Topicals' Faded Dark Spot Kit Gift Set is a new three-step dark-spot set with a cleansing bar, two peel pads, 10 spot patches and a metal travel case. It costs $28 at Sephora US, where it carries a "New" badge and was reported as available on 6 October 2026. Sephora Canada also lists it at C$37.50, currently out of stock.

Updated 8 October 2026: listed at Sephora US; out of stock at Sephora Canada.

Topicals' other new gift set this season is the Topicals Bright Eyes & Slick Lips Kit, a $30 Sephora set of Faded eye masks and Slick Salve lip balms.

When Did the Topicals Faded Dark Spot Kit Launch?

Topicals hasn't announced an official release date for the kit. These are the dated sightings:

  • 6 October 2026 – on sale at Sephora US (first seen), announced as "available now at Sephora" on Instagram
  • 8 October 2026 – listed at Sephora Canada (out of stock when checked)

Price

The Topicals Faded Dark Spot Kit Gift Set costs $28 at Sephora US. Sephora puts the value at $44 if the items were bought separately. In Canada it is C$37.50, with a stated value of C$60. Topicals hasn't published a per-item breakdown for the kit's sizes.

The kit is not to be confused with three other Topicals sets on mytopicals.com: the Faded Starter Kit ($25), the Faded Complete Dark Spot Bundle ($80) and the Travel Cleansing Bar Set ($35, a Faded bar and a Slather bar with a tin). The Faded Dark Spot Kit itself was not listed on Topicals' own site on 8 October 2026.

What's Inside

Sephora lists these contents:

  • 3.5 oz / 100 g Faded Brightening & Cleansing Bar
  • 2 Faded Peel Pads
  • 10 Faded Dark Spot Patches
  • Cleansing Bar metal travel case

The Three Steps

Sephora's images label each product as one step of a routine:

  1. Cleanse – Faded Cleansing Bar: a hydrating, non-stripping bar that gently brightens uneven skin tone on the face and body.
  2. Treat – Faded Peel Pads: an exfoliating pad that smooths texture and visibly reduces stubborn discoloration.
  3. Target – Faded Dark Spot Patches: patches that brighten dark spots and minimise future discoloration.

According to Topicals and Sephora, the kit is "formulated with award-winning Faded actives, each step targets discoloration from a different angle." The brand says the kit can "fade stubborn dark spots in as little as 14 days."

Where to Buy

  • US: Sephora ($28)
  • UK: Not yet confirmed
  • Canada: Sephora Canada (C$37.50, out of stock)
  • Europe: Not yet confirmed
  • Other markets: availability varies by region; more international stockists may be added.

Checked 8 October 2026: listed at Sephora US; out of stock at Sephora Canada. Not listed as a kit on mytopicals.com and not found at Sephora UK.

What Makes the Faded Dark Spot Kit Different?

  • It packs three formats into one set: a rinse-off bar, leave-on peel pads and overnight spot patches.
  • The cleansing bar comes with a metal travel case.
  • Sephora's description says it works on dark spots "without stripping the skin."

Spot patches are also part of this season's gift sets from other brands, such as the Coquette Spot Dots in Peach Slices Holiday 2026 at Ulta. For more seasonal sets, see Paula's Choice Holiday 2026 Skincare Kits.

Formula and Packaging

  • Faded Brightening & Cleansing Bar: Topicals says it contains shea butter, niacinamide and vitamin C. The brand describes it as fragrance-free and non-bleaching. It works on both face and body.
  • Faded Peel Pads: The pads contain glycolic, mandelic, lactic, salicylic and tranexamic acids plus retinol. Each pad comes pre-soaked in its own sachet. Topicals says the pads are "clinically proven to reduce the appearance of dark spots and post-breakout marks in 4 weeks," based on a 4-week clinical and consumer perception study with 34 participants.
  • Faded Dark Spot Patches: The patches contain niacinamide, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid and kojic acid in a gel patch. According to Topicals, they are "clinically proven to reduce dark spots in as little as 6 hours," based on a clinical study of 30 participants.

