e.l.f. Halo Glow Glimmer Cloud: Release Date, Price & Where to Buy

e.l.f. Halo Glow Glimmer Cloud is a limited-edition body shimmer powder with an ultra-plush puff that dusts superfine glitter onto body, hair and face. It costs $12 in the US and is already on sale at elfcosmetics.com and e.l.f.'s TikTok Shop. e.l.f. says it launches exclusively at Target online and in stores on 25 October 2026.

For glitter in stick form, e.l.f. also has the e.l.f. Shimmer Glimmer Glitter Hair Stick, an $8 glitter stick for hair. It is a separate product, not part of the Halo Glow Body collection.

What Makes the Halo Glow Glimmer Cloud Different?

• Format: loose shimmer powder applied with an ultra-plush puff. The Soft Beam Body Cream and Goddess Body Balm in the same collection are a cream and a balm.
• Placement: e.l.f. positions it for body, hair and face, not body alone.
• Scent: it carries a vanilla and magnolia fragrance, which the brand describes as warm.

Formula and Packaging

• Key ingredients: according to e.l.f.'s ingredient list, the shimmer base is synthetic fluorphlogopite, with tin oxide and titanium dioxide. It contains fragrance.
• Format: a pink jar holding the powder, with an ultra-plush pink puff that has a pink satin e.l.f. strap across it.
• Imagery: e.l.f.'s images show the closed jar labelled "glitter puff for body, hair & face", the open jar and the puff on its own. They also include a before-and-after on the décolletage and two models patting the puff onto the chest.
• Claims: the brand says the product is 100% vegan and cruelty free, with Leaping Bunny and PETA certification. e.l.f. also says the superfine glitter "works across most skin tones".

How to Use It

e.l.f.'s directions are to tap the puff gently to release the glitter, then pat it lightly onto the areas you want and layer to build. Apply it after makeup or body care has set or dried. To minimise transfer, the brand advises patting it onto dry skin, avoiding rubbing, and letting it set before getting dressed.
