m.ph by Mary Phillips, the brand from makeup artist Mary Phillips, has launched two limited-edition **holiday 2026 lip kits** on mphbeauty.com in October 2026. The **Hard to Quit Kit** costs $55 and the **Lined & Lit Kit** costs $38. Both sets contain only full-size products in existing shades.

**Lip Ciggy** is a pocket-sized stick that the brand calls Mary Phillips' go-to lip. According to m.ph, it gives sheer, shiny colour. The brand says its peptides, vitamin E and squalane hydrate, smooth and nourish the lips. The kits' ingredient lists include **hyaluronic acid**, **squalane**, **palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and -5**, and tocopherol.

**The Overliner** is a precise wooden lip pencil based on Mary Phillips' overlining technique. The brand says it defines and contours the lips, and that its formula includes peptides.

## What the Brand Says

m.ph recommends tracing The Overliner along the natural lip shape, starting at the outer corners. It suggests going just outside the cupid's bow and the centre of the lower lip for a fuller look. The brand then advises swiping on the Lip Ciggy and building the colour as desired, or patting it on with a finger for a "just kissed" finish.
