Givenchy Spring/Summer 2027 turned makeup into accessories: a mirrored powder compact served as a belt buckle and lipstick-shaped gold pieces as hair clips. Creative director Sarah Burton showed both at the house's womenswear show during Paris Fashion Week on 2 October 2026. No Givenchy or Givenchy Beauty source has confirmed that either piece will be sold.

Will You Be Able to Buy It?
Givenchy hasn't announced a release date, price or retailer for the compact belt or the lipstick hair clips. An Instagram repost reported the pieces as "coming soon", but neither Givenchy nor Givenchy Beauty has confirmed this. As of 13 October 2026, neither piece is listed on givenchy.com or givenchybeauty.com.
The Compact Belt
According to TheIndustry.beauty and Fashion Times, a mirrored makeup compact replaced the buckle on a long black leather belt. Fashion Times quotes Vogue Italia, which described the belt as creating the idea of an on-the-go touch-up, and notes that Vogue Japan also covered the look. The belt was worn with a white ribbed tank and blue jeans. Other looks paired it with a white shirt and black skirt, and with a blue shirt and blue leather skirt.
Runway images show two lid designs:
- A gold guilloche (engine-turned concentric) lid with the 4G logo
- A gold lid with horizontal ridges and the 4G logo
When open, the compact shows a mirror and a pressed powder embossed with the 4G. According to TheIndustry.beauty, the packaging draws on Givenchy's jewellery and on pieces from the house's 1952 archive.
The Lipstick Hair Clips
The lipstick hair clips are ridged gold tubes, and one is faceted and studded. Runway images show them clipped into slicked-back, braided hair. TheIndustry.beauty lists the wider accessories as crescent-moon bags, hook-heeled sandals and a lock-and-key choker. Burton's show notes, quoted by TheIndustry.beauty, read: "I wanted a sense of balance and clarity. A wardrobe to bring precision and simplicity to dressing as we speed through the multiple perspectives and perpetual motion of all our lives."
The Runway Makeup
TheIndustry.beauty reports that make-up artist Lucia Pieroni created stamped-effect eye shapes in cobalt blue and jade green liner. She paired them with a luminous, second-skin complexion and softly blurred lips. The Givenchy Beauty products used were:

From Les Accessoires Couture to SS27
The new pieces build on an earlier Givenchy Beauty idea. The Les Accessoires Couture line, from the Clare Waight Keller era, included a Le Rouge lipstick "Couture Cap" with an authentic leather belt loop so the lipstick could hang from a belt. The givenchybeauty.com page currently shows no merchandise. What's new for SS27 is a step further: the compact doesn't hang from the belt, it is the buckle.
TheIndustry.beauty and Verge Magazine place the show within a growing wearable-beauty category. TheIndustry.beauty cites rhode's Lip Case phone case, which sold out within 15 minutes of launch.
