The Head & Shoulders Scalp Care Collection is a new US anti-dandruff line of seven shampoos, treatments and a conditioner in three scalp routines. P&G announced it on 15 October 2026. The five rinse-off products are listed at Walmart US for $11.97 each. The routines are Scalp Purify for oily scalps, Scalp Restore for dry, flaky scalps and Scalp Soothe for itchy scalps. When Did the Head & Shoulders Scalp Care Collection Launch?
P&G announced the Head & Shoulders Scalp Care Collection on 15 October 2026. Its news release was titled "Head & Shoulders Launches All-New Scalp Care Collection to Prove Healthier Hair Starts at the Scalp." The products were already listed on headandshoulders.com and at Walmart US by 16 October 2026.

In the US, Walmart lists five products at $11.97 each:
- Scalp Purify Pre-Shampoo (7.6 fl oz)
- All three 13.5 fl oz shampoos
- Scalp Restore Conditioner (10.6 fl oz)
Prices for the Scalp Restore Leave-On Serum and the Scalp Soothe Cooling Spray are not confirmed. No UK or European prices have been published.

What Makes the Head & Shoulders Scalp Care Collection Different?
- Organised by scalp concern: the collection is split into three routines (oily, dry and flaky, itchy), each with its own bottle colour.
- Two leave-on treatments: the serum and spray are applied without rinsing. Both use a higher 3% HydraSC+ Complex, compared with 2% in the rinse-off products.
- A pre-shampoo step: Scalp Purify starts with a salicylic acid treatment that is applied before shampooing.
Formulas and Packaging
- Clarify Pre-Shampoo: Head & Shoulders says it loosens oil, build-up and flakes before shampooing. It is applied before the Scalp Purify Shampoo.
- Volumizing Shampoo: the brand says it removes up to 99% of oil, flakes and build-up "when using Scalp Purify Pre-Shampoo & Shampoo." It also claims 5x more volume versus unwashed hair. The shampoo is described as colour-safe.
- Nourishing Shampoo: the brand says it locks in scalp moisture for 72 hours and helps restore the scalp barrier. It is free of sulfated surfactants and colour-safe.
- Conditioner, Deep Hydration: this is step 2 of the Scalp Restore routine. According to the brand, it delivers a 72-hour moisture lock "with Scalp Restore Shampoo and Conditioner system."
- Leave-On Serum: this is a lightweight, non-greasy treatment applied to a wet scalp and not rinsed out. It is another leave-on scalp format, like the COLOR WOW Youth Juice Collagen Scalp Serum.
- Cooling Shampoo: Head & Shoulders says it gives an instant cooling feel and reduces dandruff-related itch, irritation and flakes.
- Cooling Spray: this is a leave-on spray. The brand directs using it up to four times daily between washes, massaging it in without rinsing.
Head & Shoulders describes the collection as clinically proven and calls itself America's #1 dermatologist-recommended dandruff shampoo brand. These are the brand's own claims.
