MOIRA's Blur Lip Contour Liner is a new creamy, soft-focus matte lip liner with a dome-shaped tip, sold in 12 shades. It costs $7 per shade at moirabeauty.com, where it was listed on 8 October 2026. MOIRA announced it on Instagram the next day, describing the shades as "made to line, shape and softly define."

Updated 9 October 2026: all 12 shades are in stock at moirabeauty.com. It was not found at Ulta Beauty, CVS or Walmart online.

The liner follows two other MOIRA autumn 2026 launches: the MOIRA Dreamlight Glow & Blur Blush Kit and the Moira Chroma Light Shadow 6 New Shades.

When Did the MOIRA Blur Lip Contour Liner Launch?

MOIRA hasn't published a separate official release date. The Blur Lip Contour Liner appeared on moirabeauty.com on 8 October 2026 under New Arrivals. MOIRA announced it on Instagram on 9 October 2026, saying the "new lip lineup just dropped."

Price

The Blur Lip Contour Liner costs $7.00 in the US for each of the 12 shades. MOIRA hasn't announced UK or other international prices.

• Ingredients: MOIRA lists Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate) and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1. The brand says the oil helps nourish and condition lips, and that Vitamin E helps protect against dryness.
• Wear: MOIRA describes a creamy, smooth-gliding texture with a comfortable matte finish. It says the formula is long-wearing and resists smudging and feathering.
• Free-from claims: MOIRA says the liner is vegan and free from parabens, phthalates, SLS/SLES, gluten and fragrance.
• Format: a 0.5 g liner with a dome-shaped tip.

How to Use It

MOIRA suggests choosing a shade close to or slightly deeper than your natural lip colour. Trace the lip line with the dome tip, slightly overlining the cupid's bow and the centre of the lower lip. Then soften the edges and wear it alone or under a lip colour.

Moira Cosmetics' Chroma Light Shadow adds six new single metallic and duo-chrome eyeshadow shades, numbered 025 Venus Rising to 030 Frozen Orbit. Each costs $6.00 (US), and the shades went on sale on Moira's website on 29 September 2026 after an Instagram teaser reading "You asked and we listened…". They join shades 001–024, such as Tempting, Sugar Crush and Renegade, bringing the Chroma Light Shadow line to 30 shades.

MOIRA has since launched the MOIRA Blur Lip Contour Liner, a $7 soft-focus matte lip liner in 12 shades, on moirabeauty.com on 8 October 2026.

Release Date

The six new Moira Chroma Light Shadow shades launched on 29 September 2026 on moirabeauty.com, following the brand's Instagram teaser. No retailer launch dates have been announced.

What Makes the Moira Chroma Light Shadow Different?

• The six new shades use cosmic-themed names, from Venus Rising to Frozen Orbit, and are numbered 025–030 after the line's existing 24 shades.
• Moira's ingredient lists show two bases: 025, 028 and 030 are built on aluminum starch octenylsuccinate with no mica listed, while 026, 027 and 029 list mica and synthetic fluorphlogopite.
• 030 Frozen Orbit lists titanium dioxide (CI77891) as its only colourant. 028 Aurora lists ultramarines, ultramarine pink and carmine.

Formula and Packaging

According to Moira, the Chroma Light Shadow is a highly pigmented metallic eyeshadow with a foiled finish. The brand says it uses micro-fine glitter for multidimensional sparkle with minimal fallout, has a creamy texture that blends easily, and gives long-lasting shine. Moira says the formula can be layered, from a subtle metallic glow to a bolder look.

Moira describes the product as vegan, paraben-free, phthalate-free and gluten-free. However, the ingredient list on the 028 Aurora page includes Carmine (CI75470). Customer reviews on the product pages predate the new shades and refer to the existing Chroma Light Shadow line.

How to Use

Moira recommends priming the lids with its Eyeshadow Primer (sold separately), then packing on colour with a flat or firm brush. The brand suggests blending with a fluffier brush for a more all-over sparkle, or applying with fingertips.

MOIRA Cosmetics has released the MOIRA Dreamlight Glow & Blur Blush Kit at Ulta Beauty for $30. The set contains two Dreamlight Highlighters, two shades of Love Blur Blush and a free Angled Blush Brush. Ulta's product description also refers to it as the Dreamlight Glow & Blur Blush Bundle.

What's Inside the Kit

The kit contains four products:

• Dreamlight Highlighter in 002 Honeysuckle — a champagne/golden-pearl glow
• Dreamlight Highlighter in 004 Foxy Pink — a soft pink-pearl shimmer
• Love Blur Blush in 004 Little Gem — a warm coral-pink
• Love Blur Blush in 008 Sweet Whisper — a muted rosy mauve-pink

Ulta also includes a free Angled Blush Brush.

The kit costs $30 at Ulta Beauty. Buying the four products one by one on MOIRA's site would cost $38: two highlighters at $10 each and two Love Blur Blushes at $9 each. That works out to a saving of $8, before counting the free brush.

Key Details: The Formulas

The Dreamlight Highlighters are pressed powders made with what MOIRA calls "diamond dust". According to MOIRA, they deliver a subtle sparkle for face and body, including shoulders, arms, legs and collarbones. Customer reviews on MOIRA's site mention a silky glide and strong pigment payoff.

The Love Blur Blush is a bouncy cream-to-powder formula.

• Finish: MOIRA says it melts into skin and sets to a soft-focus blurred matte.
• Ingredients: the list includes squalane, ceramide NP, rose hip (Rosa canina) extract and sunflower seed oil. According to the brand, the formula helps strengthen the skin barrier and provides lightweight hydration.
