Scarlett Johansson's The Outset Skincare Is Closing: A Look Back at the Brand

B&W portrait of a woman in an off-shoulder knit beside The Outset cleanser, serum and moisturizer with a dried flower

The Outset, the skincare brand Scarlett Johansson co-founded with Kate Foster Lengyel in 2022, is closing, the brand announced on 28 September 2026. "After an incredible journey, The Outset has made the decision to wind down operations," the message on theoutset.com reads. "We're so grateful to everyone who welcomed us into their routines and supported us along the way." Online shopping at theoutset.com has ended, but existing orders will still be processed as usual. No reason has been given publicly.

When Did The Outset Skincare Launch?

No exact launch day was given. The Outset was introduced to press in late February 2022 and launched on theoutset.com in March 2022, with Sephora entry planned for April. Goop and Nordstrom later stocked it too. The closure was announced nearly four years and seven months later, on Monday 28 September 2026.

Price

  • US: $32–$54 for the five launch products (2022 prices).
  • UK: Not yet confirmed.
  • Europe: Not yet confirmed.

The range later grew to roughly 14 products, adding more cleansers, moisturisers, serums, masks, oils and lip products. The Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum was the brand's number-one bestseller up to the closure. Collagen-positioned skincare is still launching: UK skincare expert Caroline Hirons released Caroline Hirons The Collagen Support Kit on 30 September 2026, two days after The Outset's announcement.

Where to Buy

  • US: Online shopping at theoutset.com has ended, though existing orders are still being fulfilled. NewBeauty reports the brand is still listed at some retailers, but no product pages are confirmed.
  • UK: Not yet confirmed.
  • Europe: Not yet confirmed.
  • Other markets: Not yet confirmed.

What Makes The Outset Different?

  • Positioning: the brand called its products the "classic white T of skincare", simple staples designed to pair with other brands.
  • Signature ingredient: every product contained Hyaluroset complex, which the brand described as a botanical alternative to hyaluronic acid.
  • Founder approach: Johansson kept her own name off the brand and has no personal Instagram account, so the line could stand on its own.

Formula and Packaging Details

According to the brand, its three-step Daily Essential Regimen (cleanse, prep, moisturise) mirrored Johansson's own routine, and Hyaluroset complex hydrates, plumps and smooths. The brand said its products were clinically and allergy tested, dermatologist-tested, vegan, fragrance-free, and free of gluten and nut allergens, and that it excluded 2,700 potentially harmful ingredients. Regimen products were refillable, and packaging used glass, bio-resin and post-consumer recycled materials. The brand also pledged 1% of annual sales to environmental nonprofits.

How The Outset Started

Johansson was an ambassador for other beauty brands before saying she was "done representing other people's ideal beauty standards." She had acne-prone "problem skin" through her 20s, so she chose skincare over colour or fragrance, and she developed the idea for about five years. Just before the pandemic she met Kate Foster Lengyel, a beauty veteran from Victoria's Secret and Juicy Couture, who became co-founder and CEO. Foster Lengyel chose the name to signal new beginnings. The brand was funded by The Najafi Companies.

Before the Closure

In January 2026, Forbes reported that Johansson was still focused on the brand nearly four years in and was teasing new launches. That same month, The Outset added the Total Clarity Dark Spot Serum. In the weeks before the announcement, it ran an end-of-summer sale with markdowns of up to 50%.

Leadership Changes and Market Context

According to Business of Fashion, Foster Lengyel stepped down in April 2025. Former Allies of Skin president Karen Raghavan then served as fractional chief executive on a contract basis from May to August 2026.

In 2023 Johansson called skincare "a very saturated market." The Outset launched during a wave of celebrity brands that included Rare Beauty, JLo Beauty, LolaVie and r.e.m. beauty. Its closure follows other celebrity beauty exits: in February, Gwen Stefani's GXVE Beauty stopped being sold at Sephora after its online store had shut. For current launches, see our skincare releases page.

If You Use The Outset Products

  • Existing orders should still be processed and fulfilled.
  • Remaining stock at third-party retailers is not confirmed, so check before assuming a product is available.
  • Alternatives: look for fragrance-free formulas made for sensitive skin with similar key ingredients, such as squalane, niacinamide or vitamin C. Patch-test anything new before adding it to your routine.

