Crown Affair's The Vault is a limited-edition Holiday 2026 hair care set of five full-size formulas and two holiday-shade tools in a silver case. It costs $272 (US) at crownaffair.com and Sephora, against $347 for the seven items bought separately. It went on sale on 1 October 2026 for Sephora Rouge members and opened to everyone on 2 October 2026.

Crown Affair calls the contents its "Crown Jewels". The brand describes the set as a tribute to the formulas and tools that have become Crown Affair signatures. Sephora currently lists it as the Best of Crown Affair Healthy Hair Vault Gift Set, labelled New, Limited Edition and Online Only.

Release Date

The Vault had a staggered release. Sephora Rouge members got early access on sephora.com on 1 October 2026. The set opened to everyone at Sephora and crownaffair.com on 2 October 2026. Sephora Canada followed the same dates. According to Crown Affair, the set was made in limited quantities for the season and will not be restocked: "Once it's gone, it's gone."

What Makes The Vault Different?

Case and Launch Details

Crown Affair says the case can be reused after the season to hold jewellery, beauty products or keepsakes. According to the brand, it launched the set by hand-delivering it to a few doors across New York and Los Angeles. A white-gloved courier carried the silver case and a signed "Register of Release". In the brand's words, "something this precious requires special handling."

How to Use

Crown Affair says the items don't need to be used together. Its advice is to reach for each one "whenever the moment calls for it" through the season.

Sephora Collection Holiday 2026 is a range of gift sets and two advent calendars covering makeup, skincare, bath & body and brushes. In Germany the sets are priced from €4.99 to €99.99. A first wave went on sale in mid-September 2026, and a second drop followed on 30 September 2026.

LYS Beauty launched the Mini Speak Love 3-piece Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm Set at Sephora in late September 2026, priced at $29 (US). The limited-edition set contains three travel-size versions of the brand's Speak Love Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm in Charismatic, Centered and Audacious. According to LYS Beauty, each balm gives a wash of color, a glossy shine and a visibly fuller-looking pout.

It's part of the LYS Beauty Holiday 2026 Collection, which LYS Beauty announced on 7 October 2026. The set is now also sold at lysbeauty.com for $29.

The Shades

Here is how the three shades appear in the official swatch photos:

• Charismatic: a sheer light pink
• Centered: a warm rosy nude
• Audacious: a deep berry red

LYS Beauty's own website lists seven full-size shades: Diva, CEO (a rosy mauve), Truthful, Visionary, Lucky, Genius and Charismatic. Centered and Audacious are not among the shades listed there.

What's Inside the Formula

LYS Beauty describes Speak Love as "an ultra-nourishing, high-shine juicy lip pen that hydrates and plumps in one swipe." According to the brand, the highlighted ingredients do the following:

• Fruit and Veggie Extract Blend: apple, strawberry, watermelon, kale, spinach, carrot and avocado, combined with vitamin E for antioxidant benefits
• Chia seed oil: helps hydrate and condition chapped lips
• Hyaluronic acid: provides long-lasting hydration
• Cupuacu and shea butters: help restore and comfort dry lips
• Maxi-Lip: visibly plumps and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

The formula is part of the Clean at Sephora program. According to the brand, it hydrates, restores, smooths and visibly plumps lips while leaving a comfortable, nonsticky finish.

How to Wear It

LYS Beauty gives these directions for the balm:

• On its own: Apply the balm directly to bare lips for sheer color and shine.
• As a topper: Wear it over lip liner or lipstick as a high-shine lip topper.
• Build it up: Add layers for more intensity, and reapply as needed.

Shopper feedback: Shoppers reviewing the full-size version mention its buttery texture, glossy shine and scent. Some report that it needs frequent reapplication and that the soft bullet can be hard to control when twisted up.

Full-Size vs Mini

The full-size Speak Love Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm has been available since February 2025. It costs $20 at Sephora and on LYS Beauty. The $29 mini set contains three shades in a smaller 0.06 oz / 1.7 g size, two of which (Centered and Audacious) are not listed among the full-size shades on the brand's website.

Salt & Stone has released the Mini Deodorant Discovery Gift Set as a Sephora exclusive in the US. The set costs $32 and contains three 1 oz / 28 g aluminum-free deodorants in Santal & Vetiver, Lily & Yuzu and Ambrette & Pear.

For the full-size version of the routine, Sephora also lists the Salt & Stone Santal & Vetiver Holiday Body Essentials Gift Set, with a deodorant, body wash, body cream and body mist.

