MOIRA Cosmetics has released the **MOIRA Dreamlight Glow & Blur Blush Kit** at Ulta Beauty for $30. The set contains two **Dreamlight Highlighters**, two shades of **Love Blur Blush** and a free Angled Blush Brush. Ulta's product description also refers to it as the Dreamlight Glow & Blur Blush Bundle.

MOIRA has since launched the [MOIRA Blur Lip Contour Liner](https://beauty-talk.club/posts/2560-moira-blur-lip-contour-liner), a $7 soft-focus matte lip liner in 12 shades, on moirabeauty.com on 8 October 2026.

## What's Inside the Kit

The kit contains four products:

-   **Dreamlight Highlighter in 002 Honeysuckle** — a champagne/golden-pearl glow

## Key Details: The Formulas

The **Dreamlight Highlighters** are pressed powders made with what MOIRA calls "diamond dust". According to MOIRA, they deliver a subtle sparkle for face *and* body, including shoulders, arms, legs and collarbones. Customer reviews on MOIRA's site mention a silky glide and strong pigment payoff.

The **Love Blur Blush** is a bouncy **cream-to-powder** formula.

-   **Finish:** MOIRA says it melts into skin and sets to a soft-focus blurred matte.
-   **Ingredients:** the list includes squalane, ceramide NP, rose hip (Rosa canina) extract and sunflower seed oil. According to the brand, the formula helps strengthen the skin barrier and provides lightweight hydration.
