The YSL Beauty Holiday 2026 makeup collection comprises four limited-edition burgundy-and-gold Holiday Collector pieces for eyes, cheeks and lips. YSL Beauty sells the eyeshadow palette, blush, lip oil gloss and lipstick individually, not as a boxed set. Only the palette has a reported price, $69 in the US according to BeautyVelle, and all four are already listed on YSL Beauty's international and Canadian sites.

YSL Beauty's holiday season also includes the YSL Beauty Advent Calendar 2026, a 24-item calendar in a burgundy lacquered chest with gold details. Sephora US also added two limited-edition clear-shimmer lip shades this season, YSL Loveshine Plumping Lip Oil Gloss in Crystal Dust and Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick in Crystal Glaze.

When Did the YSL Beauty Holiday 2026 Makeup Collection Launch?

YSL Beauty hasn't announced an official release date. BeautyVelle previewed the collection on 4 September 2026 and wrote that it "officially launches on October 23rd". On 10 September 2026, BeautyVelle reported the Couture Mini Clutch Holiday Collector as available in the US. As of 14 October 2026, all four pieces appear on YSL Beauty's international and Canadian sites. The collection precedes the YSL Beauty Spring 2027 Makeup Collection, the brand's next seasonal launch.

Price

BeautyVelle reports the Couture Mini Clutch Holiday Collector at $69 in the US. YSL Beauty hasn't published prices for the blush, lip oil gloss or lipstick collectors.

What Makes the YSL Holiday 2026 Collection Different?

• YSL Beauty describes the theme as "glossy burgundy topped with the oversized gold Cassandre," and all four products share this packaging.
• Two new shade names run across the collection: #1982 Burgundy Millésime appears on the palette, blush and gloss, and #1961 Nude Fizz appears on the gloss and lipstick.
• According to A Touch of Blusher, Make Me Blush in 06 Rose Haze is a regular shade in limited-edition packaging.

Couture Mini Clutch Holiday Collector

This edition is a holiday version of the Yves Saint Laurent Couture Mini Clutch Eyeshadow Palette. In the UK, it is sold as the Couture Mini Clutch Collector's Edition.

The Danessa Myricks Beauty Lightwork VIII Freedom Palette is a limited-edition magnetic eye and face palette with 18 shades in seven finishes. It is the eighth palette in Danessa Myricks Beauty's annual Lightwork series and launches on 16 October 2026. It costs $132 in the US and €172 on the brand's EU store, and Sephora US already lists it a day early as a limited-edition app exclusive.

Danessa Myricks Beauty is also releasing a limited-edition lip gift set in mid-October 2026, the Danessa Myricks Beauty Gloss On Lock Kit, with a kit-exclusive GlossWork shade and a mirror keychain.

Updated 15 October 2026: Sephora US now lists the palette at $132, labelled "Only at Sephora" and "App Exclusive", ahead of the 16 October launch. On danessamyricksbeauty.com it still shows as coming soon at $132, and EU orders ship from 16 October 2026. Because it's limited edition, stock can change quickly.

Update (16 October 2026): The palette is already out of stock on the brand's EU store and is up for pre-order at Purish in Germany.

Release Date

The brand's launch artwork is stamped "Lightwork Volume VIII 10.16.26," and Lyko's listing counts down to a 16 October release. That makes 16 October 2026 the launch date. Sephora US listed it a day earlier, on 15 October 2026, as an app exclusive marked "Only at Sephora".

What Makes the Lightwork VIII Freedom Palette Different?

• Earth-to-sky shade story: warm mattes and copper metallics sit alongside lilac, lavender and violet chromes.
• Seven named finishes in one palette: these range from five color-accurate mattes to three marbled multichromes.
• Freedom System format: the minis stack magnetically, and you can carry 6, 12 or all 18 shades. The design matches Lightwork VI and VII, according to Glam Junkies.

Formula and Packaging

• Formula: According to the brand, the shadows are finger-forward with brushes optional, and are "designed for all skin levels and all makeup styles." Glam Junkies reports the formulas are vegan and cruelty-free, citing the brand.
• Packaging: Individual pans can be removed and rearranged. The palette also mixes and stacks with other Freedom palettes, such as the Everyday Magic and Pastel Dream Mini Freedom Palettes.

