What's New: Blushing Goes Glue-Free

Blushing is described as the flirtiest style in the Everyday Collection. It's a round, fluttery lash made from multiple layers of hand-placed 13mm faux mink fibres on a soft cotton band. The result is a subtle lift in volume rather than full drama, so it works well with daytime makeup. It's also designed to be worn with glasses.

The 2026 kit pairs that style with Lilly Lashes' self-adhesive band. The band is pre-glued and activated by body heat, so you don't need separate lash glue. The brand compares it to sticky boob tape technology. Other claims include:

  • No glue needed: you can apply and reposition the lashes in seconds
  • 24-hour hold, according to the brand
  • Reusable for 5+ wears per pair, based on a consumer panel study of 25 people
  • A black lash band that looks like eyeliner
  • A pillowy, lightweight band for all-day comfort

Each kit includes two pairs of 3D faux mink lashes and an applicator. The launch post on the brand's Instagram calls it a special-edition pink applicator.

Price: Is It Worth It?

The kit costs $34 on the Lilly Lashes site. The regular glue-on Blushing strip lash is $20 for one pair. With the kit you get two pairs, built-in adhesive and a tool. If you reuse each pair several times, the cost per wear is very reasonable. The site also offers free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.

How to Apply Self-Adhesive Lashes

  1. Prep: Curl your natural lashes and add a light coat of mascara if you like.
  2. Measure and trim: Peel the lashes off their holders and trim them to fit your eye.
  3. Place: Lay the band along your lash line and wait about 30 seconds so your body heat can warm the adhesive.
  4. Press: Press the band into your lash line.

Care Tips to Make Them Last

  • If the band loses some grip, warm it with a hair dryer for a few seconds and apply again.
  • Always store the lashes on their original holders to keep them sticky and in shape.
  • After 2–3 wears, wipe the band with water or an oil-free makeup remover. This cleans it and brings back the tack.
  • When the band stops sticking, you can still wear the lashes with lash glue like a standard strip lash.

Keep the lashes out of your eyes, and stop using them if irritation occurs.