LYS Beauty Mini Speak Love Lip-Plumping Balm Set: Release Date, Shades & Price

LYS Beauty Speak Love mini set box beside three pink-gold balms in light pink, rosy nude and deep berry red shades.

LYS Beauty launched the Mini Speak Love 3-piece Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm Set at Sephora in late September 2026, priced at $29 (US). The limited-edition set contains three travel-size versions of the brand's Speak Love Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm in Charismatic, Centered and Audacious. According to LYS Beauty, each balm gives a wash of color, a glossy shine and a visibly fuller-looking pout.

It's part of the LYS Beauty Holiday 2026 Collection, which LYS Beauty announced on 7 October 2026. The set is now also sold at lysbeauty.com for $29.

The Shades

Here is how the three shades appear in the official swatch photos:

  • Charismatic: a sheer light pink
  • Centered: a warm rosy nude
  • Audacious: a deep berry red

LYS Beauty's own website lists seven full-size shades: Diva, CEO (a rosy mauve), Truthful, Visionary, Lucky, Genius and Charismatic. Centered and Audacious are not among the shades listed there.

What's Inside the Formula

LYS Beauty describes Speak Love as "an ultra-nourishing, high-shine juicy lip pen that hydrates and plumps in one swipe." According to the brand, the highlighted ingredients do the following:

  • Fruit and Veggie Extract Blend: apple, strawberry, watermelon, kale, spinach, carrot and avocado, combined with vitamin E for antioxidant benefits
  • Chia seed oil: helps hydrate and condition chapped lips
  • Hyaluronic acid: provides long-lasting hydration
  • Cupuacu and shea butters: help restore and comfort dry lips
  • Maxi-Lip: visibly plumps and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

The formula is part of the Clean at Sephora program. According to the brand, it hydrates, restores, smooths and visibly plumps lips while leaving a comfortable, nonsticky finish.

How to Wear It

LYS Beauty gives these directions for the balm:

  • On its own: Apply the balm directly to bare lips for sheer color and shine.
  • As a topper: Wear it over lip liner or lipstick as a high-shine lip topper.
  • Build it up: Add layers for more intensity, and reapply as needed.

Shopper feedback: Shoppers reviewing the full-size version mention its buttery texture, glossy shine and scent. Some report that it needs frequent reapplication and that the soft bullet can be hard to control when twisted up.

Full-Size vs Mini

The full-size Speak Love Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm has been available since February 2025. It costs $20 at Sephora and on LYS Beauty. The $29 mini set contains three shades in a smaller 0.06 oz / 1.7 g size, two of which (Centered and Audacious) are not listed among the full-size shades on the brand's website.

Where to Buy

  • US: Sephora ($29, online only; in-store pickup is not offered). The set is not sold on lysbeauty.com.
  • UK: Not yet confirmed
  • International: Not yet confirmed (not currently listed on Sephora Canada)

The set is a limited edition, and the Sephora listing has no reviews yet.

Chanel Éclat Premier Bright Silky Cream 2026: Release Date, Prices & What's New

CHANEL Éclat Premier Bright Silky Cream in a clear glass jar with a mirrored silver square lid on a white background

CHANEL has launched the ÉCLAT PREMIER Bright Silky Cream, a refillable moisturizer priced at $230 (US) and £170 (UK). It launched first in Asia in April 2026 and is now available in the US and UK, where chanel.com labels it "New." According to CHANEL, the cream brightens, unifies and soothes the skin, targeting the look of dark spots, post-acne marks and redness. The brand says it builds on more than 30 years of clinical research into both preventing and correcting the look of dark spots, and that it is designed to preserve and revive the complexion's first radiance.

What's New

The key active in the formula is TXC, a molecule built on patented technology exclusive to CHANEL. It is patented in Europe, Japan and the US, and appears on the ingredient list as cetyl tranexamate HCl. According to CHANEL, TXC targets 8 factors behind the appearance of hyperpigmentation, including pigmentation linked to aging, sun exposure and acne.

CHANEL says it tested the formula using 3D skin bioprinting technology. According to the brand, the results showed efficacy on all three dimensions of dark spots: intensity, size and shape.

The formula also contains two supporting ingredients:

  • Vitamin E, which CHANEL says boosts radiance.
  • Allantoin, which according to the brand calms the look of redness and smooths roughness.

