Fire Vixen's Regal Kiss Liquid Lipsticks are six new cream-to-matte liquid lipsticks from the brand's gothic "Mid-evil Collection". They launched on 2 October 2026 at 10:00 am CST on the Fire Vixen official shop, priced at $15.00 each or $85.00 for the set of six (US). Fire Vixen is an indie, Latina-owned makeup brand that describes its products as vegan and cruelty-free, and Regal Kiss is the first drop of the Mid-evil Collection.

Release Date

The Regal Kiss release date was Friday, 2 October 2026 at 10:00 am CST. The Fire Vixen homepage now lists the Mid-evil collection as available.

The Six Regal Kiss Shades

Fire Vixen describes the shades as follows:

• Blood Bite: a true crimson red, neither too bright nor too dark
• Crossbow: a dark brown with an orange undertone, paired with the Eternal Bond lip liner in Thornspell
• Noble Flesh: a light nude pink, designed to pair with the Thornspell lip liner
• Kiss of Lilith: a rustic pink, meant to pair with the Eternal Bond lip liner in Cursed
• Plum of Ash: a cool-toned purple with a gray undertone
• Kiss of Death: a true midnight black, which the brand calls "the most intense black you will own," with no streaking or noticeable bleeding

What Makes the Regal Kiss Liquid Lipsticks Different?

• The six shades run from a crimson red (Blood Bite) to a midnight black (Kiss of Death), with gothic, medieval-themed names to match the Mid-evil Collection.
• According to Fire Vixen, the formula goes on creamy and dries down to a full matte.
• The brand pairs three of the shades with specific Eternal Bond lip liners: Thornspell for Crossbow and Noble Flesh, and Cursed for Kiss of Lilith.

Formula and Packaging

Fire Vixen says the formula glides on creamy for full pigment with no streaks, then dries down to a complete matte that won't budge for hours. According to the brand, it's "made to last in the strongest of battles." The shop listing adds that the formula is meant to keep lips hydrated while staying on all day. The brand also says the lipsticks are best paired with its Eternal Bond lip liners.

The packaging follows the gothic theme. The black square-shouldered tubes have an ornate silver gothic-arch frame and a gothic-arch cap, and they come in black boxes printed "Regal Kiss."

OPERA Sheer Matte Lipstick 106 Cinnamon Brown is a limited-edition sheer brown lipstick shade made for the brand's autumn 2026 "NUDE KISS" theme. The J-beauty brand from imju released it in Japan on 30 September 2026 at ¥1,980 (tax included). OPERA describes the finish as a sheer "see-through matte".

Release Date

OPERA Sheer Matte Lipstick 106 Cinnamon Brown went on sale in Japan on 30 September 2026 as a limited-edition autumn 2026 shade. OPERA has not announced release dates for other markets. It arrived the same autumn as other lip launches we've covered, such as the MAC Frost Lipstick relaunch, and you can follow more lipstick news on our makeup releases page.

The 106 Cinnamon Brown Shade

The new release is the shade itself. According to OPERA, Cinnamon Brown is a deep brown with a warm, flushed tint, paired with a sheer, "nude" texture. The Japanese press release calls it an "inner-lip (mucosa) brown". This is a common J-beauty term for colours that mimic the naturally deeper tone of the inner lip, rather than an opaque brown.

The shade was created for OPERA's NUDE KISS theme for autumn 2026. The brand says the theme centres on warmth and a natural flush rather than heavy pigment. Brown lip shades are also part of other recent launches, including the KISS NEW YORK Line & Fill Lip Stain, whose 10 shades span nudes, pinks, berries and browns.

What Makes the OPERA Sheer Matte Lipstick 106 Cinnamon Brown Different?

What the Brand Says About the Formula

According to OPERA, the Sheer Matte Lipstick uses the brand's own "powderless" formula. The colour is melted into a moisturising film with a frosted-glass-like texture. The brand describes the result as follows:

• Sheer, buildable colour: according to OPERA, the shade shows through softly rather than looking flat.

Lancôme has released its Holiday 2026 Limited Edition makeup collection in the US, with three products priced from $32 to $40. The collection is available now on lancome-usa.com. It includes a bell-shaped highlighter, three matte lipstick shades and a shimmering berry lip oil gloss. All three come in pink holiday packaging illustrated with a Parisian building facade and finished with gold accents. Below are the products, shades and prices.

Ring & Shine Glossy Highlighter – $40

The Ring & Shine Glossy Highlighter comes in a gold, bell-shaped dome compact with a small knob on top, engraved with LANCÔME. It is available in one shade, 003 Gold Ding Ding, a glossy highlighter with a gold shimmer. Lancôme shows swatches on three skin tones. The compact holds 3.5 g / 0.12 oz.

