Notino has released four own-brand advent calendars for 2026 on notino.co.uk, priced from £122 to £228. They are the Notino Advent Calendar 2026, the Notino Advent Calendar 2026 Exclusive, and two Korean beauty editions: Korean Beauty Gems and The House of Korean Beauty. All four are in stock. Between them they cover skincare, make-up, hair care, body care and fragrance, from brands including Estée Lauder and Lancôme to Beauty of Joseon and medicube.

The box designs also differ. The standard Calendar 2026 comes in navy with red and gold starbursts. The Exclusive is gold with red and white stars. Korean Beauty Gems is a pink and red box with cranes and pine trees and red ribbon handles. The House of Korean Beauty has a cream, navy and pink Japanese-style print with cranes and plum blossoms.

Notino's German site also lists a fifth, fragrance-only calendar, the Notino Advent Calendar 2026 – 12 Perfumed Moments. It contains 12 miniature fragrances (7 for women, 3 for men and 2 unisex) from brands including Chloé, Versace, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Montblanc and Maison Margiela. UK availability and pricing for this calendar have not been confirmed.

Notino Advent Calendar 2026 – £122

This is the lowest-priced calendar in the range. According to Notino, it is built around 24 "everyday heroes", and the brand gives mascara, dry shampoo and a razor as examples. It covers skincare, hair care, body care, make-up and fragrance, and includes a set of stickers for gift wrapping. The calendar costs £122, and Notino states that the contents are worth more than £160.

e.l.f. Cosmetics has launched the Shimmer Glimmer Glitter Hair Stick, an $8 (US) twist-up hair glitter with a pink-to-blue shifting shimmer, as part of its haircare line. It debuted on TikTok Shop in the $18 (US) Shimmer & Shine Stick Duo. It arrived on elfcosmetics.com and target.com on 2 October 2026 and is due in Target stores on 8 November 2026.

Formula and Finish

The Shimmer Glimmer Glitter Hair Stick comes in a lilac twist-up bullet. According to e.l.f., the formula is buildable, lightweight and non-greasy, and it glides on with no residue. The brand suggests using it on styles from sleek edges and braided crowns to half-up ponytails and loose waves. It can be applied sheer or layered for more intensity.

The finish is a pink-to-blue shifting shimmer, which e.l.f. describes as dimensional. The brand says it works on all hair types and hair colors and is suitable for color-treated hair. According to e.l.f., it rinses out with water.

How to Apply

• Style first, shimmer last. Finish the hairstyle, then glide the stick over the areas to highlight.
• Target high-shine zones such as slicked-back edges, braid ridges, hair parts or the length of a ponytail.
• Build gradually. Start with one swipe, then layer for more intensity.

The Shimmer & Shine Stick Duo

Dolce&Gabbana has released the Dolce&Gabbana Beauty Advent Calendar 2026, a 24-door calendar priced at $595 in the US and reported at £463.37 in the UK. It holds fragrance, makeup, skincare and beauty accessories. The calendar was listed and in stock at Nordstrom in the US when checked on 26 September 2026.

A Gilded Book-Style Box

The calendar takes the form of a tall gold book-style box. Two side panels swing open to reveal 24 numbered gold drawers stacked inside. A large silver metallic "DG" monogram runs across the front.

Lancôme has released its Holiday Beauty Box 2026 in two versions: an 11-piece US box priced at $89 with any purchase (a stated $616 value), and a 12-piece UK/EU box priced at £140, or £90 with a £50 spend (a stated £395 value). Both versions come in a cherry velvet vanity. Both centre on Lancôme's Génifique, Absolue, L'Absolu Rouge and Lash Idôle franchises, plus the limited-edition Pink Check-In Palette, a Beauty Box exclusive.

US 11-Piece Box ($89 with any purchase)

According to a banner on Lancôme USA's site, the Holiday Beauty Box is available there first, at $89 with any purchase, and Lancôme gives it a stated value of $616. This corrects earlier previews that said the US would get a 7-piece box. That version is not what lancome-usa.com is selling, though it may still appear in other markets.

Ulta Beauty also lists the box, as the "Holiday 2026 11 Piece Beauty Box". It is online only, $89 with the purchase of any Lancôme product, limited to one per customer, and the offer is valid through 3 April 2027.

According to Ulta's listing, the set contains 7 full-size and 4 travel-size products, housed in an exclusive cherry velvet vanity inspired by Lancôme's Parisian Palace.

The Pink Check-In Palette is a rose gold metallic compact with 10 powder shadows, five matte and five shimmer. The shades are Palace Boudoir, Silk Slippers, Rose Démesure, Pink Fireworks, Cherry Obsession, Beige Lobby, Dare to Disturb, Coffee in Bed, Choco'late Check-Out and Copper Ballroom: five pinks and rosy tones alongside five warm neutrals.

