e.l.f. Cosmetics has launched the limited-edition e.l.f. POP Holiday Collection, also called the Tromsø Collection. It includes a $13 Spicy Bundt Nice Body Fragrance Mist, a $13 Silky Body Cream and a $12 Taste of Tromsø Travel Kit. The collection went on sale on 5 October 2026 at elfcosmetics.com and TikTok Shop, with Amazon as the exclusive retail partner from 6 October 2026.
