It's nostalgic and cozy, and it's well suited to the stocking-stuffer pile.

Yves Saint Laurent's Lines Liberated 24H Waterproof Eyeliner just got a lot more colourful. The dual-ended pencil is known for intense, smudge-proof colour that lasts all day. Now YSL Beauty has added four shades that move it past everyday black and brown into gold, orange, bronze and purple.

NEYDO's 19.12 Flower Frost, 05.07 Watermere and 21.04 Bloom Away are three new floral fragrances, each named after a date and a dream. They were released on 1 October 2026 on neydo.cloud and cost €86 for 50 ml or €29 for 12 ml. They are sold separately, not as a boxed set. NEYDO calls them "three floral visions shaped by the subconscious," and the brand says each scent is "born from a dream."

In the brand's dream story, a flower frozen in a block of ice becomes a girl as the sun melts it, and she dances among jasmine, magnolia and lily of the valley. Issey Miyake Le Sel d'Issey Parfum is a woody marine leather fragrance for men built on salt, marine seaweed, saffron and dark woods. It is the newest and most intense concentration in the Le Sel d'Issey line, following the Eau de Toilette (2024) and the Eau de Parfum (2025). Issey Miyake Le Sel d'Issey Parfum Fragrance Notes

No top, heart and base pyramid has been published for the Parfum. According to Issey Miyake, the scent is built on two opposing forces of nature:

• The sea: a signature salt accord, marine seaweed, oakmoss and aquatic facets.
• The earth: saffron and leather facets, dark woods including Indian rosewood, patchouli as a woody backbone, and an amber accord in the base.

What Does Issey Miyake Le Sel d'Issey Parfum Smell Like?

Going by its listed notes, the Parfum pairs a salty, seaweed-and-moss marine side with saffron, leather and dark woods such as Indian rosewood and patchouli, resting on an amber accord. Perfumer Quentin Bisch describes salt as the memory of the sea on skin. He says that for this version he amplified both the marine notes and the ambery dimension to give it more depth and texture than its predecessors.

All three share marine seaweed. The Parfum replaces the cedarwood of the earlier versions with dark woody notes and adds saffron and leather facets.

What Makes the Le Sel d'Issey Parfum Different?

• It is classified as woody marine leather, while the Eau de Toilette is woody marine and the Eau de Parfum is woody marine dry amber.

• The bottle keeps the original Le Sel d'Issey silhouette but uses smoky brown glass inspired by black salt.

TIRTIR made its name with high-coverage, long-wear cushions. This launch takes a skincare-focused approach instead. The formula is designed to enhance your natural skin rather than mask it, and the brand calls it "skinification."

The serum base includes:

It reached US retailers in late September 2026 and costs from $37 for 10 ml to $168 for 100 ml at Sephora and Ulta Beauty. It is also listed at Notino in the UK and Lyko in Poland.

When Did the Marc Jacobs Just Perfect Eau de Parfum Launch?

Marc Jacobs hasn't announced an official release date for Just Perfect Eau de Parfum. The fragrance was on sale at US retailers in late September 2026. In early October 2026, Notino lists it in the UK and Lyko lists it in Poland.

Perfect vs Just Perfect

According to Marc Jacobs' product copy on Ulta Beauty, Just Perfect is a "radical twist on the original Perfect Eau de Parfum." Notino says the perfumers built it on the "Perfect As I Am" idea behind the original and took it "to a bolder level." It belongs to the same Perfect family as the Marc Jacobs Perfect Charm Eau de Parfum Collector Edition 1.7 oz, an earlier limited-packaging version of the original scent. The new flanker keeps the Perfect name and the charm-topped cap. It changes the scent to a fruity-gourmand note list built on strawberry, caramel and vanilla.

Formula and Packaging

The bottle has a soft, feminine silhouette in iridescent pale-blue glass and is topped with a silver cap. The iridescent carton features a hand-drawn "Just Perfect" sketch.

Marc Jacobs describes the formula as vegan. It says the scent lasts up to 6 hours, based on a consumer test with 27 participants. Notino lists Coty as the manufacturer. The ingredient list on Ulta and Notino starts with alcohol denat., parfum/fragrance, propylene glycol and water.

The brand directs applying it to the pulse points on the wrists, neck, chest and behind the ears. It also advises avoiding rubbing or dabbing the skin afterwards, as this breaks down the aromas.
