Anastasia Beverly Hills has launched the Dramaline Longwear Waterproof Gel Eyeliner Pencil ($22) in 21 shades, alongside a matching Dramaline Longwear Eyeliner Sharpener ($6). Both went on sale online at Ulta on 27 September 2026, with in-store availability from 4 October 2026.
A New Gel Formula
According to Anastasia Beverly Hills, the Dramaline pencil is an ultra-smooth gel formula that delivers full-pigment color in one swipe. The brand says the creamy gel texture glides on without skipping, tugging or pulling, stays blendable on application, and then sets to a waterproof, smudge-proof finish that lasts up to 12 hours. ABH describes it as combining "the effortless glide of a gel with the precision of a pencil," with a precision tip for anything from fine lines to graphic looks.
