After you swipe it on, e.l.f. says to peel it off once dry, then reveal the stain underneath. Peel time differs by source: the UK caption says 5 minutes or until fully dry, the US listing says 10 minutes, and e.l.f.'s product graphic says it "dries down in 5-10 minutes".
