Indie brand Bella Beauté Bar will release the Garden of Spells Lip Sparkle Balm on 9 October 2026 at bellabeautebar.com. The brand announced it on Instagram on 5 October 2026. The product is not yet listed on the brand's site, and price and size details have not been shared.

What's New

Garden of Spells is a new lip sparkle balm with a witch's-garden theme. Campaign photos by @zyelbeauty and @sinireviews show a few details:

• A deep burgundy, bullet-style balm packed with fine sparkle that flashes green and blue

• A clear, square, crystal-like acrylic case with a clear cap printed with the BB monogram

TOM FORD Beauty has launched the Runway Eye Color Stylo, a shimmer cream eyeshadow stick in 10 shades priced at $40 each. It went on sale in the US on 5 October 2026 on tomfordbeauty.com, where it is listed as new.

The Runway Eye Color Stylo joins TOM FORD's Runway line alongside the Runway Lip Stylo Matte ($55 on tomfordbeauty.com). PHLUR is preparing Cashmere Frost, a new body mist (Hair & Body Fragrance Mist) built on iced bergamot, snowdrop and cashmere woods, according to leaked images shared by a fragrance blogger on Instagram. PHLUR has not officially announced this product. Product names, notes, packaging and release dates may change before launch. As of 5 October 2026, there is no Cashmere Frost product page on phlur.com.

What's New

Cashmere Frost is a separate new scent, not a reformulation or a stronger version of PHLUR's existing Cashmere Skin body mist. The blogger says fans hoping for a Cashmere Skin eau de parfum will still have to wait, because Cashmere Frost is another body mist. Based on the name and notes, it looks like a colder, frostier companion to Cashmere Skin.

No release date has been given. The blogger expects Cashmere Frost to arrive soon after Heavy Cream, PHLUR's other upcoming launch. This timing is an estimate, not a brand statement.

The Scent Profile

Jones Road is releasing The Bobbi Kit 6.0, its sixth anniversary kit, on 6 October 2026 at 8 AM EST for $88 (US).