UK/EU 12-Piece Box (£140, or £90 with £50 spend)

The UK/EU version contains more skincare than the US box, with Génifique, Rénergie and Tonique Confort alongside makeup and a fragrance miniature. Like the US box, it comes in a cherry velvet vanity. Beauty Detective lists it at £90 when you spend £50, against a stated value of £395.

The six items with stated values add up to £241 of the £395 total.

Price and Value

• US: the set costs $89 with any purchase. According to Lancôme, buying the items one by one would cost $616, so the set price is about 14% of the stated value. The Pink Check-In Palette is a Beauty Box exclusive and is not sold separately.
• UK/EU: the set costs £140, or £90 with a £50 spend. Its stated value if bought separately is £395. That makes the set price about 35% of the stated value at £140, or about 23% at £90. Individual values are confirmed for six items, totalling £241.
• Other versions: the earlier 7-piece preview box is not the line-up US shoppers get. The Italian price (€175) and release date are not yet confirmed.

Brown Thomas has released its Beauty Advent Calendar 2026, priced at €395. According to Brown Thomas, the contents are worth over €1,800. Pre-orders opened on 24 September 2026 and delivery began from 5 October 2026. Brown Thomas now lists the calendar as sold out. The calendar holds a mix of skincare, fragrance, make-up and haircare.

The Dyson Advent Calendar 2026 is Dyson's first beauty advent calendar: 12 drawers of hair care, with a Supersonic Travel dryer in the last one. It costs €399, is sold only in Germany and went on sale on 28 September 2026.

Release Date

Dyson says the calendar is available from 28 September 2026 at Dyson and selected retailers, only in Germany and while stocks last. Pre-orders on dyson.de opened on 24 September 2026. Payment is taken three days before the order ships, and the delivery date is shown at checkout.

Price

The calendar costs €399 in Germany. Dyson says the contents are worth €551 in total.

On its own, the Supersonic Travel in the same Ceramic Pink / Rose Gold colourway has an RRP of €299 on dyson.de, and was on offer for €259 on 7 October 2026. At the RRP, the other 11 drawers, the box and the accessories account for €100 of the calendar's price.

According to Dyson, two of the samples are made for straight and wavy hair and aren't intended for curly and coily hair.

The Hero: Dyson Supersonic Travel

The 24 December drawer holds the Supersonic Travel. According to Dyson, it's 32% smaller and 25% lighter than the original Supersonic. Dyson lists 3 heat and 2 speed settings, automatic dual voltage (100–240V) and compatibility with existing Supersonic attachments. It's Dyson's existing travel dryer, not a new launch, and no diffuser is included.

What Makes the Dyson Advent Calendar Different?

• Dyson's first. Dyson calls it "Eine Premiere für Dyson Beauty", its first advent calendar.
• 12 drawers, not 24. Each drawer is opened every second day, from 2 to 24 December.
• A full-size tool inside. The last drawer holds a hair dryer, and the box itself is shaped like a suitcase with a handle, with "supersonic travel" printed inside the lid. Dyson says the calendar is built around travel.

The box combines eye and complexion makeup, skincare, tools and fragrance. OPV Beauty says the box holds 10 products. The items named so far are:

The box costs £59.99. According to OPV Beauty, buying the items one by one would cost £250, about 76% more than the box price. The brand has not published individual prices for the items.

Astley Clarke has launched the Astley Clarke Advent Calendar 2026, a limited-edition 12-piece jewellery calendar priced at £495 (UK), with shipping from 3 October 2026. According to the brand, the contents are worth over £1,080 if bought individually. This is the British demi-fine jewellery brand's second advent calendar, following its debut edition last year.

What's inside the 2026 calendar

Behind each of the 12 doors, spread across two drawers, sits one Astley Clarke jewellery piece. The pieces include necklaces, earrings, bracelets and a ring. According to Astley Clarke, every piece is crafted from 18ct gold plated recycled sterling silver. The brand says the calendar mixes bestselling styles, exclusive pieces and designs created especially for this year's edition.

Shiseido has released its Shiseido Advent Calendar 2026, a 24-door calendar priced at £189 / €205 with contents the brand values at £655. It is available now in the UK, France and Germany. The calendar uses a Ginza Wonder-inspired design in deep red, gold and purple. It holds skincare, makeup and fragrance, plus an exclusive lip balm from Shiseido's holiday collaboration with designer Tomo Koizumi.

The 24 doors are split across two lacquered drawers. They contain 15 facial skincare products, 4 body and hand products, 4 makeup pieces and 1 fragrance. According to advent.center, this is Shiseido's first global advent calendar.

advent.center calculates the price at £7.88 per door. That is higher than the median of about £5.08 per door across the beauty calendars it lists this season. Most of the non-full-size products are travel sizes of 15ml or less.
