of 31 January 2027. Fenty Beauty has not yet announced the launch on its own site.

When Will the Fenty Beauty Hella Thicc Waterproof Mascara Launch?

Fenty Beauty has not announced an official release date. On 2 November 2026, the spoiler blog Durbin Rock reported the launch. On 3 November 2026, Amazon US listed the mascara for pre-order with the note "This item will be released on January 31, 2027." This is the retailer's date, and it may change once Fenty Beauty confirms the launch.

Price

Amazon US lists the Hella Thicc Waterproof Mascara at $24.00, which works out to $72.73 per fluid ounce. That unit price puts the tube at about 0.33 fl oz.

For comparison, the original Hella Thicc Volumizing Mascara has these regular prices on fentybeauty.com:

• $22.00 for 10 mL
• $13.00 for the 6.5 mL mini

Both sizes are currently discounted to $16.50 and $9.75. Prices for the UK, Europe and other markets have not been announced.

Shades

Only one shade is listed so far: Cuz I'm Black. Fenty Beauty has not announced any other shades for the waterproof version. The original mascara comes in three shades: Cuz I'm Black, Let'z Be Blunt and Elec'Trip Blue.

Both use the same faceted black tube shape. The waterproof version adds a blue band, and so far it is listed in only one shade.

What Makes the Hella Thicc Waterproof Mascara Different?

• Waterproof format: It is a waterproof version of the existing Hella Thicc Volumizing Mascara.
• Blue-band packaging: The official packshot shows "FENTY BEAUTY" printed vertically on a periwinkle-blue brush-stroke band. Durbin Rock describes this band as the way to tell the two tubes apart.
• Single shade at launch: Cuz I'm Black is the only listed shade, compared with three shades for the original.

Formula and Packaging

• Waterproof formula: Fenty Beauty has not published the ingredients, wear time or brush details for the waterproof version.
• Original formula: For the Volumizing Mascara, the brand describes an "ultra-creamy, ultra-black formula" with "a tapered brush that coats and loads every lash for an effect that looks outrageous yet feels weightless."
• Original wear claims: According to Fenty Beauty, the original is sweat-, humidity- and transfer-resistant, as well as clean, vegan and gluten-free.

L'Oréal Paris Volume Liberté Volumizing Mascara is what the brand calls its first-ever click mascara, with an S-shaped fiber brush. It costs $15.99 at lorealparisusa.com, Ulta Beauty and Amazon ($12.99 at Target), and L'Oréal Paris announced its US launch on 2 November 2026. The tube uses a gold button to release the cap instead of a standard twist-off cap.

Release Date

L'Oréal Paris announced Volume Liberté on 2 November 2026 in a PR Newswire release from New York. The release said the mascara "is available now on Amazon.com and in-store nationwide for $15.99". The brand posted it on Instagram on 3 November 2026. The product page on lorealparisusa.com was already live by 10 October 2026, when the Italian blog Nuvole di Bellezza covered it.

The launch is fronted by Adria Arjona's first L'Oréal Paris product campaign. It also features Global Ambassador Eva Longoria and was directed by Colin Cardo on the rooftop of the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.

Price

• US: $15.99 on lorealparisusa.com, at Ulta Beauty and at Amazon. Target lists the 791 Black shade at $12.99.

Shades

The US site lists three shades:

L'Oréal Paris suggests a deep black if you have darker hair and want dramatic volume. It suggests a softer black or brown-black if you have lighter hair and want a more natural-looking effect.

The brand's global Instagram post names the shades as Black, True Brown and a Waterproof version, and its photo shows a tube labelled "Waterproof". The waterproof version appears in the global campaign but is not listed in the US yet. L'Oréal's US Consumer Care said on the product page that "for now, it is not sold as a 'waterproof' formula."

What Makes the Volume Liberté Mascara Different?

• Click packaging: a gold button on the front releases the cap, and the cap clicks back into the tube for what the brand describes as an airtight seal.
• S-shaped fiber brush: L'Oréal Paris says it is designed to catch and coat every lash from root to tip.
• Volume claim: the brand says the mascara is clinically proven to deliver up to +800% more volume. Its before/after lash grid carries the line "+800% more volume. Weightless feel."

It joins other mascara launches this season, including the COVERGIRL Lash Blast Showstopper Mascara and the florence by mills High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara.

Formula and Packaging

• Formula: According to L'Oréal Paris, the "serum-infused" formula contains Black Orchid and Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) to help lashes feel soft, nourished and conditioned. The brand claims up to 24-hour wear and says the formula is smudge- and flake-resistant. It also says the mascara is ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
• Format: The brand says the brush helps fan and separate lashes while resisting clumps.

