ColourPop and BT21 have released the ColourPop x BT21 Angel & Villain Collection, led by a $30 24-pan eyeshadow palette and a $134 Collection Vault. The collection arrived at Ulta Beauty ahead of its 24 September 2026 launch on colourpop.com. The full-face collection pairs soft pastel "angel" shades with deeper jewel-toned "villain" shades across eyeshadow, lip gloss, highlighter and accessories.

The lineup is built around the angel-vs-villain contrast:
- 24 Pan Eyeshadow Palette: mattes, shimmers and glitters, ranging from soft pastels to deep jewel tones

The Eyeshadow Palette
The 24-pan palette is priced at $30. According to ColourPop, the formulas are "blendable, buildable, and pigmented," taking the look "from a soft everyday wash to a full smoky finish without a single muddy blend."
ColourPop recommends flat, firmer brushes for the most color payoff, fluffier brushes for blending, and a small angled brush for lining the eyes.
