e.l.f. Cosmetics has launched travel-size mini versions of its Never Thirsty Moisturizing Shampoo and Never Thirsty Moisturizing Conditioner, priced at $3 each for 1.7 fl oz / 50 mL. The minis are on sale now online and, according to the brand's Instagram, arrive in Target stores' travel section from 25 October 2026.
What's New
The news is the format. The Never Thirsty shampoo and conditioner were already sold in a 12 fl oz / 358 mL full size at $9 each. The new 1.7 fl oz minis bring the same formulas to a travel-friendly size. e.l.f. positions them for taking a hair routine on the go. The Target in-store launch places them in the retailer's travel section.

- Never Thirsty Moisturizing Shampoo (mini), $3 (US). The brand says it gently cleanses with a luxe lather, removing oil and product buildup and leaving strands soft and smooth.
- Never Thirsty Moisturizing Conditioner (mini), $3 (US). According to e.l.f., it melts into hair and instantly detangles without weighing hair down. It also contains a vegan protein blend.
Both carry what e.l.f. describes as a bright and uplifting fruity scent.
What the Brand Says
According to e.l.f., the two key ingredients work together:
- Provitamin B5 helps deliver moisture to the inner layers of the hair.
- Argan Oil helps seal in hydration from the outside.
The brand claims the shampoo and conditioner, used together as a regimen, leave hair 91% smoother and less tangled compared with a control. e.l.f. also says the pair helps strengthen hair, reduce breakage and repair damage.
e.l.f. says the line is suitable for all hair types and textures, including color-treated hair, and can be used daily. The brand lists the formulas as free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates and mineral oils. It also describes them as vegan, cruelty-free and color-safe, and says the line is Fair Trade Certified.
How to Use
e.l.f. recommends this routine:
- Massage the shampoo through wet hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Follow with the Never Thirsty conditioner.
