It costs $140 in the US and was first reported on sale there on 8 September 2026, so it is not a new launch. What has changed is wider UK and European availability, where Notino UK lists it at £93.50 and the listed contents differ from the US descriptions.

When Did the Maison Margiela REPLICA Advent Calendar Launch?

Maison Margiela hasn't announced an official release date. US blogs reported the calendar on sale on 8–9 September 2026 (Subscription Box Ramblings, then Hello Subscription). UK coverage followed on 12 October 2026 (Beauty Detective). On 13 October 2026 it was in stock at Notino UK, Notino Poland and parfumdreams UK.

• US: $140. Bloomingdale's product name gives a "$169 value", meaning Bloomingdale's puts the items' combined value at $169.
• UK: £93.50 at Notino UK; £102.95 at parfumdreams UK.

What's Inside

The calendar has seven items. Notino UK, parfumdreams UK and Beauty Detective list five eaux de toilette and two body-care products. Notino lists the three miniatures as 5 ml rather than 7 ml. US blogs describe a different mix that includes two candles:

The brand's own product photos show the eau de toilette and body-care version with no candles. The US version that ships may therefore differ from the US descriptions.

Maison Margiela hasn't published a top, heart and base pyramid for these scents. The retailer description quoted by Hello Subscription highlights these key notes:

What Does the Maison Margiela REPLICA Calendar Smell Like?

Based on those notes, Jazz Club combines spice with rum and tobacco, and Lazy Sunday Morning is a floral musk. By the Fireplace pairs clove with chestnut and vanilla. Hello Subscription describes the REPLICA fragrances as a "reproduction of familiar scents and moments of varying locations and periods", with a "nostalgic, comforting" mood. The 2024 details come from Notino UK's listing for that year. Both editions have seven items. The 2026 edition drops the candles and makes Jazz Club its largest item.

What Makes the Maison Margiela REPLICA Calendar Different?

• The doors are numbered 25 to 31, so the calendar counts down from Christmas to New Year. Notino lists it as a "New Year's countdown calendar".
• Its largest item is a 30 ml Jazz Club Eau de Toilette.
• Lazy Sunday Morning appears three times, as an eau de toilette, a hand cream and a shower gel, so the same scent can be layered.

Packaging

• Box: the box uses a newsprint "classified ads" design with a gold label, Bianchetto overpaint and embossed Maison Margiela-style numbers, according to the retailer description quoted by Hello Subscription.
• Archive reference: Nuvole di Bellezza reports that the design recalls the brand's Fall/Winter 1989 invitation, which was printed in a free newspaper.

According to a pre-launch Instagram post, Encore is set to launch on 23 October 2026 across platforms, with first access in the Sephora app on 22 October 2026.

When Does the Brown Girl Jane Encore Perfume Launch?

Brown Girl Jane hasn't announced an official release date on its own site. According to a pre-launch Instagram post from a fragrance creator, Encore is set to launch on 22 October 2026 in the Sephora app (US), then on 23 October 2026 on all platforms. Sephora US already lists both the full size and the travel size as "New", "Limited Edition" and "Online Only".

Brown Girl Jane Encore Fragrance Notes

Brown Girl Jane hasn't published a top, heart and base pyramid. Its campaign images highlight four key notes: spiced biscuit, crème brûlée, tonka bean and velvety ambrox.

The pre-launch Instagram post shared a fuller breakdown. This list did not come from the brand:

• Top: spice cookie, caramelized sugar
• Heart: vanilla, praline, coconut crème brûlée
• Base: tonka bean, ambrox, musk, golden amber

What Does Brown Girl Jane Encore Smell Like?

Going by the brand's key notes, Encore opens on spiced biscuit, moves into crème brûlée, and settles on tonka bean and ambrox. Brown Girl Jane hasn't named a fragrance family, but the notes place it among gourmand scents. The brand's campaign card quotes Malaika, Brown Girl Jane's founder: "Encore captures the indulgent side of Barbie™ in The Nutcracker: rich, enveloping and deliciously decadent."

