My foundation always looks awful. My skin is dry and underlines all unpleasant features:(

I have blond hair, but I can’t really choose a matching eyebrow shade. One is too dark, another is ginger ?

There is such a dumb question, you know. I’m so confused, because  I’m new to makeup. HELP!!!
