The countdown to the holidays just got a lot more glamorous. The Amazon Beauty Advent Calendar 2026, officially the Exclusive 25 Days of Beauty 2026, is here, and it's one of the most generous beauty advent calendars of the season. It holds 25 products from cult brands across skincare, makeup, hair, body care and fragrance, and 19 of them are full size. Here's everything you need to know before it sells out.

What's New This Year

The biggest change is how much more you get. Last year's 2025 Amazon calendar cost $98 for 12 products. This year's calendar costs $109 for 25 products. That's more than double the number of treats for only a small price increase. Amazon puts the total value at $525, its own figure for buying everything separately. Amazon doesn't list individual item prices, though.

The packaging also gets an upgrade. The box has a pink-to-purple-to-red gradient with gold stars and "25 Days of Beauty" in gold on the lid. It opens like a treasure chest with numbered drawers, and a QR code on the lid links to Amazon's Holiday Shop.

Pixi Beauty's 12 Days of Glow Discovery Advent Calendar is a limited-edition holiday set of 12 skincare, makeup and tool items, including Glow Tonic. It costs $40 (US), £40 (UK) and CA$64 (Canada) on Pixi's official sites and went on sale on 1 October 2026. Founder and makeup artist Petra Strand curated the edit, which returns for Holiday 2026 after the 2025 calendar sold out.

Release Date

The 12 Days of Glow Discovery Advent Calendar was released on 1 October 2026 as part of Pixi's Holiday 2026 offering. It follows the 2025 edition, which sold out.

What Makes the 12 Days of Glow Discovery Different?

• It is a 12-day countdown rather than the more common 24-day format.
• It mixes full-size, petite, travel and single-use formats, from a 50 ml GradualGlow to single pairs of hydrogel patches.
• Founder Petra Strand curated it and introduces each product in Pixi's "12 Days, 12 Glow Lessons" social series.

Packaging and Key Ingredients

According to Pixi, the design was inspired by its boutiques in London and LA. The mint-green box is styled as a Pixi shop front, with pink butterfly wings, gold sparkle details, a mint satin ribbon and the words "12 Days of Glow Discovery". It opens like a book to show a pink "shop interior" with shelves labelled PIXI, TONIC, GLOW, MAKEUP and LIPS, plus numbered doors.

According to Pixi, Glow Tonic combines 5% glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), with aloe vera and ginseng. Pixi says GradualGlow uses 2.5% DHA with coconut oil and hyaluronic acid, and DetoxifEYE contains caffeine and gold. Petra says she wanted to curate her favourites "to brighten, hydrate and bring a little radiance to the season". How to Use

Pixi suggests opening one product a day or using the items together to build a skincare and makeup routine, following each product's own directions. For pregnancy or breastfeeding, Pixi recommends consulting a physician about the ingredient lists, which it publishes on its product pages.

The Allure Beauty Box October 2026 is a US monthly subscription box of multitasking skincare, makeup and hair care picks chosen by Allure editors. Subscribers pay $30 per box, and Allure says the contents are worth $125+ if bought separately. This month's theme is "overachievers", meaning products that do more than one job, from a lip-and-cheek colour to a hair mist with an odour-neutralising formula.

When Did the Allure Beauty Box October 2026 Launch?

Allure hasn't announced an exact ship date for the October 2026 box. Customisation opened on 1 September 2026, when members chose their K-beauty product. The box is sold as the October 2026 edition, and allurebeautybox.com currently lists it as the current box. Other new launches are collected in BeautyTalkClub's beauty news section.

Price

The monthly Subscribe & Save plan costs $30 per box, and Allure says you can cancel anytime. For a single box without a subscription, the Beauty Discovery Box costs $50. Allure values the products at $125+ if bought one by one, but it hasn't published individual prices. The site also offers gift subscriptions. According to Allure, members get exclusive member prices, access to a members-only store and early access to limited editions.

The October box is one of several beauty boxes released in October 2026, alongside the Next A Touch of Luxury Beauty Box October 2026 in the UK and the Rodial Autumn Mystery Box.

