bareMinerals Original Mineral Veil Daily Dose Setting Powder is a talc-free loose setting powder in a press-to-dose jar, offered in four sheer shades. It costs $36 in the US and £34 in the UK, and it first appeared on bareminerals.com on 10 July 2026. It joins the existing powders in bareMinerals' Mineral Veil range, which also includes the bareMinerals Mineral Veil Set + Protect Brush SPF 25 PA++.

Updated 11 October 2026: All four shades are in stock at bareMinerals US and UK. John Lewis and Lookfantastic also have it in stock, and Lookfantastic currently has it discounted.

When Did the bareMinerals Original Mineral Veil Daily Dose Setting Powder Launch?

bareMinerals hasn't announced an official release date. The powder was dated at these points:

• 10 July 2026: first listed on bareminerals.com (US).
• 7 September 2026: appeared on bareminerals.co.uk, according to store data.
• 5 October 2026: PBL Magazine reported the UK launch.

Packaging: The powder comes in a black jar with a shade-coloured top.

How to Use It

bareMinerals' how-to visual labels the steps "Click. Swirl. Sweep."; its product page calls them "Press. Swirl. Sweep.":

1. Press the button to dispense powder into the cap, then twist the cap open.
2. Swirl the Supreme Finisher Brush in the cap to pick up powder.
3. Sweep it lightly over the face, focusing on shine-prone areas.

Smashbox O-Gloss pH Plumping Lip Gloss is the relaunched cult pH-reactive gloss that goes on clear and shifts to a personalised shade of pink. Smashbox brought it back on 27 September 2026 for $26 (US), and it is sold through Smashbox, Ulta Beauty and Macy's. The original was discontinued years ago, and NewBeauty reports that old tubes have circulated on eBay for hundreds of dollars.

Release Date

According to NewBeauty, O-Gloss returned on 27 September 2026 as one of five Smashbox lip launches that month. Ulta Beauty currently lists it under New.

Price

The O-Gloss pH Plumping Lip Gloss costs $26 (US) at Smashbox and Ulta Beauty. No UK, Canadian or European price has been confirmed.

Shades

There is one shade, pH Pink. Smashbox says the gloss uses pH-activated pigments that react to the wearer's skin chemistry, turning from clear to "your unique shade of pink". Smashbox's images show a before-and-after comparison of the gloss going on clear and turning pink, plus a grid of the shade on lips across several skin tones.

What Makes the O-Gloss pH Plumping Lip Gloss Different?

• It changes colour on the lips: it goes on clear and turns into a wearer-specific pink through pH-activated pigments, according to Smashbox.
• It's a revival of a discontinued original: Michelle Shigemasa, global general manager of Smashbox, told NewBeauty the brand is "bringing back an actual icon ... we're introducing an icon to a new generation."
• It has new formula claims: the relaunch adds 6-hour high shine, visible plumping, long-lasting hydration and vitamins C + E, according to Smashbox.

Both versions share the clear-to-pink pH effect. The relaunch adds the plumping, hydration and shine claims. Lori Taylor Davis, Smashbox global pro lead artist, told NewBeauty she remembers the original's "Wait…what is happening?" moment when a clear gloss turned pink on the lips.

Formula and Packaging

• Formula: Smashbox lists vitamin C (ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate) and vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate). The ingredient list also includes sodium hyaluronate, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, avocado oil, castor seed oil and menthol. The brand says the gloss visibly plumps lips. It notes that the plumping effect has no specific wear time, and the 6-hour figure refers to shine.
• Packaging: the tube has a pink-to-clear ombré body and a pink cap.

How to Use

Smashbox says to apply O-Gloss to bare lips or over lip liner, then wait a few seconds for the colour to develop. The brand suggests pairing it with its Studio Extreme Longwear Lip Liner.