Both scents are limited editions linked to Barbie™ in The Nutcracker, which HALO marks for its 25th anniversary. They are listed at the same prices. Encore moves from HALO's fruity floral to a dessert-led gourmand.

Gisou Cherry Chocolate Honey Infused Hair Perfume is a gourmand hair perfume with notes of red cherry, honey nectar and velvety chocolate. It costs $25 (US), £20 (UK) and €23 (EU) for 15ml on gisou.com, and is also sold at Sephora and Space NK. Sephora US was selling it by 28 September 2026. It belongs to Gisou's Cherry Chocolate fall collection, alongside a lip oil and a lip mask.

Updated 13 October 2026: Price, size and stockists are now confirmed. The hair perfume is in stock on gisou.com in the US, UK and EU, and is listed at Sephora US, Sephora Canada and Space NK.

Gisou has since launched a second fall scent, the Gisou Crème Brûlée Collection, with notes of brown sugar, whipped cream and vanilla milk.

When Did the Gisou Cherry Chocolate Hair Perfume Launch?

Gisou hasn't announced an official release date. These are the dated sightings:

• 21 September 2026: Incentivised seeding reviews appear on Sephora US.
• 28 September 2026: The first non-incentivised Sephora US review is posted.
• 30 September 2026: The Cherry Chocolate Trio goes live on gisou.com.
• 7 October 2026: The hair perfume's product page is live on gisou.com with customer reviews.

Sephora sells it as the "Mini Cherry Chocolate Honey Infused Hair Perfume". The Sephora US price was not visible when we checked.

Gisou says the collection is "inspired by cherries dipped in chocolate." All three products are built on Mirsalehi Honey:

The scent opens on red cherry, moves into honey nectar and settles on chocolate. On its product page, Gisou says red cherry and golden honey nectar "melt into velvety chocolate, evoking a sweetness that's anything but innocent." The brand calls it a "rich, bold and seductively smooth" gourmand, and its launch graphics call it "temptation in a bottle."

What Makes the Gisou Cherry Chocolate Hair Perfume Different?

• The collection is inspired by cherries dipped in chocolate. Gisou's earlier Glazed Cherry Hair & Body Mist paired cherry with raspberry and caramel instead.
• It launched as part of a hair-and-lip collection and shares its name with a lip oil and a collagen lip mask.
• Its formula contains two colourants, CI 19140 (Yellow 5) and CI 14700 (Red 4).

Formula and Packaging

• Hair perfume: According to Gisou, it gives instant hydration, glossy shine, nourishment and a long-lasting fragrance.

- The formula is led by Alcohol Denat., which the brand says helps diffuse the scent.

- It contains Mirsalehi Honey and argan oil. Gisou says argan oil has twice as much vitamin E as an olive.

- It comes in a 15ml spray.

- The listed allergens differ between Gisou's single-product page and its Trio page.

• Lip oil: The brand says it offers juicy hydration, glossy shine, an "irresistible hint of colour" and 96% naturally derived ingredients.
• Lip mask: Gisou says it contains collagen, ceramides and hyaluronic acid. Citing a clinical study, the brand claims:

- up to 10 hours of hydration

- lip barrier support for up to 8 hours

- up to 66% smoother lips after one use

Gisou says the hair perfume can be used before heat styling but doesn't provide heat protection. The brand also says Cherry Chocolate can be worn alone or layered with other Gisou hair perfumes. Its directions are to section the hair, spray evenly from arm's length, then flip the hair to diffuse the scent.

The Selfridges Fragrance Advent Calendar 2026 launched on Thursday 8 October 2026, the date Selfridges had announced ahead of release. It went on sale online and in Selfridges stores, and the online product page used a queue on launch day.

Price

The calendar costs £225 at Selfridges UK. Selfridges lists the contents as worth £1416, the cost of buying the items separately, so the calendar is priced at about 16% of its listed value. Selfridges' US-facing site lists it at $275, marked "More stock coming soon" as of 8 October 2026.

Byredo hasn't published a top, heart and base pyramid for 00:00. The note lists below come from fragrance databases, not from the brand.

• According to Parfumo, it is sold only in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
• It is marketed for women and men.
• Fragrantica classifies it as a Woody Floral Musk, with Georgywood and Akigalawood among the listed base materials.