Hair Care

• Color Wow Insta-WOW Advanced Dry Shampoo is an Allure Best of Beauty award winner with an apple and jasmine scent. According to Allure, its rice starch formula leaves no grit and no white cast.

New Member Gift

New subscribers receive the Kitsch Hair Perfume in Pistachio Latte ($20 value) in their first box. It works as a hair and body mist. Allure describes it as "a cozy, cafe-worthy pistachio latte scent kissed with coconut and warm coffee." According to Allure, its odour-neutralising formula refreshes second-day hair rather than masking odours.

How to Use

Allure suggests tapping a dime-size amount of the Kat Burki eye serum under each eye morning and night, then applying moisturiser and, in the morning, sunscreen. It suggests using the Earth Harbor cream before sunscreen in the morning or as the last step at night. For the lip duo, Allure suggests outlining the lips with Pillow Talk and layering one or two coats of gloss on top for a glassy finish. For the dry shampoo, Allure's directions are to shake the can, spray at and under the roots from about eight inches away, let it settle, then massage it through.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Frosted Fig Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo is a limited-edition holiday dry shampoo scented with fig, lily and blonde woods. It went on sale on livingproof.com on 1 October 2026 at $33 (5.5 oz) in the US. In the UK it costs £27 as a Lookfantastic exclusive. Living Proof teased the launch with the line "Winter has never smelled this good."

Availability update (7 October 2026): in stock at Ulta and Lookfantastic. Because it's limited edition, stock can change quickly.

Release Date

According to Living Proof's press release, Frosted Fig launched on livingproof.com on 1 October 2026. Anthropologie listed it as shipping around 4 October 2026. By 7 October 2026, Ulta and Lookfantastic both listed it as in stock. It arrived the same week as the Crown Affair The Vault Holiday 2026 Hair Care Set, another holiday 2026 hair care release that opened to all shoppers on 2 October.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Frosted Fig Fragrance Notes

The formula is the brand's existing Advanced Clean dry shampoo. The new part for Holiday 2026 is the scent. Living Proof's official notes are:

• Heart: delicate lily petals blended with clarifying green tea
• Base: comforting blonde woods, vanilla cream and a touch of smooth, warm amber

What Does Living Proof Frosted Fig Smell Like?

Built from the brand's notes, the scent opens on fig and coconut, moves to lily and green tea, and ends on woods, vanilla and amber. Living Proof describes it as "warm, cozy" and "soft, elegant, and effortlessly inviting." It also calls the scent "an inviting alternative to the expected holiday gourmand."

What Makes the Perfect Hair Day Frosted Fig Dry Shampoo Different?

• It uses the Advanced Clean formula, not the Original Dry Shampoo, with a limited-edition fig, coconut and lily scent in place of the core version's light scent.
• Citing Mintel data, Living Proof says searches for fig fragrances in haircare have grown more than 600% over the past three years.
• It follows the brand's earlier limited-edition scents, Velvet Amber and Sun-kissed Pear. Living Proof says those drew new customers, with 55% of purchasers new to the brand. The brand positions Frosted Fig for discovery and gifting.

Formula Details

According to Living Proof, this edition is designed "for days when washes are fewer and freshness matters more." The brand says the formula:

• cleans and cares like a rinse-out shampoo
• removes oil, sweat and odor
• leaves hair soft, naturally shiny and manageable
• leaves no visible or textured residue
• helps balance the scalp's sebum levels
• provides pollution protection

Living Proof says the formula works through four parts:

• fast-absorbing powders
• odor neutralizers
• a sebum balancer
• a powder removal system that reduces surface friction to remove the powders

Rice starch, corn starch and cyclodextrin appear near the top of the ingredient list. Lookfantastic's printed list shows a shorter set of fragrance components than the lists on Living Proof's and Ulta's pages. Living Proof advises checking the packaging for the current list. Ulta notes that the item cannot be shipped via air.

How to Use

Living Proof says to shake the can extremely well before each spray and hold it 6–10 inches from dry, dirty hair. Section the hair, apply in a sweeping motion and wait 30 seconds. Then massage or brush the roots to remove the powder, reapply as needed, shaking the can again, and style as desired.

