What Makes the Silky Blush Collection Different?

• Each compact holds both a cream blush and a powder blush. Glow Deposit says the two can be worn separately or layered.
• According to the brand, the formula is infused with skincare ingredients, including shea butter and arrowroot powder.
• According to Glow Deposit, its products are designed to enhance melanin-rich and African skin tones rather than mask them.

Other dual-format cheek launches this season include the LYS Beauty Mini Elite Standard Bronze + Blush Collection, a set of cream sticks. Another October 2026 blush release is the Ciele Mini Blush & Cheer Liquid Blush SPF 50+ Gift Set.

Formula and Packaging

According to Glow Deposit, the duo combines a pigmented, weightless powder with a hydrating, dewy cream. The brand says the two textures layer for a bold, dimensional finish. The compacts are rose gold with a mirrored lid and come in a rose-brown "SILKY" box.

Glow Deposit was founded by Esther, a professional makeup artist. The blush joins the brand's Glow O'Clock Face and Body Highlighting Dust, which the brand site lists in Fairy Peach, Pretty 'n' Pink, Beautiful Bronze, Real Dayamonds and White Gold.

Glow Deposit hasn't yet shared pan sizes, a full ingredient list or whether the collection will ship outside Nigeria. We'll update this post once those details are confirmed.

How to Use

Glow Deposit suggests applying the cream to the apples of the cheeks with fingertips, a beauty blender or a foundation brush for a dewy finish, or sweeping on the powder with a fluffy brush. To layer, the brand says to blend the cream first and then lightly dust the powder over the top, which it says intensifies the colour and improves longevity. It recommends starting sheer and building gradually.

Natasha Denona has launched the limited-edition Midi Gloom Eyeshadow Palette, a 15-pan, $72 (US) extension of its Mini Gloom Eyeshadow Palette. It went on sale on 27 September 2026 at Ulta and on 30 September 2026 at natashadenona.com. According to the brand, the palette is inspired by the moody, mossy hues of fall. It features a spectrum of cloudy greens, muted earthy tones and soft dusty pinks.

Update (4 October 2026): The Midi Gloom Eyeshadow Palette is now on sale at natashadenona.com for $72. As of 7 October 2026, Ulta also lists it as in stock.

How It Compares with the Mini Gloom

According to Natasha Denona, the Midi Gloom features 15 all-new shades, so none of the Mini Gloom shades are repeated. The five original pods (Cinder, Zephyr, Moss, Verdant and Glint) do not reappear in the Midi. The brand describes the new palette as an extension of the Mini Gloom's cool-toned story rather than a larger version of it.

The Colour Story

The palette mixes green shades with neutrals and pinks. It includes sage and moss greens, a dark forest teal and an icy mint, alongside dusty beiges, taupes, oaks and mustard browns. A mint duochrome shifts to pink. The brand describes the overall range as cool-toned, combining "cool-toned greens, muted earthy neutrals and soft dusty pinks."

The 15 pans span five finishes, with more shimmer shades than mattes:

• Metallics, Sparkling Foiled and Duochrome: apply with a damp eyeshadow brush or a fingertip for maximum colour payoff and a reflective finish.

The brand says the palette is designed for looks ranging from soft everyday definition to dramatic smoky eyes.

Rhode Peptide Lip Tint in Pretzel is a new permanent shade of the brand's tinted peptide lip glaze, a glossy warm mauve with multicolour shimmer. It costs $20 (US). It went on sale at Sephora in Europe and the UK on 30 September 2026, then on rhodeskin.com globally on 1 October 2026. Hailey Bieber's brand also released a limited-edition Baby Bubble Bag in Pretzel for Europe and is restocking the Grey Bubble Bag ($32, US), which is coming to Sephora.

Update (4 October 2026): Peptide Lip Tint in Pretzel is now on rhodeskin.com at $20 and has joined the permanent rhode lineup.

Peptide Lip Tint in Pretzel

Rhode describes Pretzel as "a glossy wash of warm mauve with multicolor shimmer" with a caramel-glazed pretzel scent. It comes in a 10 ml / 0.3 fl oz size. The brand says the shade "has joined the rhode lineup forever." That makes it a permanent addition to the Peptide Lip Tint line, unlike the limited-edition rhode Juicy Summer Peptide Tints we covered earlier. It is one of the recent lip launches in our makeup releases category.

Baby Bubble Bag in Pretzel

The Bubble Bag is Rhode's padded phone case. The Pretzel colourway is a limited edition that launched on 30 September 2026 alongside the lip tint. It is sold exclusively at Sephora in select stores and online in Europe and the UK. Its price has not yet been announced.

Grey Bubble Bag

What Makes the Peptide Lip Tint in Pretzel Different?

• Rhode describes the finish as a sheer glossy tint with multicolour shimmer, which the brand calls a "nourishing glaze with a hint of tint and shimmer".
• The brand says the shade is scented like a caramel-glazed pretzel.
• It launched first at Sephora in Europe and the UK, one day before rhodeskin.com, together with a limited-edition Baby Bubble Bag in the Pretzel colourway.

Formula and Packaging

According to Rhode, the formula:

• Gives sheer-but-buildable colour with a glossy, high-shine finish

The brand lists three key ingredients:

• Peptide (palmitoyl tripeptide-1): according to the brand, it hydrates, smooths and plumps lips.
• Shea butter: the brand says it supplies five essential fatty acids.
• Vitamin E: described by the brand as an antioxidant against external stressors.

Babassu and cupuaçu are also in the formula. Rhode says the product is cruelty-free, vegan and gluten-free.