How to Use

L'Oréal Paris says to push the gold button to release the cap, then pull the cap upward to reveal the brush. Apply from roots to tips. Afterwards, slide the cap back into the tube and press until it clicks.

HALEYS Beauty 3 Piece Glam + Glow Holiday Essentials is a holiday eye set with a Re-play eyeshadow quad, Re-lift Eyelash Curler and Re-veal Mascara. It costs $49 and is sold online at Ulta Beauty in two versions, "Everything" and "Just Drinks," named after the quad inside. HALEYS Beauty announced it as available at Ulta on 24 October 2026, making it one of this season's Ulta releases.

When Did the HALEYS Beauty 3 Piece Glam + Glow Holiday Essentials Launch?

HALEYS Beauty announced the set on Instagram as "available now at Ulta" on 24 October 2026, and both versions were on sale at Ulta.com that day. The brand hasn't published a separate launch-date statement. Ulta labels the set "New," "Online only" and "Not sold in store," with orders fulfilled by HALEYS Beauty.

Price

The set costs $49 at Ulta in the US. Ulta lists a $75 value for the set. On haleysbeauty.com, the Re-veal mascara is $25 and the Re-lift curler is $20. We found no separate listing for the Re-play quad, so there is no confirmed price for it on its own.

What's Inside

Ulta lists three items in each version:

• Re-play eyeshadow quad: 4 shades. Ulta's shade descriptions are 3 matte and 1 shimmer.
• Re-lift Eyelash Curler: includes a replacement pad.

Ulta doesn't list sizes for any of the items.

Shades

Ulta's how-to section names four shades: Champagne Problems (base), Night Cap (definition), Moonshine (spotlight) and Spritz (depth). Its ingredient list describes them as matte cream, matte caramel brown, shimmer lilac taupe and matte ash grey. Ulta prints the same shade names and ingredient list on both versions' pages.

The product photos show different quads:

What Makes the 3 Piece Glam + Glow Holiday Essentials Different?

• It comes in two versions, each named after the eyeshadow quad inside: "Everything" and "Just Drinks."
• We found no standalone listing for the Re-play eyeshadow quad, on haleysbeauty.com or at Ulta, as of 24 October 2026.
• It pairs the brand's curler-and-mascara duo with an eyeshadow quad, similar to other eye kits this season such as the Hannah Chody x Saie Eye Kit.

Formula and Packaging

• Re-play eyeshadow quad: HALEYS Beauty describes the shadows as talc-free, oil-absorbing, hydrating, pigmented and easy to blend, and calls the shades "non-transferable." The brand says the packaging is travel-friendly.
• Re-lift Eyelash Curler: according to the brand, it is made of carbon steel with an ergonomic handle and flexible silicone rubber pads, and works for all eye shapes.
• Re-veal Mascara: the brand says it curls, lifts and lengthens lashes with a precision curved wand, in a non-waterproof, easy-to-remove formula. Key ingredients in Ulta's list include castor seed oil, marula seed oil, hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed collagen and myristoyl pentapeptide-17.

How to Use It

COVERGIRL Lash Blast Showstopper Mascara is a new volumising mascara with a dual-material Double Take brush, in three shades plus a waterproof version. COVERGIRL announced it on Instagram on 22 October 2026 as "available to shop now." Ulta Beauty now sells 800 Hypnotic Black and the 820 Hypnotic Black waterproof version for $12.99 each.

COVERGIRL announced the Lash Blast Showstopper Mascara on 22 October 2026, and it was available at COVERGIRL's official Amazon store by 22 October. The brand hasn't published a separate launch-date statement. Beauty blog Durbin Rock reported the mascara as available on 20 October 2026. COVERGIRL added both the original and waterproof product pages to covergirl.com on 21 October 2026. Ulta Beauty listed both versions as new by 26 October 2026.

What Makes the Lash Blast Showstopper Mascara Different?

• Double Take brush: COVERGIRL describes it as exclusive to this mascara. It's labelled "Double Act" on COVERGIRL's launch images. It combines molded and fiber bristles twisted 360°, which the brand says builds volume and helps beat clumps.
• Volume claim: COVERGIRL claims up to an 800% volume boost compared with bare lashes.
• Shade range: the original version comes in black, brown and plum. The waterproof version comes in one black shade.

The mascara joins COVERGIRL's earlier eye launches, including the COVERGIRL Eye Enhancer 3D Mascara. Other recent mascara releases include the florence by mills High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara and the Painted Mascara.

