Tom Ford Beauty has launched the Architecture Contour Duo in four shades, priced at $85 each, and it went live on tomfordbeauty.com on 1 October 2026. Sephora US sells the same product under the name Architecture Soft Matte Contour Duo, where it is labelled New.

What's New

The Architecture Contour Duo is a cream contour compact. Each one pairs a lighter shade with a darker shade. The four shades are named by intensity rather than by colour:

  • Intensity 0.5
  • Intensity 1
  • Intensity 2
  • Intensity 3

Together they run from light to deep. The brand's campaign images show before-and-after looks on four models, one for each intensity. Arm swatches show all four shades on different skin tones.

What the Brand Says

According to Tom Ford Beauty, the formula is cream-to-satin, lightweight and infused with light-diffusing pearls. The brand says the pearls "evenly diffuse light for three-dimensional radiance" and that the formula blends into the skin for a customisable, natural finish.

The brand gives each half of the compact a job:

  • Use the darker shade for depth.
  • Use the lighter shade to bring forward the high points of the face.
  • Combine both to build intensity.

Tom Ford Beauty adds that the duo can also be used as cheek colour or to warm up the complexion.

Sephora's listing calls it "an iconic contour duo" designed "to sculpt features for natural-looking dimension." It highlights three ingredients: light-diffusing pearls, passionfruit oil and ginger extract. The brand's full ingredient list also includes moringa seed oil and tocopheryl acetate.

How to Apply

Tom Ford Beauty recommends this method:

  1. Contour: Use the wider end of the Shade and Illuminate Brush 04. Apply the darker shade in short strokes along the underside of the cheekbone, or wherever you want a sculpted, bronzed look.
  2. Blend: Soften the darker shade with Foundation Brush 02.
  3. Highlight: Tap the lighter shade onto the high points of the face with the narrow end of Brush 04. Blend until it disappears.
  4. Set: Apply Translucent Finishing Powder with Cheek Brush 06 where you need shine control.

Key Details
