Anastasia Beverly Hills has launched the **Dramaline Longwear Waterproof Gel Eyeliner Pencil** ($22) in 21 shades, alongside a matching **Dramaline Longwear Eyeliner Sharpener** ($6). Both went on sale online at Ulta on 27 September 2026, with in-store availability from 4 October 2026.

## A New Gel Formula

According to Anastasia Beverly Hills, the Dramaline pencil is an **ultra-smooth gel formula** that delivers full-pigment color in one swipe. The brand says the creamy gel texture glides on without skipping, tugging or pulling, stays blendable on application, and then sets to a waterproof, smudge-proof finish that lasts up to **12 hours**.