Formula and Packaging

• Lash Blast Showstopper Mascara: COVERGIRL lists panthenol (vitamin B5) as the key ingredient, and Ulta lists a Volume Conditioning Complex with peptides, castor oil and vitamin B5. The brand claims the vegan formula gives clump-free, flake-free and transfer-proof all-day wear. It comes in a 0.3 fl oz / 9 mL tube.
• Lash Blast Showstopper Waterproof Mascara: COVERGIRL lists a Volume Conditioning Complex of Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17 (a peptide), castor seed oil and panthenol. The brand makes the same wear claims as for the original, plus waterproof wear. It comes in a 0.3 fl oz / 9 mL tube.

Ulta lists the mascara as cruelty free, and Ulta and COVERGIRL say it is formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates and mineral oil. In its launch reel, COVERGIRL says the mascara is infused with peptide, castor oil and vitamin B5.

How to Apply

COVERGIRL says to start at the base of the lashes and wiggle the brush from root to tip. The brand recommends layering coats and twisting the brush to build volume.

florence by mills' High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara is a lightweight tubing mascara with a dual-sided hybrid brush and shea butter. It costs $18.00 for 0.3 oz and is listed at Ulta Beauty in the US, where it was on sale by 15 October 2026. florence by mills was founded by Millie Bobby Brown.

When Did the florence by mills High Note Mascara Launch?

florence by mills hasn't announced an official release date for the High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara. By 15 October 2026, the Ulta Beauty product page listed it as "New" and in stock and ready to ship online. The page showed one customer review at that point.

Price

The mascara costs $18.00 (US) for 0.3 oz at Ulta Beauty. Neither the brand nor any retailer has announced UK, European or other international pricing.

Shades

Ulta lists one shade, black. The formula includes iron oxides (CI 77499), and no other shades are listed.

• Tubing formula: According to the brand, it releases with warm water, so no makeup remover is needed.
• Two-sided hybrid brush: One side is a fluffy bristle side for length. The other is a molded side for lift and definition.
• Retail channel: It launched through Ulta Beauty rather than florence by mills' own site, where it isn't currently listed.

• High Note Length + Lift Tubing Mascara: The brand says it contains shea butter, vitamin B5 (panthenol) and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) to help nourish and condition lashes. florence by mills describes the formula as ultra-lightweight and easy to layer. According to the brand, it is "clinically proven to extend the length of lashes." Ulta tags it Clean Ingredients and Vegan.

How to Apply

florence by mills recommends a two-step application. First, use the fluffy bristle side to layer on lightweight, feathery length. Then use the molded side to lift and define lashes from corner to corner. To remove it, the brand says to splash with warm water.

The r.e.m. beauty Petal Kit is a limited-edition set of treble maker 3-in-1 mascara, a love spell blush & highlight stick, a makeup bag and a keychain. It costs $80 (US) at rembeauty.com, where it went live by 14 October 2026, and the brand lists it as an $88 value. r.e.m. beauty describes the set as coming "straight from ari's current rotation."

When Did the r.e.m. beauty Petal Kit Launch?

r.e.m. beauty hasn't announced an official release date. The Petal Kit appeared on rembeauty.com on 14 October 2026, tagged as new and limited edition, and was still in stock there on 15 October 2026.

Price

The kit costs $80 (US) on rembeauty.com. Bought separately, the two makeup products cost $53: the treble maker 3-in-1 mascara is $24 and the mélange à trois blush & highlight stick is $29. The petal makeup bag and keychain aren't sold separately. The $88 value is r.e.m. beauty's own figure. UK and other international prices have not been announced.

What's Inside

r.e.m. beauty lists these four items in the kit:

That's two makeup products (one mascara, one cream blush-and-highlight stick) and two accessories. The kit page lists a size for none of the items, so no total weight is given here.

love spell is the kit's blush shade. r.e.m. beauty's swatch image describes it as "a deep mauve berry with a cool champagne pearl," and the kit page calls it a "romantic mauve flush." It is a core shade from the mélange à trois range, which launched in January 2026, not a holiday-exclusive shade. The mascara comes in midnight black.

The brand cites an independent study of 33 participants that reported a 37% immediate increase in volume. The mascara has a tapered-tip brush, and the brand states it is long-wearing but not waterproof.
• mélange à trois in love spell: The stick swirls cream blush and highlight pearls together. r.e.m. beauty lists castor oil and vitamins C and E among its ingredients, calls the formula non-comedogenic, and says it can be worn on cheeks and lips.

