ColourPop released its Fallen Collection for autumn 2026 on 29 September 2026, with prices from $9 to $107 (US). The collection includes a 15-pan eyeshadow palette, five Cloud Whip Lip & Cheek Puddings and four Cloud Whip Blurring Lip Liners. According to ColourPop, it pairs warm autumn tones and earthy neutrals with moody pops, "to mix, match, and layer." It's available now on colourpop.com. Below are the products, shades and prices.

The Fallen Eyeshadow Palette ($23)

The collection's main product is a 15-pan pressed powder palette. According to ColourPop, it goes from cosy autumn warmth to moody grunge, with creamy mattes, metallic shimmers and multidimensional chrome finishes. The shades are:

Cloud Whip Lip & Cheek Puddings ($10 each)

ColourPop says these whipped Lip & Cheek Puddings give soft, buildable colour with a weightless texture made to blend. Each comes with a Silicon Jelly Wand. According to the brand, the wand picks up just the right amount of product and melts it onto skin in one smooth swipe. There are five shades:

• Better Weather (warm pink)
• Cozy Cardigan (warm berry)
• Cider Sip (pinky terracotta)
• Chilly Air (reddish terracotta)
• Spiced (rich cool-toned berry)

ColourPop suggests tapping on a little for a sheer flush or layering for more colour. The brand also suggests using the same shade on lips and cheeks for a monochromatic fall look.

According to ColourPop, the Cloud Whip Lip Liners glide on with a soft, pillowy feel and blur into lips for diffused definition. There are four shades: Velvet Season (rosy pink), Layered Up (warm terracotta), True Autumn (soft plum) and Valley Oak (warm saddle brown).

How to wear a duo: ColourPop recommends gliding the liner along the natural lip line, then softly blending for a diffused finish, and filling in lips for more colour. Tap the pudding over the top and blend the edges with a finger. Finish by dabbing the same pudding onto the apples of the cheeks.

Shiseido has launched the Shiseido Color + Glow Enhancer (Holiday Limited Edition), a multi-use face and eye palette priced at $44.00 in the US and available now on shiseido.com. The palette was created with Japanese designer TOMO KOIZUMI and is part of the SHISEIDO x Tomo Koizumi Holiday 2026: Release Date, Products & Prices collection. According to Shiseido, it is designed to illuminate, blush and sculpt, and each compact has its own one-of-a-kind marbled pattern.

What's New: A Palette Inspired by Fushigi Iro

The edition is called Fushigi Iro. According to Shiseido, the Japanese phrase signifies a sense of awe. The palette combines three shades, a blue, a red and a green, which can be used as highlighter, blush and eyeshadow. Its key features, as described by the brand, are:

• Marbled pattern: each palette shows a one-of-a-kind swirl of the three curated shades.
• Photochromic powder: Shiseido says it harnesses light for multidimensional color that stays vibrant in any lighting.
• Skincare Liquid Complex: according to the brand, it supports hydration and smooth application, giving the powder a soft, moist-feeling texture.

Shiseido reports 12 hours of lasting color, clinically tested on 35 women, and 8 hours of hydration, clinically tested on 26 women. The formula includes argan, safflower seed and camellia japonica seed oils.

Meet the Designer: TOMO KOIZUMI

Koizumi was born in Chiba Prefecture in 1988 and taught himself dressmaking from the age of 15. He launched his eponymous brand in 2011 while still at university.

His career since then includes:

• A first New York runway show in 2019, after he was discovered on social media.
• The dress worn for the national anthem at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics opening ceremony.
• Solo contemporary art exhibitions in Paris and Tokyo, with works acquired by museums including the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
• The LVMH Prize 2020 and the 39th Mainichi Fashion Grand Prix.
• A client list that includes Lady Gaga, Sam Smith, Lauryn Hill and Björk.

According to Shiseido, the palette reflects Koizumi's signature use of vibrant color.