BPerfect has launched its Holiday 2026 gift sets, now on sale at bperfectcosmetics.com. The range has 13 sets covering makeup, Tan Studio tanning and Skin Studio skincare. Listed prices run from £19.95 (Base Heroes) to £99.95 (The Advent Edition) in the UK. According to BPerfect, the sets include several new, unreleased and exclusive products.

What's New This Year

Makeup: The main new makeup launch is the Legacy Vol.2 Shadow Palette (26g). It has 15 shades in warm browns, soft nudes and burnt oranges, in velvet cream, matte and shimmer formulas. It comes in The Lip, Brow & Eye Edition. That set also includes five other products: the new Hypervol Volumising Mascara and Pencil Me In Kohl Eyeliner in Serenity (warm burgundy brown), the Lip Library Lip Mask in Fearless, Indestructi'brow Fibre Brow Gel in Clear, and Lip Library Lip Liner in Temptation and Lipstick in Villain. Lips: The Lip Tint Trio brings three new gloss-to-tint shades: Cupid (deep warm red), Berry in Love (berry-mauve) and Blush Affair (soft rosy pink). According to BPerfect, the gloss gives high-shine colour and leaves a natural-looking tint as the shine wears down.

Tan & Base: The Tanning Edition adds a cherry blossom and rice milk scented Tan Studio tanning oil with an instant guide colour. It also includes a Facial Tanning Mist made with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and aloe vera. Base Heroes pairs what BPerfect calls its viral Bronze Boost Gel Drops (Medium Bronze) with an exclusive Melted Cream Blush in Desert Rose.

Skincare: According to BPerfect, the Skin Studio sets focus on ceramides, peptides and squalane. The Radiance Recovery Edition includes an overnight Barrier Boost Serum and a new Repair & Restore Intense Lip Mask. Hydro Heroes includes the Peptide Power Hydrating Glow Serum, which the brand says contains peptides, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide.

The Advent Edition

The 2026 beauty advent calendar has 15 doors hiding 15 full-size products, and 7 of them are new and exclusive to the calendar. BPerfect has not revealed the contents. The calendar costs £99.95. According to BPerfect, buying the contents separately would cost £216.25, a saving of £116.30. The brand describes it as a limited edition.

The K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Repair, Protect, Smooth Holiday Set is a limited-edition trio of discovery-size hair mask, heat protectant and hair oil. It costs £64.00 in the UK, where Cult Beauty currently lists it as an exclusive, and $60.79 in the US at Image Beauty. It was in stock at Cult Beauty in September 2026, and Cult Beauty describes it as "a good hair day, all wrapped up."

When Did the K18 Repair, Protect, Smooth Holiday Set Launch?

K18 hasn't announced an official release date. The set was in stock at Cult Beauty in September 2026. On 7 October 2026, both Cult Beauty's UK and international listings showed it in stock, and it was also listed at Image Beauty in the US and at Parikart and Concept C in Canada. What Makes the K18 Repair, Protect, Smooth Holiday Set Different?

• It covers three steps (repair, protect, smooth), while K18's own repair + protect set has only the mask and HeatBounce.
• The box and bottles are embossed with molecular designs by artist Jen Stark.
• K18 PRO calls it a "limited-edition travel kit," and Image Beauty lists it as a travel set.

Other retailers are selling holiday haircare sets this season too. Space NK Holiday Kits 2026 include two haircare kits with Olaplex, Oribe and ghd, and the Crown Affair The Vault Holiday 2026 Hair Care Set bundles seven hair care items.

Formula and Packaging

The formulas are existing K18 products; what is new for the holiday season is the packaging, with Jen Stark's molecular artwork and a removable sleeve that makes the set ready to gift. K18 lists K18PEPTIDE™ as sh-Oligopeptide-78, and it appears in all three formulas. According to K18, resilicore™ is inspired by resilin, a natural protein that withstands extreme temperatures. The brand also says HeatBounce doesn't need heat to activate, and hot tools can be used straight after applying it. For the oil, K18 PRO claims 104% more shine and a 78% reduction in split ends.

How to Use

K18 says to shampoo, skip conditioner and towel-dry thoroughly. Then apply 3 to 9 pumps of the mask from the ends up to the roots and leave it on for four minutes without rinsing.