How to Use

r.e.m. beauty's directions are to sweep the mascara from root to tip, pressing the brush into the lash line and wiggling it for extra volume. For the stick, the brand says to swirl your fingertips over the bullet and tap the colour into cheeks, building it up or keeping it sheer.

DIBS Beauty's Double Standard Primer & Mascara Duo in Burgundy is a dual-ended mascara pairing a burgundy tubing primer with a black volumizing mascara. It costs $31 (US) and went on sale on dibsbeauty.com on 15 October 2026. It is a new shade of the Brown Double Standard Primer & Mascara Duo, which launched in June 2025.

Updated 17 October 2026: DIBS Beauty announced on Instagram that Burgundy has "officially arrived." It is in stock on dibsbeauty.com at $31. Ulta Beauty still lists only the Brown version.

Release Date

DIBS Beauty announced the Burgundy shade on Instagram with the line "Coming 10.15." It went on sale on dibsbeauty.com on 15 October 2026, when the Burgundy option on the product page switched from a waitlist to in stock.

Price

The Burgundy Double Standard Primer & Mascara Duo costs $31 (US) on dibsbeauty.com. That is the same price as the Brown version. DIBS has not announced UK or European pricing.

What Makes the Burgundy Double Standard Primer & Mascara Duo Different?

• Coloured primer instead of white. DIBS says the burgundy primer avoids the greyish or chalky cast that white primers can leave.
• Two formulas in one tube. A lengthening tubing primer sits at one end and a volumizing black mascara at the other. DIBS says this gives up to three lash looks: primer alone, mascara alone, or both layered.
• A new primer shade. Burgundy replaces the brown primer of the June 2025 original. The black mascara end is unchanged.

Formula and Packaging

• Burgundy Tubing Lengthening Primer: The brand lists shea butter, sugar cane extract, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and glycerin among its ingredients. Its colour comes from iron oxides and ultramarines. It is applied with an elastomer-bristle brush that DIBS says separates and defines lashes.
• Black Volumizing Mascara: This end also contains shea butter, according to DIBS. It is applied with a wavy, 290-fiber wand that the brand says adds lift and buildable thickness.
• Tubing format: DIBS says both ends are flake-free and smudge-proof, and that they remove with warm water.

DIBS's product images report that "100% said it provides extreme length" and "94% said it intensifies mascara color" for the Burgundy Primer. These are brand-reported consumer-perception figures, and the panel size is not stated.

Sweep the burgundy primer through the lashes on its own for defined length, or follow with the black mascara for volume. DIBS says the precise primer brush is also designed to define lower lashes without clumping.

Painted Mascara is the US makeup brand's first mascara, a waterproof, vegan formula sold in two shades, Black and Brown. Each shade costs $25 (US), and it went on sale at painted.co on 17 October 2026, with both shades in stock. Painted, known for its Create Paints, Blush Duos, Highlighters and Canvas palettes, first sold it early at its first pop-up shop in New York. Release Date

Painted Mascara launched on Saturday 17 October 2026 on painted.co, at 2pm PST / 5pm EST in the US and 10pm BST in the UK. In Australia the launch was set for 7am AEST on Sunday 18 October 2026. Before that, Painted sold an early release in person at its first pop-up shop, at 262 Mott St, New York, NY, from 9 to 11 October 2026, with limited supply. The product pages had shown the mascara as "coming soon" with pre-registration until launch.

What Makes the Painted Mascara Different?

• It is Painted's first mascara, joining a lineup built around Create Paints, Blush Duos, Highlighters and Canvas palettes.
• The two shades use different pigments. Black lists iron oxide black (CI 77499), and Brown lists D&C Black 2 (CI 77266, nano).
• The launch was staged, with an in-person early release at Painted's first-ever pop-up shop before the worldwide online drop.

Formula and Packaging

• Painted Mascara in Black: Key ingredients include acrylates copolymer, synthetic beeswax, carnauba wax and iron oxide black. According to Painted, the formula gives "stretched-out, feathery length with clean definition and no clumps." It comes in an 8 g white tube with Painted's brushstroke logo.
• Painted Mascara in Brown: It has the same base of acrylates copolymer, synthetic beeswax and carnauba wax. The brand describes it as smooth and buildable, keeping lashes "lifted, separated." It comes in the same 8 g white tube.

How to Apply

Painted says to start at the lash base and wiggle the wand side to side while sweeping up to the tips. You can build it in light layers and use the wand tip for inner, outer and lower lashes. To remove it, Painted recommends a waterproof eye-makeup remover, wiped away gently without rubbing.