The ingredient list also includes squalane and niacinamide. According to CHANEL, up to 80% of the formula is naturally derived (ISO 16128).

What the Brand Says

CHANEL says redness looks reduced right after application. In clinical testing on 34 women over 8 weeks, the brand reports:

  • A complexion that looks 41% more radiant and 3x more even
  • The appearance of redness reduced by 50%
  • Skin that feels 82% more comfortable (self-assessment)
  • Hydration that lasts up to 8 hours (instrumental evaluation of 15 people)

Good to know: the formula contains parfum (fragrance). CHANEL labels the cream suitable for sensitive skin, but people whose skin reacts to fragrance may want to patch test first.

How to Apply

CHANEL recommends using the cream morning and evening on the face and neck:

  1. Apply after the ÉCLAT PREMIER Bright Treatment Serum.
  2. Dot the cream onto each cheek, the forehead and the chin.
  3. Smooth it from the center of the face outward, then down onto the neck.
  4. For extra nourishment, finish with the ÉCLAT PREMIER Bright 3-in-1 Oil.

Price and Value

The cream comes in a refillable jar, and the refill pod is sold separately. The refill costs $200 (US) and £148 (UK), compared with $230 and £170 for the full jar.

These are the US prices on chanel.com for the rest of the ÉCLAT PREMIER line:

  • Bright Treatment Serum, 1 fl oz: $235
  • Bright 3-in-1 Oil, 1.7 fl oz: $165
  • Bright Milky Essence, 3.38 fl oz: $160

IT Cosmetics Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Tinted Brow Pen: Shades, Price & What's New

IT Cosmetics Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Tinted Brow Pen: Shades, Price & What's New

IT Cosmetics Hello Brow pen in silver with white multi-bristle tip, wrapped by a wavy brown multi-line swatch on white.

IT Cosmetics has launched the Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Tinted Brow Pen, a liquid brow pen with a multi-bristle, soft-tip applicator, priced at $26 (US) at IT Cosmetics and Ulta. On itcosmetics.com it is listed as the Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Brow Pen. The brand says it is designed to create hair-like strokes and fill sparse areas. Ulta lists the pen as new and in stock, and German beauty news reported the launch on 28 September 2026.

What's New About Hello Brow?

A classic single-tip brow pen draws one line per stroke. Hello Brow's multi-bristle tip is designed to lay down several fine, hair-like strokes at once for filling, shaping and defining. According to IT Cosmetics, the formula uses pure micro-pigments for true-to-tone colour and a waterproof, transfer-resistant finish. The brand describes it as buildable, from a soft, natural look to more intensity.

The pen also includes brow-conditioning ingredients. According to the brand:

  • Castor oil softens, conditions and nourishes brow hairs for healthier, fuller-looking brows
  • Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) is a humectant that helps hydrate, smooth and strengthen brow hairs

The full ingredient list on Ulta also includes hyaluronic acid and biotinoyl tripeptide-1.

IT Cosmetics says consistent use improves the appearance of brow density over time. In the brand's consumer study, 92% agreed brows look fuller, 91% agreed the colour lasts all day, and 91% agreed it's easy to use. The brand's before-and-after images show results on thinning, sparse and over-plucked brows.

The Shades

Hello Brow comes in four shades, each matched to a hair colour:

  • Universal Blonde: medium to light blonde hair
  • Universal Taupe: medium to light brown hair
  • Universal Brown: black or dark brown hair
  • Black Brown: black hair

How to Use the Multi-Bristle Brow Pen

IT Cosmetics recommends a four-step routine:

  1. Prep: Start with a clean, dry brow area for the best pigment adherence.
  2. Fill: At the front of the brow, hold the pen horizontally and use upward flicking motions that follow your natural hair growth.
  3. Shape: Continue flicking toward the arch, building intensity as desired.
  4. Define: Rotate the pen vertically and extend strokes from the arch to the end of the brow.

Note: The routine builds intensity from the front of the brow toward the arch, so a lighter hand at the front and more pressure toward the arch follows the same gradient. Because the formula is buildable, colour can be added in layers.

How It Compares with Brow Power

IT Cosmetics also makes the Brow Power pencil. The brand explains the difference like this:

  • Brow Power is a brow pencil and brush for shaping and defining. It's long-lasting and budge-proof, and it is positioned for defined brows.
  • Hello Brow is a multi-bristle brow pen for shaping and filling. It's long-lasting and waterproof, and it is positioned for natural, fuller brows.