The Rest of Smashbox's September Lip Lineup

According to NewBeauty, four other Smashbox lip products are part of the same launch wave. The O-Noir pH Cheek + Lip Tint ($25) goes on black and shifts to a personalised berry, and it is a tint rather than a clear-to-pink gloss. The pH Gel Lip Liner ($22) launched alongside it. Earlier in September, Smashbox released the Full Fill-ter Smoothing Lip Glass Balm ($25) and the Studio Extreme Longwear Lip Liner ($25), each in six nude shades.

rom&nd's Dear Bestie 10th Anniversary collection is a limited release of three new Juicy Lasting Tint shades, a 20-shade eyeshadow palette and a boxed set. The tints cost ¥1,320 each, the BETTER THAN PALETTE Bestie Edition costs ¥5,500, and the 10th ANNIVERSARY MEGA EDITION costs ¥9,790 (Japan, tax included). The collection went on sale on 10 October 2026 at rom&nd's Tokyo pop-up at Tokyu Plaza Omotesando "Omokado", and the tints reach rom&nd's offline stores across Japan the same day. The K-beauty brand is marking ten years since creator Min Saerom launched it in Korea in September 2016.

Updated 10 October 2026: The palette and Mega Edition prices are now confirmed. The pop-up is open, and the tints are rolling out to rom&nd's offline stores across Japan from today. Because the collection is limited edition, stock can change quickly.

Release Date

The collection launched on 10 October 2026. On that day, the "Dear, Bestie 10th rom&nd birthday party" pop-up opens and the tints start rolling out to rom&nd's offline stores in Japan, store by store. All three items were first available at the pop-up's press day on 9 October 2026. Every item is limited in quantity and is sold until it runs out.

The Omotesando Pop-Up

The pop-up runs from 10 to 28 October 2026 in the third-floor pop-up space at Tokyu Plaza Omotesando "Omokado". It is open 11:00–20:00, and entry is free. Inside, visitors find:

• a history exhibit covering the brand's ten years
• birthday-party displays and photo zones
• a tester zone sorted by rom&nd's WARM, COOL and MUTE tones
• purchase gifts and a lucky draw

Entry:

• 11:00–16:00: advance reservation required. Book a date, time slot and party size through rom&nd Japan's reservation page. Bookings close on 18 October 2026 at 23:59.
• 16:00–20:00: register for the walk-in queue at the entrance on the day.
• Plan for about 30 minutes per visit.
• The brand asks visitors not to queue around the venue the night before or early in the morning.

Purchase gifts: Hancosme's pop-up guide lists these gifts:

• Spend ¥2,500 or more: a cake hair pin (10–18 October 2026) or a cake bookmark (19–28 October 2026; 2 designs, random).
• Spend ¥5,500 or more: buy the Big Pouch at a special ¥990 (usually ¥2,500).

Disney's A Very Mickey Christmas x ColourPop Collection is a limited-edition holiday makeup line of nine Mickey and Minnie Mouse products for eyes, lips and face. Individual pieces cost $8 to $25 (US), and the full collection costs $125 with a free Gift Tag Sticker Sheet. The collection went on sale at colourpop.com on 8 October 2026 at 12pm CST.

Ciele hasn't announced an official release date. Blush & Cheer went on sale in the Sephora app on 8 October 2026 and on Sephora's other platforms on 9 October 2026. All three sets appeared on cielecosmetics.com on 9 October 2026, which we observed. A repost account on Instagram shared the sets as "available now."

Each set has a sale price and a separate ciele value figure:

The MILK MAKEUP Holiday 2026 value sets are five kits of lip, cheek and face products priced $30–$99 at milkmakeup.com, Sephora and Ulta. Most of them hold full-size products. The first two sets appeared on milkmakeup.com on 1 October 2026. When Did the MILK MAKEUP Holiday 2026 Sets Launch?

MILK MAKEUP hasn't announced an official holiday launch date. These are the dates we observed each set on sale:

• Mix + Mingle and Last Call Lips were on milkmakeup.com from 1 October 2026.
• The Milk VIPs and It's Lit followed on milkmakeup.com from 4 October 2026.
• The Party Pair was at Sephora US and Sephora Canada by 9 October 2026.
• On 10 October 2026, The Milk VIPs was listed as New at Ulta and was also listed at Sephora Canada.

According to MILK MAKEUP, Jelly Shimmer uses microplastic-free pearls rather than glitter.