How to Use the Color + Glow Enhancer

Shiseido suggests three ways to use the shades:

1. Solo shade: sweep one shade across the eyelid for a soft wash of color.
2. Pair two: blend two shades together for a flush of blush with built-in glow on the cheeks.
3. Swirl all three: combine all three for a luminous, sculpted finish on the high points of the face.

The palette can be applied with fingertips for a sheer, skin-like effect or with a brush for more diffused placement. For cheeks, Shiseido suggests its MARU FUDE Multi Face Brush.

Price and Availability

The price is $44.00 in the US, and the palette is available to order now on shiseido.com. In Japan it is priced at ¥5700 and was released on 1 October 2026. A UK release has not yet been confirmed, and the palette is not yet listed on Shiseido's UK site.

Profusion Cosmetics launched its Cozy Cafe Collection on 28 September 2026. It is an autumn 2026, coffeehouse-themed lineup of eight products covering eyes, cheeks, lips, nails and tools, priced from $6.99 to $9.99 (US). According to the brand, every product in the collection is vegan and cruelty-free.

Release Date & Availability

The collection went on sale on 28 September 2026 on Profusion's official website and is available now in the US. Availability in the UK and other markets has not yet been confirmed.

Fire Vixen's Regal Kiss Liquid Lipsticks are six new cream-to-matte liquid lipsticks from the brand's gothic "Mid-evil Collection". They launched on 2 October 2026 at 10:00 am CST on the Fire Vixen official shop, priced at $15.00 each or $85.00 for the set of six (US). Fire Vixen is an indie, Latina-owned makeup brand that describes its products as vegan and cruelty-free, and Regal Kiss is the first drop of the Mid-evil Collection.

What Makes the Regal Kiss Liquid Lipsticks Different?

• The six shades run from a crimson red (Blood Bite) to a midnight black (Kiss of Death), with gothic, medieval-themed names to match the Mid-evil Collection.
• According to Fire Vixen, the formula goes on creamy and dries down to a full matte.
• The brand pairs three of the shades with specific Eternal Bond lip liners: Thornspell for Crossbow and Noble Flesh, and Cursed for Kiss of Lilith.

Formula and Packaging

Fire Vixen says the formula glides on creamy for full pigment with no streaks, then dries down to a complete matte that won't budge for hours. According to the brand, it's "made to last in the strongest of battles." The shop listing adds that the formula is meant to keep lips hydrated while staying on all day. The brand also says the lipsticks are best paired with its Eternal Bond lip liners.

The packaging follows the gothic theme. The black square-shouldered tubes have an ornate silver gothic-arch frame and a gothic-arch cap, and they come in black boxes printed "Regal Kiss."

OPERA Sheer Matte Lipstick 106 Cinnamon Brown is a limited-edition sheer brown lipstick shade made for the brand's autumn 2026 "NUDE KISS" theme. The J-beauty brand from imju released it in Japan on 30 September 2026 at ¥1,980 (tax included). OPERA describes the finish as a sheer "see-through matte".

The 106 Cinnamon Brown Shade

The new release is the shade itself. According to OPERA, Cinnamon Brown is a deep brown with a warm, flushed tint, paired with a sheer, "nude" texture. The Japanese press release calls it an "inner-lip (mucosa) brown". This is a common J-beauty term for colours that mimic the naturally deeper tone of the inner lip, rather than an opaque brown.

The shade was created for OPERA's NUDE KISS theme for autumn 2026. The brand says the theme centres on warmth and a natural flush rather than heavy pigment. Brown lip shades are also part of other recent launches, including the KISS NEW YORK Line & Fill Lip Stain, whose 10 shades span nudes, pinks, berries and browns.

LYS Beauty launched the Mini Speak Love 3-piece Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm Set at Sephora in late September 2026, priced at $29 (US). The limited-edition set contains three travel-size versions of the brand's Speak Love Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm in Charismatic, Centered and Audacious. According to LYS Beauty, each balm gives a wash of color, a glossy shine and a visibly fuller-looking pout.