According to Sephora's listing, the set is free of parabens, formaldehydes, phthalates, mineral oil, oxybenzone, hydroquinone, SLS/SLES and more, and contains less than 1% synthetic fragrance. Sephora's images show the box with the open metal tin, a flat-lay labelled Cleanse/Treat/Target, a three-step chart with models, and before-and-after photos for the peel pads at four weeks.

How to use: Topicals directs lathering the bar on damp skin, leaving it on for about one minute, then rinsing. Swipe a peel pad once over clean, dry face and neck at night, 2–3 times a week, without rinsing. On other nights, apply the patches gel-side down on dark spots overnight or for at least 6 hours, and wear SPF during the day.

Topicals Bright Eyes & Slick Lips Kit Holiday 2026: Products, Shades & Price

Topicals Bright Eyes & Slick Lips Kit box beside Canela and Fresa Slick Salve tubes and brown and pink Faded eye masks

Tired eyes and dry lips tend to show up together once the weather turns. Topicals has a gift set for both: the Bright Eyes & Slick Lips Kit, a limited-edition Holiday 2026 Sephora exclusive. It's newly listed at Sephora with a "New" badge and no reviews yet. It pairs the brand's cooling Faded Brightening Under Eye Masks with two bundle-exclusive shades of the Slick Salve Glossy Lip Balm. The promise is hydrated lips and visibly brighter under-eyes in 15 minutes.

Topicals also has a second new gift set at Sephora this season: the Topicals Faded Dark Spot Kit Gift Set, a $28 three-step set with a Faded cleansing bar, peel pads and dark spot patches.

What's Inside: The Products

The set includes:

  • Faded Brightening Under Eye Mask in Pink
  • Faded Brightening Under Eye Mask in Cognac
  • Slick Salve Glossy Lip Balm in Fresa (15 mL / 0.5 oz)
  • Slick Salve Glossy Lip Balm in Canela (15 mL / 0.5 oz)

The packshot shows one pair of each eye mask.

The kit costs $30 in the US. Sephora says buying the items separately would cost $45. Topicals hasn't published a per-item price breakdown, so we can't show how that figure is calculated.

The Shades

The two lip shades are exclusive to this bundle:

  • Fresa is a pinky mauve with a strawberry scent.
  • Canela is a sheer, rich brown with a spiced scent.

The Cognac eye mask isn't exclusive. Topicals also sells Cognac Faded Under Eye Masks on its own site at $22 for 6 pairs.

Why the Faded Eye Mask Works

The Faded masks are made in Korea from a cooling hydrogel that gives an instant chill. The key ingredients are:

  • Caffeine, which helps lessen the look of dark circles and wakes up the under-eye area.
  • Kojic acid, an antioxidant that helps even out the look of dark spots.
  • Arbutin, a plant extract that fades the look of excess pigmentation.

Topicals ran a two-week independent clinical study and questionnaire with 33 participants:

  • 94% said their under-eyes looked brighter right after use.
  • 94% said the area felt more hydrated and smoother.
  • 85% said their dark circles appeared lighter.
  • The brand also reports a 17% reduction in the appearance of dark circles after two weeks.

Slick Salve: Serious Lip Hydration

Slick Salve uses what Topicals calls "Cling Technology" to lock in moisture and protect lips from drying elements. It's built for severe dryness. Ceramides help strengthen the moisture barrier, while hyaluronic acid and glycerin add hydration. Rice bran wax, a vegan wax, conditions and softens lips while preserving moisture. The balm is 100% vegan.

The whole kit is cruelty-free. It's free of parabens, phthalates, mineral oil and SLS/SLES, and contains less than 1% synthetic fragrance.

How to Use the Kit

  1. Chill first. Store the masks in the fridge for an extra-cooling treat.
  2. Apply to clean skin. Leave the masks on the under-eye area for 15 minutes, two to three times a week.
  3. Try the reverse trick. Put the round end near your nose, where darkness and puffiness tend to sit. Or point it towards your temples to target dehydration lines.
  4. Finish with Slick Salve. Smooth on Fresa or Canela while the mask works, then reapply through the day.

Where to Buy

  • US: Sephora ($30)
  • UK: Not yet confirmed
  • International: Sephora Canada (C$40.50); other markets not yet confirmed

This is a limited-edition holiday set, so it may not stay in stock for long.