It's Lit Holiday Kit ($34)

This kit comes in a silver MILK tin. Bought separately, the two sticks would cost $56 ($28 + $28):

Last Call Lips Set ($30)

This set comes in a silver MILK tin. Bought separately, the two products would cost $50 ($28 + $22):

The Party Pair Lip + Cheek Blush Set ($34)

The Party Pair costs $34 at Sephora US and CA$44 at Sephora Canada. Sephora lists its value as $56 in the US and CA$72 in Canada. It contains two full-size sticks, 0.28 oz / 8 g each:

• Lip + Cheek in Werk (dusty rose), with a satin finish
• Lip + Cheek Blur in Float (limited-edition red), with a soft-focus finish

What Makes the MILK MAKEUP Holiday 2026 Sets Different?

• Mostly full-size products: Only The Milk VIPs includes minis. The other four sets contain only full-size sticks.
• Cream sticks for lips and cheeks: Every set includes at least one lip-and-cheek stick, either Cooling Water Jelly Tint, Lip + Cheek or Lip + Cheek Blur.

Electrum Cosmetics' Kaleidoscope Clouds Collection is a 9-pan multichrome eyeshadow palette, a cream-to-powder shadow and a highlighter. The palette costs $75, and the three-piece bundle is $100. The collection went on pre-order at electrumcosmetics.org on 9 October 2026 at 2:00 pm Eastern. Electrum is a small US indie brand that hand-makes its products in the United States and says on its FAQ that they are cruelty-free and vegan.

Updated 10 October 2026: All four products are listed as pre-orders on electrumcosmetics.org. Twinkle Highlighter is limited edition, so stock can change quickly.

Release Date

Electrum Cosmetics announced the launch for Friday, 9 October 2026, at 2:00 pm Eastern. It published the date in a launch post on its own site. On the same day, Electrum's Instagram announced the collection as "AVAILABLE NOW". Every product is sold as a pre-order. Electrum's shipping policy says pre-ordered items ship in approximately 11 weeks unless the listing states otherwise, because every item is hand-made.

Kaleidoscope Clouds Prices

The Kaleidoscope Clouds Palette costs $75. Twilight CloudSet Shadow and Twinkle Highlighter cost $15 each. The Kaleidoscope Clouds Bundle includes all three for $100. Buying the three items one by one would cost $105. Electrum lists prices in USD only.

Electrum hasn't published individual shade descriptions. For the palette as a whole, the brand says: "Cool blue becomes violet. Green catches gold. Pink reveals flashes of blue. Orange burns brighter." Its swatch photos show pastel-to-vivid multichrome sparkle that shifts between blue and violet, green and gold, pink and blue, and orange.

Twilight CloudSet is described by Electrum as "a luminous white-to-gold sparkle". Twinkle is a highlight topper with multicolored reflective sparkles.

What Makes Kaleidoscope Clouds Different?

• Sky theme: Electrum named the collection after a rare optical phenomenon. The brand explains that Kaleidoscope Clouds occur when "thin, high-altitude clouds glow with soft pastel or vibrant rainbow colors".
• All-multichrome palette: All nine pans are multichromes. Electrum calls the palette "Prismatic Dreams' cooler, sparklier older sister".
• A lighter CloudSet: The original CloudSet came with Electrum's Poisoned Love collection and was "a grungy blackened purple scattered with multicolored sparkle". Twilight takes the formula to a white-to-gold sparkle.

Formula and Packaging

• Kaleidoscope Clouds Palette: According to Electrum, the multichromes are creamy and have an ultra-sparkly, high-reflective finish that builds from ethereal to intensely reflective. It is a 9-pan palette.
• Twilight CloudSet Shadow: Electrum describes a "bouncy, whipped texture in the jar". The brand says it melts onto the skin and sets to a sparkling finish without creasing. It comes in a jar, and Electrum suggests it for the lid, inner corner, brow bone and as a face highlighter.
• Twinkle Highlighter: Electrum calls it a multichrome highlight topper. It is a pressed single pan, and the brand says this limited-edition shade "will NOT return once sold out".

The Glossier Holiday 2026 Collection is a Glossier gift lineup of Glossier You fragrance sets, two new Balm Dotcom flavours and a Black Cherry Lip Duo. US prices run from $16 for a Balm Dotcom to $90 for the Glossier You Duo. The fragrance sets went on sale on 6 October 2026, and the lip products launched on 10 October 2026 at Glossier, Sephora (US and Canada), Sephora at Kohl's and Space NK.