In the brand's positioning, Brow Power targets a crisp, sculpted shape and Hello Brow targets a softer, fuller-looking result.

Where to Buy

  • US: IT Cosmetics ($26), Ulta ($26)
  • UK: Not yet confirmed
  • International: Not yet confirmed

We'll update this post as more retailers list the Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Tinted Brow Pen.

Lights Lacquer Musk Be Mallow Hair & Body Mist 2026: Release Date, Price & What's New

Hand with polka-dot nails holds Lights Lacquer Musk Be Mallow mist against auburn curls, with feature and key note text

Lights Lacquer Musk Be Mallow Hair & Body Mist is the second Hair & Body Mist scent from the brand, built on marshmallow, musk and waterlily. It went on sale on 1 October 2026 at $28 (US) for 100ml / 3.3 fl oz on the Lights Lacquer website. It uses the same formula as the collection's first scent, Amber Hour.

Release Date

Musk Be Mallow Hair & Body Mist went on sale on 1 October 2026 on the Lights Lacquer website. It follows Amber Hour Hair & Body Mist, which launched in May 2026. It arrived in the same week as other new fragrance releases, including Bella Hadid's Ôrebella Vanilla's Touch Body & Hair Perfume Mist, another hair-and-body mist that launched on 2 October 2026.

Price

  • US: $28 for 100ml / 3.3 fl oz, the same price as Amber Hour
  • UK: Not yet announced
  • Europe: Not yet announced

Lights Lacquer Musk Be Mallow Fragrance Notes

Lights Lacquer hasn't published a top, heart and base pyramid. The brand highlights three key notes:

  • Fluffy marshmallow, which the brand says adds a light, airy sweetness
  • Clean musk, which according to Lights Lacquer ties the blend together and sits close to the skin
  • Dewy waterlily, which the brand says keeps the scent from feeling too sugary

What Does Lights Lacquer Musk Be Mallow Smell Like?

Built from its official notes, Musk Be Mallow pairs a sweet marshmallow note with clean musk and a fresh waterlily note. It sits in the brand's Fluffy, Dewy, Musky scent family. Lights Lacquer describes it as "Fresh. Musky. Sweet. Addictive." According to the brand, it wraps skin and hair in "a fluffy cloud of fragrance" and is "a fresh, musky scent with just the right touch of sweetness." The brand sums up the launch as "same formula, same feel, a whole new scent."

Where to Buy

  • US: Lights Lacquer ($28), on sale since 1 October 2026
  • UK: Not yet confirmed
  • Europe: Not yet confirmed
  • Other markets: availability varies by region; more international stockists may be added.

For a lower-priced body mist launched the same month, see the $13 Spicy Bundt Nice mist in the e.l.f. POP Spicy Bundt Nice Tromsø Collection.

What Makes Musk Be Mallow Different?

  • It is a marshmallow, musk and waterlily scent, while Amber Hour is built on vanilla, amber and cedarwood.
  • It keeps Amber Hour's formula, 100ml size and $28 (US) price. Only the scent changes.
  • Its ingredient list includes patchouli oil (Pogostemon Cablin Oil) and coumarin, which don't appear on Amber Hour's list. Amber Hour's list includes Juniperus Virginiana (cedarwood) oil instead.

Both mists share the same glycerin-containing, ultra-fine mist formula. Musk Be Mallow swaps Amber Hour's warm, woody notes for marshmallow, musk and waterlily.

Formula and Packaging

According to Lights Lacquer's Amber Hour product page and the Musk Be Mallow product page, the shared formula is:

  • Lightweight and buildable, for use on both hair and skin
  • Glycerin-infused, leaving what the brand calls a soft, non-sticky feel
  • An ultra-fine mist, which the brand says is designed for everyday layering and on-the-go refreshes

The listed ingredients are Alcohol Denat., Fragrance (Parfum), Water (Aqua), Tetramethyl Acetyloctahydronaphthalenes, Glycerin, Vanillin, Benzyl Benzoate, Beta-Caryophyllene, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Coumarin, Limonene and Alpha-Damascone.

The mist comes in a clear bottle with a round white cap. The bottle shows the pale golden liquid and is labelled "Marshmallow, Musk & Waterlily."