The set includes three minis, each in a different fragrance:

Josie Maran has released the All Spritzed Up Mini Fragrance Discovery Perfume Set, a limited-edition set of four travel-size Fragrance Mists priced at $26 (US) and available now at Sephora and josiemaran.com. The set includes the new …In Bed scent alongside Topless Tangerine, Golden Hour and Vanilla Vibezzz.

What the Brand Says

According to Josie Maran, the Fragrance Mists are built on a milky, skin-first emulsion that helps extend wear time. The brand says they contain argan oil and hydrolyzed jojoba esters to help boost and retain skin's moisture, and that they are made to wear on both skin and hair. Josie Maran describes the fragrances as 100% all-natural and non-synthetic, made from "the real thing." The brand lists phthalates, parabens, mineral oils and synthetic fragrances among the ingredients it excludes.

The Four Scents

These are Josie Maran's official notes. Sephora's copy phrases a few of them differently, as noted below.

The Sephora listing uses different note callouts for two scents. It highlights apricot, magnolia, shea butter and cardamom in …In Bed, and vanilla bean, juniper berries and cedarwood in Vanilla Vibezzz. Both describe the same fragrances. The brand's own notes are the ones listed above.

How to Use

Josie Maran says to shake well to activate the milky emulsion, then spray onto skin or hair. Each scent can be worn solo or layered with the others. The brand's tip for the set is: "Keep your favorite. Gift another. Let the other two get 'borrowed.'"

Soft Services' Buffing Bar Miniature Collection: Volume II is launching at Sephora and Bloomingdale's for $39 (US). The set is the second edition of the brand's exfoliating bar minis and includes two returning scents alongside two limited-edition scents exclusive to this collection. No release date has been officially confirmed.

Update (30 September 2026): Bloomingdale's now has a product page for the Buffing Bar Miniature Collection: Volume II alongside Sephora, though no official release date has been confirmed yet.

What's in the Set

According to Soft Services, each individually wrapped mini is a physical exfoliating brick made of superfine sanding crystals (including magnesium oxide and alumina) compressed within a moisturizing base of shea butter and glycerin. The brand positions the bars for use on areas prone to keratosis pilaris, rough elbows, knees and heels, and strawberry skin.

The scent lineup, per the brand:

Fenty Skin has released the $45 Quench Kit at Sephora. The limited-edition set contains three hydrating minis: Fat Water toner essence, Dew N Plump slushie mask and Plush Puddin' lip mask in Vanilla. A lavender mini backpack is included free. Sephora's description, as shared on Instagram, says the kit is aimed at normal, dry and combination skin.

What Is in the Kit?

The promo images show three minis and a bag, all in a pink Fenty Skin box:

• Fat Water Hydrating Milky Toner Essence: 1.7 oz / 50 mL
• Dew N Plump Intense Hydration Slushie Mask: 0.8 oz / 25 mL

We did not find the kit on Fenty's own mini sets page, so it appears to be a Sephora listing.

Key Details

• Sephora lists the kit for normal, dry and combination skin. Oily skin is not among the listed types.
• All three products come as minis. Fenty Skin also sells them separately in full size.
• The kit is described as limited edition, and no end date has been announced.

Price and Value

The Quench Kit costs $45 at Sephora in the US. The sources we checked do not give full-size prices for the three products, so the value if bought separately is not yet confirmed.

What Fenty Says About the Fat Water Toner

According to Fenty, the toner strengthens the skin's moisture barrier and hydrates instantly. The brand also says it helps skin recover from stress and reduces the look of pores and uneven tone. The promo highlights hyaluronic acid with tamarind, mineral PCAs, panthenol and niacinamide.

How Do You Use the Dew N Plump Slushie Mask?

The promo gives four steps:

1. Apply it as the last step of your routine.
2. Pull out the spatula and apply to face and neck.
3. Massage until the oil bubbles burst.
4. Either rinse or leave it on.

According to Fenty, the mask is designed to be left on with no need to rinse. The brand claims it locks in moisture for up to 72 hours. The listed key ingredients are polyglutamic and hyaluronic acids, a Superquench Juice Complex, and Kalahari melon with baobab oil.

What Fenty Says About the Lip Mask

According to Fenty, the lip mask gives smoother, firmer, bouncier lips in one week, along with all-day hydration. Every percentage and timeframe in the promo images comes from Fenty's own consumer and clinical studies, not from independent testing.