Danessa Myricks says: "This palette is your passport to freedom. I designed it so you can go from everyday basics to your boldest self-expression with ease." The brand's directions are to swipe any shade over the eyelid. Its press images show the shades on eyes and cheeks, and some on lips, with a footnote on that image, so not every shade is presented as lip-safe.

NABLA Holiday 2026 gift sets have surfaced ahead of an official launch: seven makeup sets with reported European prices of €29–€49. An Italian beauty creator showed them on Instagram on 8 October 2026. NABLA has not yet listed the collection on its website or announced a release date.

Status: not yet announced by NABLA. The sets were shown by a creator ahead of launch, so names, prices and contents may change.

The Eye Wardrobe Set uses the same slim pencil format as the NABLA Cupid's Arrow Micro Truffle & Blue Amber launch.

What Makes the NABLA Holiday 2026 Gift Sets Different?

• Three of the sets are hanging ornament-style boxes with a ribbon loop, each holding a trio of Cupid's Arrow eye pencils.
• The Eye Wardrobe Set includes Cupid's Arrow Micro in Seashell, a shade not currently sold individually on nablacosmetics.com.
• The Regal Mauve set builds one mauve look across lips and cheeks, with a lip pencil, a matte blush and a glazed lipstick.

Formula and Packaging

The sets use NABLA's existing formulas, including Beyond Bold mascara, Close-Up Blurring Powder Blush and Beyond Jelly Lipstick. The boxes are colour-coded: black with a blue ribbon border for Eye Wardrobe, lilac dotted for the Pocket Quad, pale blue for Ethereal Canvas and black and pink for Regal Mauve.

Chanel's Limited Edition Holiday 2026 Makeup Collection is a white-and-gold lineup of 31 Le Rouge lipsticks, glosses, a quad, blush and highlighter. Prices run from £30 to £145 in the UK and $34 to $195 in the US. The collection was on sale at chanel.com UK and US by 16 October 2026. It sits within the holiday campaign Chanel calls "An Enchanted Winter Season". The name "Winter Village" came from earlier leak coverage, not from Chanel.

• 31 Le Rouge (three editions): Chanel calls the lip balm in Blanc Éternel its "new, most exclusive lip balm". It is "a sheer, shimmery white" and comes in an exclusive quilted sleeve. The satin Rose Enchanté and matte Rouge Féerie complete the trio. These official spellings replace the leaked "Rose Enchantée" and "Rouge Féerique". • Lipstick swatches: a Japanese swatch card shows the three 31 Le Rouge shades moving from sheer white through soft coral pink to bright cherry red.
• Rouge Coco Hydra Gloss: shades 462 Givré and 464 Étincelle. Earlier coverage described the trio's glosses as white-silver, gold and peachy pink. In those swatches they appear as glassy washes with fine sparkle.

How It Compares with Previous Releases

The mix of soft neutrals, pink blush and gold shimmer follows the palette of earlier Chanel holiday collections. The main changes are in presentation: the quilted lipstick sleeve, the soft white pouches and the embossed Neige d'Or pan. The Bobbi Brown Soft Glam Essentials Gift Set is a Boots-exclusive set of four full-size makeup and skincare products plus a black branded makeup bag. It costs £54 at Boots, which gives a stated value of £147.50 if the items were bought separately. The set was on sale by 14 October 2026 as this year's Bobbi Brown Boots Star Gift.

When Did the Bobbi Brown Soft Glam Essentials Gift Set Launch?

Bobbi Brown and Boots haven't announced an official release date. The set was on sale at Boots by 14 October 2026, when Durbin Rock first reported it. According to Durbin Rock, Boots launches an exclusive Bobbi Brown set every October as part of its annual Star Gift deals. No end date has been given for the offer.

Price

The set costs £54 at Boots UK. Boots values the contents at £147.50 if bought separately, so the saving is £93.50. Two of the four items have confirmed individual prices on bobbibrown.co.uk:

• Vitamin Enriched Face Base, 50ml: £54
• Smokey Eye Mascara, 6ml: £31

Those two items alone add up to £85. The remaining £62.50 of the stated value is in the shadow stick and the lip serum. Boots Ireland lists the set, but we couldn't confirm the euro price.
