How reviews work
Any signed-in member can add a product and review it: a 1–5 star rating, whether they’d buy it again, scores for packaging and value, the shade they used and what they thought. Members who fill in their beauty profile in Settings have their skin type, tone, undertone and age range shown with each review, and on every product page you can filter reviews to people with skin like yours. Star ratings are averaged from members’ reviews on this site only.
