Theme and Designer
The collection runs under the "GINZA WONDER" theme, which SHISEIDO also used for Holiday 2025. In Japan, the collection was introduced with the line "Welcome to our party."
Tomo Koizumi was born in Chiba Prefecture in 1988 and taught himself dressmaking from age 15. He launched his label in 2011, while still at university. After being discovered on social media, he showed his first runway collection in New York in 2019. His clients include Lady Gaga, Sam Smith, Lauryn Hill and Björk.
Another Japanese holiday launch arrived the same season: DECORTÉ Alice in DECORTÉ Wonderland 2026.
Products
Ultimune Power Infusing Serum (Holiday Limited Edition), 75ml. The fan-favourite serum comes in a limited bottle whose ruffles unfold like a flower. SHISEIDO says the camellia in the formula comes from Japan's Goto Islands, where the flower blooms even in harsh conditions.
LipBalm (Holiday Limited Edition), Lumi-Lime. This is a neon-green balm with a texture that resembles glow-in-the-dark plastic. According to SHISEIDO, it turns sheer and luminous on the lips. The brand says it can be worn alone or as a lipstick primer. Shiseido.com sells it as "ColorGel LipBalm (Holiday Limited Edition)."
Color + Glow Enhancer (Holiday Limited Edition), #20 FUSHIGI IRO. This is a marbled palette for highlighter, blush and eyeshadow, covered in detail in our Shiseido Color + Glow Enhancer Holiday 2026 article. In Japanese, Fushigi Iro means a sense of awe or "mysterious colour." Each compact has a one-of-a-kind marble pattern. The three shades are:
- Blue: light blue with a violet undertone and cool fine pearl
- Red: strong red with larger blue, violet and pink pearl
- Green: deep teal green with gold and yellow pearl
SHISEIDO says the shades can be worn alone, layered or mixed into orange, pink or bronze tones.
DAIYA FUDE Face Duo (Limited Edition), green gradient. This double-ended tool pairs a diamond-shaped brush with a gel blender. It is made for liquid, cream and powder products and for cushion foundation. SHISEIDO positions it as the partner brush for the Color + Glow Enhancer.

What Makes the SHISEIDO x Tomo Koizumi Collection Different?
- Each Color + Glow Enhancer compact has its own one-of-a-kind marble pattern.
- The packaging uses Tomo Koizumi's signature ruffles and bright colours across all four pieces.
- Camellia, a Japanese ingredient, appears in the serum, lip balm and palette formulas.
Formula and Packaging
- Serum: According to SHISEIDO, it contains Power Fermented Camellia+ and camellia extracts and is designed to give skin a firm, radiant look. The brand says 95% of users saw improved radiance and texture, with less visible wrinkles, in 1 week (consumer tested on 107 women). The bottle is made from at least 15% recycled glass.
- Lip balm: SHISEIDO says it contains Japanese camellia oil and gives 24-hour hydration (clinically tested on 25 women). The brand also says light-diffusing pearls blur vertical lip lines.
- Palette: According to SHISEIDO, the formula has a skincare liquid base and photochromic powder and gives a glossy, non-powdery finish. The brand claims 12-hour colour (tested on 35 women) and 8-hour hydration (tested on 26 women). The compact is refillable.
- Brush: The DAIYA FUDE Face Duo is handmade using Kumano brush-making techniques and has synthetic hair.