Pantene Abbey Yung Cream to Mist Spray: Release Date, Price & What's New

Unboxed Pantene Deep Nourishing Cream to Mist Spray with its gold pump bottle, surrounded by Abbey Yung launch cards

Pantene has launched the Abbey Yung Deep Nourishing Transforming Cream to Mist Spray, a leave-in co-created with Abbey Yung. Yung is a certified trichologist and quality hair advocate known from TikTok. The spray appeared on pantene.com on 28 September 2026 and costs $14.99 at Amazon and Walmart in the US. Pantene revealed it with an Instagram unboxing reel. It joins the Abbey Yung Method line and, according to the brand, delivers cream-level nourishment in a weightless mist for dry, damaged hair.

What's New: A Cream That Turns Into a Mist

According to Pantene, the transforming cream to mist spray delivers the richness of a cream in the even distribution of a fine mist. It is dispensed from a gold pump bottle and is designed to spread evenly through hair.

The formula combines peptides with Pantene's Pro-V Complex, which includes pro-vitamin B5. The retailer listings also name Moisture Barrier Builders and Protective Antioxidants. Pantene says the formula:

  • Helps repair dry, damaged strands for stronger, more resilient hair
  • Protects against heat up to 450°F, so it can be used as a heat protectant
  • Instantly detangles
  • Hydrates, restoring softness, shine and manageability without weighing hair down

The brand describes it as color safe and suitable for all hair types, especially thirsty strands. Pantene's official before-and-after images show color-treated blonde hair and long dark hair, both labelled "no retouching."

How to Use It

  1. Apply to damp or dry hair as a leave-in treatment.
  2. Spray generously, then work it through from root to tip.
  3. Style as usual. Pantene positions it as heat protection before blow-drying or flat ironing.
  4. Use daily, as Pantene recommends.

Because Pantene's directions include dry hair, the spray can also be applied between washes.

The Abbey Yung Method Routine

Pantene suggests pairing the spray with a Pantene nourishing shampoo and the Melting Pro-V Pearls conditioner, then finishing with the cream to mist. The official image marked "approved by The Abbey Yung Method" shows a three-step routine:

  • 01: Sheer Volume shampoo
  • 02: Miracle Rescue Deep Repair conditioner
  • 03: Deep Nourishing Cream to Mist Spray

Price and Release Date

The spray appeared on pantene.com on 28 September 2026. It costs $14.99 for 5 fl oz at both Amazon and Walmart in the US. Target also lists it, though no price is confirmed there. An Ulta Beauty listing is not yet confirmed.

FUGAZZI Beehive Yourself Fragrance: Release Date, Price & What's New

FUGAZZI Honey jars stacked with vanilla pods, the top jar tipped over and pouring golden honey on a yellow backdrop

Dutch fragrance house FUGAZZI released Beehive Yourself on 1 October 2026 at €205 for 100ml. It is an autumn scent created exclusively for the Netherlands' department store De Bijenkorf. The name plays on the store's own name, since de bijenkorf literally means "the beehive." FUGAZZI describes the honeyed, gourmand-ambery fragrance as "sweet, smoky, and meant to stick."

FUGAZZI also released a limited saffron edition of its bestseller this season: FUGAZZI Angel Dust Red Gold Edition, an Extrait de Parfum at €205 for 100 ml.

What's New: A Honey Scent Made for Autumn

According to ScentAdvice, Beehive Yourself was first made for De Bijenkorf as part of the store's 2026 Beauty Advent Calendar. FUGAZZI then announced a wider release for 1 October 2026. The perfumer is Jordi Fernández.

The scent is built around Bee Comb Absolute Orpur™. According to FUGAZZI, this ingredient gives the fragrance a rich, honeyed warmth that is comforting without becoming too sweet.

The brand says Incense Orpur™ adds an aromatic, subtly spicy layer that brings depth and balance throughout. FUGAZZI also says a soft, radiant musk at the base creates a clean, skin-like trail that lingers from morning into evening. The brand adds that the scent was created for the first days of autumn, to capture golden afternoons, soft layers and effortless confidence.

De Bijenkorf calls the fragrance an ode to the store, with "honey flowing over soft skin, deep amber warmth merging with a gentle floral buzz." It says the scent combines its own elegance with FUGAZZI's playfulness.

