Should I just retire old makeup brushes and buy new ones, or throw them away? I feel guilty about it because I spent money on them, and it feels like I'm wasting money.

If some of them are still good, I would continue to wash and use
I use old brushes as a tiny duster in order to clean things
I use my brushes for art
