Starface's Big Hello Kitty Mystery Compact is a limited-edition blind box with a refillable compact and 32 Hello Kitty-shaped pimple patches. It costs $16.99 in the US and £12.99 in the UK, and it was on sale at [Starface](https://beauty-talk.club/tags/500-starface)'s US site by 16 October 2026. Each box holds one of four Hello Kitty designs, and buyers don't know which one they'll get until they open it.

**Updated 21 October 2026:** in stock at starface.world ($16.99) and Starface UK (£12.99); not currently listed at Ulta or Target. Because it's limited edition, stock can change quickly.

## When Did the Starface Big Hello Kitty Mystery Compact Launch?

Starface hasn't announced an official release date. An Instagram post about the launch said the compacts were "dropping tmrw". The product was on sale at starface.world by 16 October 2026 and at Starface UK by 20 October 2026.

This is not to be confused with Starface's standard Hydro-Star Pimple Patches + Refillable Compact (32ct), which [Target](https://www.target.com/p/starface-hydro-star-pimple-patches-refillable-compact-32ct/-/A-80371281) sells for $14.99. That set uses the brand's classic star patches. The Big Hello Kitty Mystery Compact uses Hello Kitty-shaped patches and comes in a blind box.

## What's Inside

## The Four Big Hello Kitty Designs

According to Starface, each mystery box could contain one of these:

-   **Big Flower Hello Kitty:** patches with a pink flower headband; hot-pink compact
-   **Big Pink Hello Kitty:** patches with a light pink bow; light pink/lilac compact
-   **Big Blue Hello Kitty:** patches with a light blue bow; light blue compact
-   **Big Red Hello Kitty:** patches with little red heart clips; red compact

## What Makes the Big Hello Kitty Mystery Compact Different?

-   **Blind-box format:** the buyer gets one of four designs at random, and Starface says all sales are final.
-   **Character-shaped patches:** the patches are cut in the Hello Kitty face shape, and each design has its own accessory (headband, bow or heart clips).
-   **Collab return:** Starface describes Hello Kitty x Starface as "back, this time in a special-edition blind box."

## Formula and Packaging

-   **Patches:** Starface says they're made with 100% hydrocolloid, "a material that's clinically proven to absorb fluid and help reduce redness." The patch backing is perforated so you can tear off one patch at a time.
-   **Compact:** a refillable case with a mirror, coloured to match the patch design inside.

## How to Use

Starface's directions are to:

1.  Apply patches to completely clean, dry skin.
2.  Leave them on overnight or for at least six hours.
3.  Peel them off gently, and replace with a new patch if needed.
