It costs $13.99 at Ulta Beauty, which currently lists it as "New" and as an early-access exclusive in the Ulta Beauty app through 24 October 2026. It is the latest lip launch from Maybelline.

When Did the Maybelline Super Stay Icy Tint Launch?
Maybelline hasn't announced an official release date for the Super Stay Icy Tint. On 22 October 2026, Ulta Beauty listed it on ulta.com as "New," with early access available exclusively in the Ulta Beauty app through 24 October 2026. Neither brand nor retailer has given a date for wider availability.

The Super Stay Icy Tint costs $13.99 per shade at Ulta Beauty (US). Prices for other markets have not been announced. Ulta is also running a gift with purchase: a free Firework Mascara mini with any $20 Maybelline purchase. The offer is valid through 31 October 2026 for in-store or shipped orders only.

Formula and Packaging
- Formula: Maybelline calls it "Oil-in-Water Stain Technology," combining shiny oils with 25% cooling water. According to the brand, it is non-sticky and lightweight, with a "cushion-comfort" feel. The first listed ingredients are Aqua/Water, Diisostearyl Malate, Octyldodecanol and Polyurethane-1.
- Applicator and packaging: Maybelline describes a metal globe applicator that gives a cooling sensation on contact. Ulta's packshots show a clear, wavy-sided bottle tinted in each shade, with a black stem, a flocked applicator tip and "Super Stay Icy Tint" printed vertically on the side.
How to Apply
Ulta's directions are to apply to clean, dry lips, starting in the middle of the bottom lip and swiping outward. Allow the tint 5 minutes to set for low-transfer colour.