Tip: Tap it lightly onto the high points of the face, such as the cheekbones, the brow bone and the Cupid's bow, building it up gradually.

L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick Holiday 2026 – $35 each

The L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick comes in limited-edition holiday packaging: a gold bullet with a pink illustrated sleeve and a gold rose-engraved cap. Lancôme's box promises "Full pigment & comfort." There are three shades:

• 188 Rosy Suite, a rosy nude-pink. It is currently shown as out of stock on lancome-usa.com.
• 227 Rose Service, a warm coral rose.
• 296 Dramaphoria, a deep brick red.

Each bullet is 3.4 g / 0.12 oz.

Tip: For a crisp line with a matte formula, apply the colour from the centre of your lips outward. Then define the edges with the tip of the bullet.

Lip Idôle JuicyTreat Lip Oil Gloss Holiday 2026 – $32

The Lip Idôle JuicyTreat Lip Oil Gloss comes in the limited-edition shade 60 Million-Dollar Berry, a shimmering berry-pink topped with a gold faceted cap. The box describes it as a "3D juicy shine oil-in-gloss" with 20% squalane. According to Lancôme, it offers up to 24 hours of hydration. Each tube holds 8.5 ml / 0.28 fl oz.

Tip: Wear it on its own for a sheer berry shimmer, or dab it over the centre of a Drama Matte shade to add shine to a matte lip.

Price and Value

Prices in the collection run from $32 for the Lip Idôle JuicyTreat Lip Oil Gloss to $40 for the Ring & Shine Glossy Highlighter. Each L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick costs $35. All products are limited edition, and one lipstick shade, 188 Rosy Suite, is already listed as out of stock on lancome-usa.com.

Chanel 31 Le Rouge Lip Balm is a tinted lip balm in five shades, Nos. 25 to 29, and the third format of Chanel's 31 Le Rouge line after the satin and matte lipsticks. It costs £145 in the UK and €170 in France for 3.3 g, with an €85 refill, and is on sale on Chanel's UK and French sites.

Updated 20 October 2026: Chanel has now launched the balm officially, under the name 31 LE ROUGE Lip Balm (Baume à Lèvres in France), not "Supreme Lip" as first reported. We've added the official shade names, UK and French prices, the refill and Chanel's formula claims.

When Did the Chanel 31 Le Rouge Lip Balm Launch?

Chanel hasn't published an exact launch day. The balm was first reported for October 2026, and on 20 October 2026 it was on sale on Chanel's UK and French sites. Chanel's US site has a 31 Le Rouge Lip Balm page, but we couldn't confirm a US price. It arrives in the same month as the Chanel Holiday 2026 Makeup Collection, Chanel Winter Village.

How Much Is Chanel 31 Le Rouge Lip Balm?

The balm costs £145 in the UK and €170 in France for 3.3 g. In France, a refill costs €85. A US price isn't confirmed yet.

What Are the Chanel 31 Le Rouge Lip Balm Shades?

Chanel lists five shades. Each is labelled "Exclusivité" on its French site. The descriptions are Chanel's.

Early reports gave No. 25 as "Le Beige de Chanel" and No. 29 as "Le Gulna". Chanel's official names are Le Beige and Le Grenat.

What Makes the Chanel 31 Le Rouge Lip Balm Different?

• It is the balm version of 31 Le Rouge. According to Chanel, it leaves a smoothing veil of colour with a natural shine and buildable coverage.
• The shades are numbered 25 to 29. Chanel's site lists 31 Le Rouge lipstick shades under the same system, such as No. 20, No. 21 and No. 23.
• It comes in the line's faceted glass case and can be refilled (€85 refill in France).

Formula and Packaging

Formula: According to Chanel, the formula is built around gardenia-infused oil, from flowers hand-picked in Chanel's gardens at Gaujacq, which it says keeps lips moisturised. Chanel says maracuja oil helps smooth and firm the lips over time, and that the fine, coating texture leaves a transparent film that doesn't migrate past the lip line.

Link to 31 Le Rouge: The name and shade numbering tie the balm to Chanel's existing 31 Le Rouge lipstick line. According to Chanel, 31 Le Rouge is "a lipstick as well as a plumping, smoothing and moisturizing product," and its page lists satin and matte versions.

Packaging: According to Chanel, each 31 Le Rouge lipstick comes in a faceted square case recalling the mirrors that line the Art Deco staircase at 31 rue Cambon. The case in the promo images follows that faceted design.

Chanel says 31 Le Rouge now comes in three formats: matte, satin and balm.
