## What's New: The First Winter Eau

Until now, the **Les Eaux** collection has travelled from Paris to **PARIS – DEAUVILLE**, **PARIS – BIARRITZ**, **PARIS – VENISE**, **PARIS – EDIMBOURG**, **PARIS – RIVIERA** and **PARIS – PARIS**, but never to a winter destination. **PARIS – ST. MORITZ** takes the series to the Alps for the first time.

The story goes back to the late 1920s, when Gabrielle Chanel spent time in **St. Moritz**. She skied, enjoyed winter sports, and dressed in elegant warm outfits, refusing to choose between comfort and style. CHANEL says the fragrance "wears like winter clothing", and that description sets the mood perfectly.

## The Scent: Pear, Rose and Musky Amber

Created by CHANEL In-House Perfumer-Creator **Olivier Polge**, the composition is built around three ideas:

-   **A fresh, fruity pear accord** gives the opening its brightness.
-   **A floral rose facet** adds refinement and a touch of elegance.
-   **Sensual musky-ambery notes** provide warmth and contrast underneath.
