The Sisley Paris Wood and Orange Zest Candle is a 220 g scented candle with notes of bitter orange, clove, cistus labdanum, cedar and smoky cade. Known in French as Bougie Feu de Bois et Orange Amère, the Fall 2026 candle costs $125 in the US, £97 in the UK and €100 in France. It has been on sale at Bluemercury since at least 16 September 2026 and is now stocked by Sisley's own sites and several department stores.

When Did the Sisley Wood and Orange Zest Candle Launch?
Sisley hasn't announced an official release date. The earliest listing we found was at Bluemercury on 16 September 2026. By 8 October 2026 the candle was on sale at Sisley's US, UK, French, Swiss and Polish sites. It was also stocked by Bloomingdale's, Saks, Beautylish, Harrods and Breuninger. Sisley's US site currently labels it "Newness" and "Exclusive Preview".

What Does Sisley Paris Wood and Orange Zest Candle Smell Like?
Based on the official notes, the candle opens with spice and citrus: clove and red thyme alongside bergamot, bitter orange and olibanum resin. The heart centres on resinous labdanum and cistus, with cinnamon leaf and tonka bean. The base is woody and smoky, built from two cedars, birch, cade and amyris.
Sisley says the candle evokes "the convivial warmth of an open fireplace". The brand describes a "rich blaze" of cistus labdanum absolute, cinnamon leaf, tonka bean and olibanum. According to Sisley, clove makes it bolder, bergamot brightens it, cedar and cade form a smoky, woody base, and bitter orange adds a final touch.

What Makes the Sisley Paris Wood and Orange Zest Candle Different?
- It joins Sisley's existing scented candles: Candle Campagne, Candle Rose and Candle Tuberose, plus the Campagne and Rose Giant Scented Candles. It is the house's fireplace-themed addition.
- The pyramid pairs bitter orange and bergamot with resins (olibanum, labdanum) and smoky woods (cade, birch, two cedars).
- It is sold under a French name, Feu de Bois et Orange Amère, and an English one, Wood and Orange Zest, depending on the storefront.
