What Makes the When Sip Happens Duo Different?

• It pairs one high-stain shade with one low-stain shade, both full size.
• Each shade has its own dessert-inspired scent: strawberry milkshake and açai bowl.
• Sephora currently lists it as a Sephora app exclusive, while the single Lip Toy shades are sold on the website too.

Formula and Packaging

According to Urban Decay and Sephora, Lip Toy is a hybrid lip-caring oil that combines the non-sticky shine of a gloss with the long-lasting tint of a pH-reactive stain. The brand says it provides up to 24 hours of hydration. Its highlighted ingredients are:

• Hyaluronic acid, which the brand says hydrates.
• Ceramides, which the brand says strengthen the lip barrier.
• Vitamin E, which the brand says supports healthier-looking lips over time.

The products are listed as vegan and cruelty-free.

Sephora's page for the single Lip Toy cites a consumer study of 118 women aged 18–29 after one week of use. In that study, 93% agreed bare lips looked healthier, 91.5% said lips felt softer and moisturised, and 94.5% described them as juicy.

The set comes in a purple box with silver star sparkles and "When Sip Happens" lettering. The tubes are pink (Fresita) and berry-mauve (Drizzled), with stripe graphics.

Urban Decay has launched Chrome Melts High-Pigment Metallic Eyeshadow, a single chrome eyeshadow in five shades priced at $26 each in the US. It is on sale now at Ulta Beauty and online only at Sephora as of October 2026.

What's New

According to Urban Decay, Chrome Melts uses freeze-dried technology, described on the Sephora listing as a "liquid-to-frozen cryo-extraction process." The brand says this locks in emollient-coated pigments for a buttery feel, easy pickup and richer colour payoff.

Urban Decay describes the result as an "explosive multi-dimensional chromatic finish" with a silky, blendable texture that "melts onto lids." The campaign images call it "our most multi-dimensional eyeshadow" and "our most buttery formula yet."

Key ingredients on the Sephora ingredient list include:

• Aluminum powder, which gives the metallic effect
• Squalane
• Glycerin
• Tocopherol

Shades

The metallic eyeshadow comes in five shades. Two are foils, one is a triple chrome shift and two are duo chrome shifts:

1. Pick up the shadow with a fingertip or a brush.
2. Sweep it onto the lids, then blend and build to the intensity you want.

Urban Decay has launched the Moondust Full Shimmer Quad Palette in Europe. It is a four-shade shimmer palette with Cosmic Quartz, Space Cowboy Rides Again, Rock Solid and Starry Haze, available from September 18, 2026, according to Glam Junkies. Glam Junkies' Instagram announcement says it's out now, and LOOKFANTASTIC Netherlands lists the palette as in stock. Per Glam Junkies, it was previously sold at Sephora US as the Moondust Stargaze Eyeshadow Palette.

What Are the Four Shades in the Moondust Full Shimmer Quad?

Urban Decay's own product imagery names and describes each shade:

• Cosmic Quartz: white and silver shimmer
• Space Cowboy Rides Again: light peach shimmer with silver glitter
• Rock Solid: magenta and lilac shimmer
• Starry Haze: lilac shimmer with silver pearls

According to Durbin Rock, Space Cowboy Rides Again is the one existing Moondust shade in the palette, and the other three are new.

What Is the Moondust Formula Like?

Urban Decay describes the finish as "shade-shifting micro sparkles" with a luminous finish. In its product imagery, the brand claims up to 12 hours of wear, based on a self-assessment of 100 subjects.

The European LOOKFANTASTIC listing gives a different wear claim. That listing describes crushed pearl and fine shimmer shades with a highly pigmented, buttery texture, fallout-free application and caffeine in each formula. It promises up to 16 hours of wear, and Glam Junkies cites the same 16-hour figure from Urban Decay.

Per Durbin Rock, the formula feels like a cream but applies like a powder, with microfine sparkle and no chunky glitter.

How Do You Wear It?

The brand's four-step look uses every shade:

1. Apply Starry Haze all over the lid.
2. Add Cosmic Quartz to the inner corner.
3. Apply Rock Solid along the lash line as eyeliner.
4. Finish with mascara.

According to Urban Decay, the shadows can be applied with a brush or fingertips. The brand recommends priming lids with Eyeshadow Primer Potion (sold separately) for more vibrant colour and crease-free wear.

Is This the Same Palette as Moondust Stargaze?

It appears so. Both Glam Junkies and Durbin Rock say the European release is the same palette Sephora sold as the Moondust Stargaze Eyeshadow Palette. Durbin Rock also describes Stargaze with the same four shade names.

When Does It Launch in Europe, and What Does It Cost?

• Reported by the sources we checked: European availability from September 18, 2026 (Glam Junkies), and the palette is listed as available at LOOKFANTASTIC Netherlands. Retailers named include Cult Beauty (Glam Junkies) and Lookfantastic and Debenhams (Durbin Rock). Durbin Rock lists the palette at £10 per shadow and calls it limited edition.

Key Details

Three of the four shades sit in the pink-to-lilac range, and Cosmic Quartz is a white and silver shade. Urban Decay's swatches show all four shades on a light and a deep skin tone. On the deeper skin tone, Cosmic Quartz and Starry Haze appear as sheer sparkle rather than solid color.

Price and Value

Durbin Rock lists the palette at £10 per shadow, against £22 for a standalone Moondust shadow. At that rate, the four-shade palette works out to £40, compared with £44 for two standalone Moondust shadows.

Urban Decay says the mist locks makeup in place for up to 16 hours and gives a glowy finish. It is infused with hyaluronic acid and watermelon extract for instant hydration and a fresh scent. The waterproof formula resists smudging, sweating and transferring, and a micro-mist gives a smooth, even application. It is meant to prevent cracking, fading and flaking while enhancing makeup vibrancy.

How Is It Different From the Original All Nighter?

Urban Decay sells several All Nighter sprays, including the original waterproof spray, a matte version and this dewy version. Our take: the dewy one is the pick if you like a luminous finish, and the matte version may be a better match for oily skin.

Has the Name Changed?

Urban Decay's page for this spray currently reads "All Nighter Glow Waterproof Setting Spray," so the product may have been renamed since our April 2024 post. Search results show sizes of 4.0 fl oz (118 mL) and a 1.0 fl oz (30 mL) travel size. We couldn't open the page to confirm the details.

Is It Worth $36?