It's part of the LYS Beauty Holiday 2026 Collection, which LYS Beauty announced on 7 October 2026. The set is now also sold at lysbeauty.com for $29.

The Shades

How to Wear It

LYS Beauty gives these directions for the balm:

Shopper feedback: Shoppers reviewing the full-size version mention its buttery texture, glossy shine and scent. Some report that it needs frequent reapplication and that the soft bullet can be hard to control when twisted up.

Full-Size vs Mini

The full-size Speak Love Lip-Plumping Glossy Lip Balm has been available since February 2025. It costs $20 at Sephora and on LYS Beauty. The $29 mini set contains three shades in a smaller 0.06 oz / 1.7 g size, two of which (Centered and Audacious) are not listed among the full-size shades on the brand's website.

IT Cosmetics has launched the Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Tinted Brow Pen, a liquid brow pen with a multi-bristle, soft-tip applicator, priced at $26 (US) at IT Cosmetics and Ulta. On itcosmetics.com it is listed as the Hello Brow Multi-Bristle Brow Pen. The brand says it is designed to create hair-like strokes and fill sparse areas. Ulta lists the pen as new and in stock, and German beauty news reported the launch on 28 September 2026.

What's New About Hello Brow?

A classic single-tip brow pen draws one line per stroke. Hello Brow's multi-bristle tip is designed to lay down several fine, hair-like strokes at once for filling, shaping and defining. According to IT Cosmetics, the formula uses pure micro-pigments for true-to-tone colour and a waterproof, transfer-resistant finish. The brand describes it as buildable, from a soft, natural look to more intensity.

The pen also includes brow-conditioning ingredients. According to the brand:

• Castor oil softens, conditions and nourishes brow hairs for healthier, fuller-looking brows
• Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) is a humectant that helps hydrate, smooth and strengthen brow hairs

The full ingredient list on Ulta also includes hyaluronic acid and biotinoyl tripeptide-1.

IT Cosmetics says consistent use improves the appearance of brow density over time. In the brand's consumer study, 92% agreed brows look fuller, 91% agreed the colour lasts all day, and 91% agreed it's easy to use. The brand's before-and-after images show results on thinning, sparse and over-plucked brows.

Hello Brow comes in four shades, each matched to a hair colour:

• Universal Blonde: medium to light blonde hair

How to Use the Multi-Bristle Brow Pen

IT Cosmetics recommends a four-step routine:

1. Prep: Start with a clean, dry brow area for the best pigment adherence.
2. Fill: At the front of the brow, hold the pen horizontally and use upward flicking motions that follow your natural hair growth.
3. Shape: Continue flicking toward the arch, building intensity as desired.
4. Define: Rotate the pen vertically and extend strokes from the arch to the end of the brow.

Note: The routine builds intensity from the front of the brow toward the arch, so a lighter hand at the front and more pressure toward the arch follows the same gradient. Because the formula is buildable, colour can be added in layers.

IT Cosmetics also makes the Brow Power pencil. The brand explains the difference like this:

• Brow Power is a brow pencil and brush for shaping and defining. It's long-lasting and budge-proof, and it is positioned for defined brows.

Lancôme has released its Holiday 2026 Limited Edition makeup collection in the US, with three products priced from $32 to $40. The collection is available now on lancome-usa.com. It includes a bell-shaped highlighter, three matte lipstick shades and a shimmering berry lip oil gloss. All three come in pink holiday packaging illustrated with a Parisian building facade and finished with gold accents. Below are the products, shades and prices.

Ring & Shine Glossy Highlighter – $40

The Ring & Shine Glossy Highlighter comes in a gold, bell-shaped dome compact with a small knob on top, engraved with LANCÔME. It is available in one shade, 003 Gold Ding Ding, a glossy highlighter with a gold shimmer. Lancôme shows swatches on three skin tones. The compact holds 3.5 g / 0.12 oz.