The Notes

  • Top: Coconut, Almond Essence, Black Pepper Orpur™
  • Heart: Cedarwood, Lily of the Valley, Bee Comb Absolute Orpur™, Honey
  • Base: Vanilla, Musk, Akigalawood®, Incense Orpur™, Ciste Orpur™, Ambrofix, Myrrh RSD

The top notes pair coconut and almond with black pepper. The heart combines honey and honeycomb with lily of the valley and cedarwood. The base is warm and resinous: vanilla and musk sit alongside incense, cistus, myrrh and the peppery-woody Akigalawood®. The incense and resin notes match the "smoky" part of FUGAZZI's teaser.

How to Wear Beehive Yourself

Beehive Yourself has a 30% concentration and is rated high for intensity and sillage. The following tips can help:

  • Start with one or two sprays on pulse points.
  • Spray onto moisturised skin. An unscented body lotion gives the base notes something to cling to.
  • Wear it in cool weather. FUGAZZI positions the scent for autumn.
  • Wear it alone. The composition is already layered.

The Bottle

The official packshot shows a round bottle with a black cap. The glass fades from black to warm amber-gold, with FUGAZZI BEEHIVE YOURSELF printed on the front. The honey jars in the Instagram teaser are a visual only, not a product for sale.

Where to Buy

  • US: Not yet confirmed
  • UK: Not yet confirmed
  • International: FUGAZZI (€205). De Bijenkorf is the exclusive retail partner, but its product page has not been confirmed.

The FUGAZZI product page currently lists the scent as out of stock and offers a sign-up to be notified when it is back in stock.

Commodity Spice Fragrance Collection: Release Date, Prices & What's New

Commodity Spice Expressive, Personal and Bold bottles on orange sand beside a silver dish of cloves, with Scent Space labels

Commodity has released Spice, a chai-inspired spicy gourmand fragrance offered in all three of its Scent Space concentrations: Expressive, Personal and Bold. US prices run from $36 (10ml) to $160 (100ml). Commodity listed the collection on its site on 28 September 2026. According to launch reports, the wide release followed on 6 October 2026.

Release Date

Commodity added the collection to its site on 28 September 2026. Sephora US and Sephora Canada list all three versions as "New." According to launch reports, Spice released on 5 October 2026 in the Sephora app and on 6 October 2026 online everywhere and in Sephora stores. Sephora labels Spice+ Bold and Spice- Personal as Limited Edition. Spice Expressive does not carry that label.

What's New: One Chai-Inspired Scent in Three Scent Spaces

Commodity Maker Christelle Laprade says: "With Spice, I was inspired by the meditative ritual of preparing chai. The warmth of spices rising in the air, and a quiet moment of stillness." She adds that "Saffron became my starting point."

All three versions open with saffron and allspice and share a heart of cinnamon sugar and condensed milk. The brand describes the milky facet as "milk gently heated on the stove."

  • Spice Expressive (Spicy | Ambery | Gourmand): Commodity calls this the balanced starting point, "for me and the many around me." According to the brand, suede-like saffron and aromatic allspice, with hints of nutmeg, clove and cardamom, melt into cinnamon sugar over tonka bean and sandalwood for a smooth, chai-like blend.
  • Spice- Personal (Spicy | Gourmand | Skin Scent): Commodity describes this as a long-lasting skin scent "for me and the few I allow close." The spices are suspended in skin musks (Helvetolide and Ambroxan) for what the brand calls "a soft and warm cloud of spice dust." Laprade says she imagined "a quiet glow that lives close to the skin."
  • Spice+ Bold (Spicy | Leathery | Gourmand): This is the room-filling version, "for me and everyone else." According to Commodity, Safraleine intensifies the saffron, allspice and cinnamon sugar over a tonka bean base, for "a lingering heat that smolders long after dusk."

Laprade says the result "feels comforting, radiant, and addictive."

How the Scent Spaces Differ

  • Personal: According to Commodity, these are lighter renditions intended to be noticed only by the wearer and those close by.
  • Expressive: The brand calls this its starting point and describes it as balancing longevity and projection without overpowering a space.
  • Bold: Commodity describes these as amplified renditions of the Expressive version that are designed to fill a room. Spice+ Bold is the leathery version of the three.
  • Spice Scent Space Kit: The kit costs $18 (US) or £18 (UK) and contains 2ml of each version.
