The e.l.f. Power Grip Gold Drip Duo is two new limited-edition products sold separately, not a boxed set: the Power Grip Gold Drip Primer and the Power Grip Gold Drip Setting Spray. Both are Power Grip formulas infused with gold micro-shimmer flecks, and each costs $11 in the US and £11 in the UK. e.l.f. Cosmetics officially announced the duo on 7 October 2026, saying it is available now on elfcosmetics.com, the e.l.f. app and TikTok Shop, with retailer rollouts starting 9 October.

Availability update (7 October 2026): in stock at elfcosmetics.com and elfcosmetics.co.uk; not yet listed at Ulta Beauty, Target, Superdrug or Amazon UK. Because it's limited edition, stock can change quickly.

The duo arrives alongside the brand's other fall and holiday launch, the e.l.f. POP Spicy Bundt Nice Tromsø Collection.

e.l.f. officially launched the Gold Drip duo in the US on 7 October 2026 on elfcosmetics.com, the e.l.f. app and TikTok Shop. The products had already appeared on the e.l.f. UK website in September 2026, ahead of the official announcement. Retailer dates for each market are listed under Where to Buy below.

In the UK, both match the £11 price of the regular-size Power Grip Primer and Power Grip Dewy Setting Spray.

• Power Grip Gold Drip Primer ($11 / £11, 30 ml): According to e.l.f., it is the same sticky gel Power Grip Primer formula, now infused with gold micro-shimmer flecks. The brand says it grips makeup for long-lasting wear and illuminates all skin tones with a radiant glow.

What Makes the Power Grip Gold Drip Duo Different?

• Both formulas add gold micro-shimmer flecks to the existing Power Grip formats.
• The primer keeps the original sticky gel texture, and the spray uses a shake-to-activate bi-phase formula.
• e.l.f. sells the duo as a limited edition, and the Gold Drip Primer comes in a 30 ml tube versus the original's 24 ml regular size, at the same £11 UK price.

The Gold Drip Setting Spray (80 ml / 2.7 fl oz, £11) sits alongside the core e.l.f. Power Grip Dewy Setting Spray, which e.l.f. UK also sells at £11. The main change across both Gold Drip products is the added gold micro-shimmer.

Formula and Packaging

e.l.f. says both products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, and the primer page cites Leaping Bunny and PETA certification. The brand's swatch images show the primer as a gold gel and the spray as a white bi-phase swatch. e.l.f. also shares before/after images and campaign shots of both products on a gold background.

How to use, per e.l.f.: Start with clean, moisturised skin, let the moisturiser absorb for 1–2 minutes, then apply a pea-sized amount of primer. Shake the setting spray to activate both phases, then mist from about 6 inches away with eyes and lips closed.

Burberry Beauty released the Burberry Beyond Wear Hydrating Matte Primer in September 2026, priced at $57 (US) / £45 (UK). The primer joins the Beyond Wear line alongside the Perfecting Matte Foundation and Setting & Refining Powder. According to Burberry, it gives a 24-hour blurred matte finish, 18-hour hydrating care and weather protection, using the brand's Trench Protect Technology™.

What's New

The primer is built around Trench Protect Technology™, which Burberry says is inspired by the gabardine fabric of its trench coat. According to the brand, film-forming agents create a breathable, lightweight shield that gives water, humidity, sweat and heat resistance to protect makeup.

Burberry cites the following test results:

• 24-hour blurred natural matte finish and 24-hour blurring effect (clinical test, 32 volunteers)
• 18-hour hydrating care and 24-hour comfort (consumer test, 112 volunteers)
• Water, humidity, sweat and heat resistance

The Formula

According to Burberry, the formula is composed of 87% skincare-based ingredients (the percentage of skin-beneficial ingredients) and melts into the skin. The brand lists these key ingredients:

• Bamboo powder – for shine control and a soft-focus matte finish
• Safflower oil – to reinforce the skin barrier
• Rosa damascena – for antioxidant protection
• Darjeeling tea leaf – for antioxidant and anti-pollution defence

The brand says the primer is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive. Burberry also states that it is dermatologically tested and non-comedogenic.

How to Use

The primer has a pink-tinted cream texture. Burberry gives two ways to use it:

• Wear it alone for a matte, blurred complexion
• Apply it as the first step before foundation to prime the skin, smooth and blur the look of pores, and prolong makeup wear

Bobbi Brown's Vitamin Enriched Face Base+ Moisturizer & Primer Gift Set Duo is available at Ulta Beauty for $95 (US). The set contains two full-size 1.69 oz jars of the reformulated Face Base+, which would cost $140 if bought separately. The set follows the brand's long-running Vitamin Enriched Face Base.

What's New in the "+" Formula