Tip: Tap it lightly onto the high points of the face, such as the cheekbones, the brow bone and the Cupid's bow, building it up gradually.

L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick Holiday 2026 – $35 each

The L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick comes in limited-edition holiday packaging: a gold bullet with a pink illustrated sleeve and a gold rose-engraved cap. Lancôme's box promises "Full pigment & comfort." There are three shades:

• 188 Rosy Suite, a rosy nude-pink. It is currently shown as out of stock on lancome-usa.com.
• 227 Rose Service, a warm coral rose.

The box describes it as a "3D juicy shine oil-in-gloss" with 20% squalane. According to Lancôme, it offers up to 24 hours of hydration. Each tube holds 8.5 ml / 0.28 fl oz.

Tip: Wear it on its own for a sheer berry shimmer, or dab it over the centre of a Drama Matte shade to add shine to a matte lip.

Prices in the collection run from $32 for the Lip Idôle JuicyTreat Lip Oil Gloss to $40 for the Ring & Shine Glossy Highlighter. Each L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick costs $35. Bobbi Brown has launched the limited-edition Desert Dreamer collection for fall 2026. It went on sale in September 2026, and its lead product, the Molten Metal Shadow Stick, costs $34 (US) and £29.50 (UK). The collection was created by Hannah Murray, Bobbi Brown's first Global Artistic Director, and takes its cues from California's desert landscapes at dusk. According to Bobbi Brown, it is "made to play from dusk 'til dawn." Every product comes in special-edition silver chrome packaging.

Molten Metal Shadow Stick

In the US the product is called the Molten Metal Eyeshadow Stick. It is a silky cream stick with a liquid-like metallic sheen. According to Bobbi Brown, it glides onto lids with weightless, pure colour. Murray describes the collection's mood as "sun-kissed, luminous skin and futuristic metallics on the eyes." The brand says the shades were inspired by nights dancing under the stars but are meant to be easy to wear every day.

The five limited-edition shades are:

• Rose Quartz: soft pink-beige
• Antique Gold: rich yellow gold
• Titanium: cool silver-gray
• Sage Steel: pale seafoam green
• Violet Chrome: vibrant violet-purple

According to Bobbi Brown, the shadow sticks and multi-sticks are long-wearing and stand up to heat, sweat, humidity and creasing.

How to Wear It

Hannah Murray's tip: "Blend as a wash across the eyelid or apply on the inner corner and along the lashes." The brand's application directions:

• Sheer wash: Swipe onto the lid and diffuse with a finger or brush.
• More shine: Build up layers, or stack shades for more intense colour.
• Metallic liner: Pick up colour with a small brush and trace it along the lash line.
• Twist up only 1 mm: The stick doesn't retract.

Cheeks & Lips to Match

The Skin Enhancer Blush, Bronzer & Highlighter Multi-Stick returns in three new limited-edition shades. It is a cream twist-up stick for cheeks and lips, which Bobbi Brown says gives "colour and moisture in one easy swipe." The shades are:

• Sunset: sun-baked caramel brown with rusty undertones
• Desert Rose: muted rosy peach
• Scorched: deep earthy red with warm rosewood undertones

In the US, these new shades are marked Online Exclusive.

The new Lip Tint Liner & Sheer Lip Stain completes the collection and comes in five shades. It is a 24-hour liner with an ultra-fine nib for precise lining, and it dries down like a stain. According to the brand, it defines lips and tints them with a natural-looking wash of colour. It can also be worn all over the lip, with gloss or balm added on top later in the day.

How It Compares with Previous Releases

The permanent Skin Enhancer Multi-Stick range already has 10 shades and usually comes in white packaging. The three Desert Dreamer shades are limited editions and come in the collection's silver chrome packaging.