Updated 10 October 2026: The Balm Dotcoms and Black Cherry Lip Duo are now on sale at glossier.com in the US and UK, with UK prices confirmed. Because the Balm Dotcoms and the Wardrobe Kit are limited edition, stock can change quickly.

The Glossier Holiday 2026 Collection launched in two waves. The Mini Glossier You Wardrobe Kit and the Glossier You Duo were released on 6 October 2026, after first access in the Sephora App on 5 October 2026. The Just Baked and Toasty Nuts Balm Dotcoms and the Black Cherry Lip Duo went on sale on 10 October 2026, after first access in the Sephora App on 9 October 2026. • Toasty Nuts Balm Dotcom: a sweet and salty flavour with a subtle copper shimmer.
• Black Cherry Lip Line + Balm Duo: Glossier's name for the set on glossier.com. Sephora lists it as "Black Cherry Balm Dotcom & Mini Lip Line Lip Liner Pencil Makeup Gift Set." Glossier pitches it for a "just-bitten" look and says it delivers "rich burgundy color and effortless definition." It is not to be confused with the Black Cherry Balm Dotcom that is sold on its own.

The Fenty Beauty Stunna Stix Soft-Glide Matte Lipstick is a new $24 slim matte lipstick, sold at Fenty's TikTok Shop US store in the true red Uncensored. Fenty Beauty announced it on 7 October 2026 and currently sells it only through its TikTok Shop store; four more shades appear in the product gallery without a price or date.

It arrives in the same season as the Fenty Beauty Holiday Windows Collection, the brand's holiday lip and gift launch.

Release Date

Fenty Beauty announced the Stunna Stix on TikTok on 7 October 2026 ("Introducing our NEW Stunna Stix… Cop now ONLY on TikTok Shop"), and it was available at Fenty Beauty's TikTok Shop US store by 7 October. Creator videos featuring the lipstick appeared from 6 October 2026, and Fenty Beauty followed with an Instagram post on 10 October 2026. That day, the TikTok Shop listing showed 98 units sold.

Stunna Stix Shades

Uncensored is the only shade on sale as of 10 October 2026. Fenty Beauty calls it its "signature true red," and the campaign calls it "Rihanna's signature red." Campaign images show Rihanna wearing Uncensored with Trace'd Out in The MVP.

The TikTok Shop gallery shows five shades, with lip swatches on several skin tones and arm swatches. A "Choose your combo" graphic pairs each shade with a Fenty Beauty Trace'd Out Pencil Lip Liner:

What Makes the Stunna Stix Soft-Glide Matte Lipstick Different?

• Format: it is a solid matte lipstick in a slim stick. It is not the Stunna Lip Paint Longwear Fluid Lip Color, the liquid formula that also comes in Uncensored ($29 at fentybeauty.com, £25 at fentybeauty.co.uk).
• Sales channel: Fenty Beauty currently sells it only through its TikTok Shop store, not its own sites or US beauty retailers.
• Liner pairing: each of the five shown shades has a named Trace'd Out liner match.

It joins Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Stix, the brand's high-shine gloss in stick form, as another stick-format lip product.

Formula and Packaging

According to Fenty Beauty, the lipstick has these features:

• Color: rich, one-swipe color, with bold, full-coverage color that lasts all day.
• Feel: a silky-smooth glide that won't drag, and a longwear, lightweight, "cloud-like" barely-there feel.
• Wear: it resists transfer, fading and feathering.
• Tip and case: a precision angled tip that "hugs lips for a crisp application every time," in a slim, sleek, polished pocket-sized case.
• Cap: a snap-to-extend cap that lets you "snap your stick onto the cap for more length + an easier grip."

How to Wear It

Fenty Beauty's "For an extra plush look" graphic gives two steps. First, reset and prep lips with the Fenty Skin Plush Puddin' lip mask. Then blot the excess and swipe on Stunna Stix.

For "the most iconic red lip," the brand pairs Uncensored with Trace'd Out in The MVP. Its TikTok launch post offers a free Fenty Beauty sharpener with that pairing.