According to Rhode, the packaging is made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials. The brand lists 100% recyclable FSC-certified paper and a 30% PCR HDPE #2 / 70% LDPE #4 component. Rhode also runs a mail-back recycling programme for empties, which requires at least three products per shipment.

How to Use

Rhode says the tint can be worn day or night. It can be applied in one swipe for sheer colour or layered over Peptide Lip Shape and the brand's cream blush, the rhode Pocket Blush.

Lawless Beauty's Sugar & Spice Mini Lip Trio is a limited-edition holiday set of three mini sugar-cookie-flavored lip-plumping glosses. The $29 trio launched with early access on lawlessbeauty.com on 24 September 2026, followed by a Sephora release on 25 September 2026.

What Makes the Sugar & Spice Mini Lip Trio Different?

• It holds three mini glosses. The Lawless Beauty Cinnamon Sugar Lip Duo, released at Sephora the same week, is a $33 set of two full-size items: a Forget The Filler gloss in Buns and an Overnight Lip-Plumping Mask.
• Two of its three shades, Sugar Sugar and Cocoa Plum, are limited edition. The third, Blushed Sand, is a best-selling shade.
• All three glosses carry a sugar cookie flavor.

Formula Details

According to Lawless, the minis use the formula of its Forget The Filler Lip-Plumping Glosses, powered by the Maxi-Lip complex. The brand says the gloss "plumps without the sting" and gives hydration, visible plumping and high shine. It cites an independent study on the Maxi-Lip ingredient complex, not on the finished gloss. Lawless says that study showed:

LANEIGE has released a 12-piece skincare and lip care advent calendar in the US at $149, with general sale from 2 October 2026, after launching it in Australia at A$255 through Sephora Australia.

Release Date & US Launch

LANEIGE confirmed the US launch on 30 September 2026. Sephora Rouge members got first access through the Sephora app from 1 October 2026. General sale began on 2 October 2026 at Sephora, Kohl's, us.laneige.com and The Grove in Los Angeles. LANEIGE US lists the calendar at $149.

LANEIGE US's teaser promised "a little something to look forward to… actually, make that 12." It showed a blue box with 12 numbered, colour-gradient doors, the same design as the Australian edition.

In Australia, the calendar is sold at Sephora Australia for A$255. Sephora Australia also offers payment in 4 x $63.75 instalments with Afterpay or Zip.

Jo Loves, the London fragrance house founded by Jo Malone, released Nutmeg & Incense, A Fragrance on joloves.com in September 2026, priced at £135 for 100ml. The fragrance account ScentAdvice announced on 3 October 2026 that the scent was "OUT NOW" and called it a "New Limited Edition". Jo Loves' own product page does not describe it as limited edition.

What's New

Nutmeg & Incense is a new spiced, smoky addition to the Jo Loves fragrance line. The brand sums it up as "a spark of spice, a cloud of incense and a trail of smoky woods."

According to Jo Loves, the scent is "warm, atmospheric and effortlessly elegant" and "captures the comforting glow of spice wrapped in soft, drifting smoke." The brand positions it as "a fragrance for slow evenings, soft light and moments of stillness."

Jo Loves is a separate business from Jo Malone London, the brand Jo Malone founded earlier and later sold. Nutmeg & Incense is sold by Jo Loves only.

Fragrance Notes

Jo Loves lists the following structure:

• Top: nutmeg oil, Madagascar black pepper, allspice leaves
• Middle: coriander seed, kephalis, incense oil, myrrh resinoid
• Base: akigalawood, patchouli oil, cistus concrete, Ambrofix

On paper, the composition moves from dry spice into resinous incense and myrrh, then settles on a woody, ambery base. Akigalawood is a patchouli-derived woody material. Ambrofix is an amber-type ingredient.

Key Details: How to Wear It

Jo Loves gives the following application advice:

• Spray the fragrance directly onto your skin, focusing on your pulse points.
• Avoid rubbing your wrists together, so the notes can unfold naturally over time.

The brand says its Fragrances are designed to last three to six hours.

Nail Reformation has launched six new press-on nail kits made for Sally Beauty. The Fall 2026 collection is priced at $15.99 each at Sally Beauty and went live on nailreformation.com on 1 October 2026. The Fall 2026 press-on nails follow a seasonal palette of chocolate browns, amber, olive and mauve. Several designs feature tortoiseshell and animal-inspired prints. Each design comes in one fixed shape. The descriptions below come from Nail Reformation's product pages.

Maybelline has launched its Holiday 2026 Glimmer Collection, a limited-edition holiday range of six Super Stay Vinyl Ink Glimmer liquid lipsticks at $13.99 each and four Lifter Liner Glimmer lip liners at $9.99 each. Both are available now in the US at Ulta Beauty, online only.

What's New

The collection adds a new glimmer finish to two existing Maybelline lip products. Each Vinyl Ink shade comes in sparkly packaging that matches the shimmer inside, so the colour and reflect are visible on the shelf.

The Lifter Liner Glimmer has a smooth-glide, moisture-locking formula with hyaluronic acid and jojoba oil, according to the brand.

How to Wear It

Maybelline advises shaking the Vinyl Ink for 5 seconds before applying. The brand suggests three ways to wear the Lifter Liner:

• lined at the edges and blended inward as a gradient
• filled in across the full lip
• combined with a Vinyl Ink Glimmer shade

KORRES has released its Advent Calendar 2026, a 24-day skincare and body care calendar priced at $134 in the US and £99 in the UK, which went on sale in September 2026. The Greek brand describes it as "the best of 30 years of KORRES." It says the contents are worth over $472 if bought separately.

• Greek Yoghurt is the largest facial line in the calendar. It supplies a cleanser, a serum, a gel-cream and an eye gel roller. Together they cover the usual order of cleanse, serum, then moisturise.
