What's Inside

Hourglass has not yet published the number of shades, the finishes or the pan sizes in the Love Palette. For comparison, Hourglass's product page for the earlier Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked palettes says each of those palettes includes six new or bestselling shades of blush, bronzer and highlighter.

How It Compares with Previous Releases

Earlier Ambient Lighting Edit Palettes were released as limited editions with multi-use powders. According to Hourglass's Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked page, the Wish, Hope and Luck palettes introduced fifteen new Ambient Lighting shades. The brand says the powders use its Photoluminescent Technology to filter out harsh light, and that the shades can be used individually or layered.

Hourglass describes the packaging of those palettes as made from tin to reduce plastic, with charms designed by French jewelry designer Lauren Rubinski. Hourglass also says it will donate 5% of net profits from that collection to the Nonhuman Rights Project. Hourglass has not confirmed whether the Love Palette shares these details.
