## What Is Snow Stack?

MAC calls it the Stack Mega Mascara in a limited-edition snowy shade, with "infinite layers of icy haute volume and length." The formula is continuously buildable and clump-resistant, so you can customize volume from a natural look to something more dramatic, with instant lash lift and length.

**Our take:** a white mascara is mainly a fashion or layering product. A common way to use one is over a black coat for a frosted-tip effect, though MAC's description doesn't say how to wear it.

## Is Snow Stack Still Available?

We couldn't confirm it. MAC's dedicated Snow Stack page returned a "not found" error, and the mascara listing page we opened didn't show Snow Stack among the products we could read, which suggests it has been removed from MAC's site. Search results show other listings, including Amazon and mall-retailer pages. We didn't verify any current stock or price.

## What About the Regular Stack Mascara?

MAC also sells the standard M·A·CStack Mascara as a permanent product, according to search results for its site. If you like the buildable formula but not the white shade, that is the place to look.

## What Is Confirmed, and What Is Not?

**Confirmed:** the December 2023 launch, $28 price, limited-edition status and formula description come from MAC's announcement.

**Not confirmed:** the current price, availability at any retailer, and whether the size in the search listing matches the 2023 tube.
