## What the Brand Says

**Lip oil:** According to BUXOM, the formula uses a **Unique Peptide Complex** to help lips look plumper. The brand describes the oil as lightweight and non-sticky, with an oversized, plush doe-foot applicator. BUXOM says the oil makes lips feel softer and smoother and that it is dermatologist tested.

BUXOM also cites a US clinical study of 32 people. The brand reports that the study found:

-   instant plumping and all-day hydration
-   **25% fuller-looking lips** after one week
-   a **71%** reduction in the look of fine lines and wrinkles on the lips in one week

**Lip liner:** BUXOM describes the Power Line liner this way:

-   highly pigmented, with a creamy feel
-   won't feather or bleed
-   an always-sharp chiseled tip and a built-in blending brush
-   waterproof, with **8-hour wear**

## How to Wear the Duo

1.  Outline the lips with the **Dangerous Dolly** liner, using the chiseled tip for a sharp edge.
2.  Use the built-in blending brush to soften the line inward, so there is no harsh border.
3.  Apply the **Dolly** lip oil over the top with the doe-foot applicator for a glossy finish.

For a softer daytime look, fill in the whole lip with the liner before adding the oil. This also gives the colour a longer-lasting base.