Formula and Packaging

00:00 is an Eau de Parfum by perfumer Fanny Bal. Byredo hasn't explained the name; "00:00" could suggest midnight or a fresh start, but that is our reading, not an official explanation.

The bottle follows Byredo's classic design: clear glass with a black cap and a white label reading "00:00 EAU DE PARFUM." The outer box shows a watercolour-style wash of blue, teal, yellow and orange on white.

Zara hasn't announced an official release date. An Italian beauty blogger's Instagram post on 13 October 2026 reported that the three fragrances had arrived on zara.com. On the same day, all three were listed and could be ordered on zara.com in Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Poland. On 13 October 2026, the US site listed them at $35.90 with "Coming soon" and "Notify me" buttons. The UK site listed two of the three as available at £19.99.

Zara True Cocoa Fragrance Notes

Zara hasn't published a top, heart and base pyramid for True Cocoa. Zara highlights these notes:

Zara places it in the Amber gourmand family and describes it as "indulgent, warm, and enveloping."

DedCool's other holiday launch this season is the DedCool x Emi Jay Mochi Milk Gift Set, a limited-edition collaboration with the hair accessories brand.

Bergamot gives Xtra Milk and 01 Taunt a citrus start. Both then settle into amber, with musk in Xtra Milk and vanilla in Taunt. Mocha Magic is built on coffee and chocolate notes over tonka bean. Mineral Milk pairs nectar and lavender with amber milk.

DedCool describes its air fresheners as "the easiest way to embed scent throughout your life, and freshen up unexpected places."

The Squishmallows Whisked Away Deluxe Set is a three-piece gourmand perfume gift set with an Eau de Parfum, Travel Spray and Hair & Body Mist. The new holiday set from Squishmallows Fragrances costs $65 and is sold at Ulta Beauty, where Ulta labels it "Only at Ulta" and "New." It was on sale at Ulta Beauty by 12 October 2026.

When Did the Squishmallows Whisked Away Deluxe Set Launch?

Squishmallows Fragrances hasn't announced an official release date for the Whisked Away Deluxe Set. On 12 October 2026, Ulta Beauty listed the set as "New" and "In stock and ready to ship." The listing had no customer reviews at that point.

Price

The set costs $65 at Ulta Beauty in the US. Ulta lists a $105 value. That figure combines the 3.4 oz Whisked Away Eau de Parfum ($58) and the 0.33 oz travel size ($25), which are also sold on their own. The 2.5 oz Hair & Body Mist isn't sold separately at Ulta. Ulta notes that the brand is excluded from most of its coupons.

The opening is built on spice, milk and caramel. The heart moves into florals (orchid and freesia) with white peach. The base combines sandalwood, a vanilla latte note and the brand's marshmallow-style Squishmallows Accord.

The brand describes the set as "wrapping you in a swirl of caramel, vanilla latte, and warm comfort." It says the scent is inspired by "Cam the Cat's cozy moments."

What Makes the Squishmallows Whisked Away Deluxe Set Different?

• The 3.4 oz Eau de Parfum is shaped like Cam the Cat. Ulta's images show cream/ivory frosted glass, a gold collar and a gold bulb atomizer.
• The 3.4 oz bottle comes with three interchangeable caps: travel cap, spray atomizer and bulb atomizer.
• The set pairs the perfume with a Hair & Body Mist, a size Ulta doesn't sell on its own.

Formula and Packaging

• Eau de Parfum: Ulta's ingredient list includes vanillin, cinnamon bark oil and jasmine oil/extract. According to the brand, the Squishmallows Accord combines marshmallow notes with "EmotiWaves" scent technology. The brand says this technology elicits feelings of happiness, well-being and joy, which it says neuroscientific studies have shown. Its directions are to dry the bottle-neck threads, screw on your chosen atomizer, and then spray on pulse points.
• Travel Spray: a 0.33 oz size of the same Eau de Parfum, meant for pulse points.
• Hair & Body Mist: Ulta lists aloe leaf juice, panthenol and glycerin among its ingredients. It is designed to be sprayed onto hair and body.
